La Cote is the official hidden gem of this property! So many times we visit a hotel property that is lackluster by the poolside but do not underestimate the restaurant located at the new Fountainbleu Las Vegas property called La Cote. The minute you approach the hostess stand you are greeted with smiles and attentiveness. There is a Mediterranean feel nestled right by one of the many pools located on the property. The moment you sit down you feel like you are in another place surrounded by beautiful and bright decor that could have you reminiscing about Nice or some area on the French Riviera. Our server was Kelsey who was super attentive and we also were delighted to have the bartender, Jeff, come by and greet us and recommend a drink to try as well. We were then met by one of the managers Diane to ensure we had a good experience. I have discussed the service so far but let me be clear the food is just as amazing and flavorful. Do not underestimate this restaurant. It is a must to visit and experience with an incredible group of staff that really care about their patrons. read more

La Côte was exactly the escape I needed while in Vegas for work. Incredible, friendly service, a beautiful space and fantastic food! My wife and I came multiple times as we stayed at the Fontainebleau. Nashawn served us twice and made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable in addition to taking great care of us. We'll stay at the Fontainebleau again just to come back to La Côte! read more

The most BEAUTIFUL beautiful blue and white decor throughout.The service was unmatched. Smiles and kind words from beginning to end. I felt like I was in MIAMI! Attention to detail right down to the servers amazing coordinated attire. The drinks were out of this world. Fresh and creative. The food was just right. The ceviche is appalling. No effort whatsoever. If you like Costco cocktail shrimp and clamato...this is for you! I have had delicious ceviche from Mexico and SF Bay Area and this lacked any flavor or depth and was overpowered by the strong tomato sauce base. And to top it off the chef doesn't do mezze platters to go. Why? That's like the most convenient food for a hotel guest of the Fontainebleau because of the refrigerators in the rooms. Fabulous poolside meal! We sat on the terrace and had a super attentive server named Craig. He suggested the amazing chicken wings and provided us with additional delicious sauces for dipping. Don't pass up on scrumptious grilled octopus. The hubby and I split the chicken club, which was on this fabulous bread that was super light and was accompanied by a very tasty cucumber salad. I was expecting great things from reviews I read but it's just very basic and overrated. Not worth the price I paid for my sorry breakfast and mimosa - $60 bucks for what would have to probably been better at Denny's. It is Vegas, I know most things are overrated but this was laughable. read more

We sat outside on the breezy veranda poolside with some nice chill music. Our server Craig was fantastic and recommended the delicious wings and octopus for apps. We then split a delicious chicken club sandwich which was served on their homemade bread along with a fantastic cucumber salad. Highly recommended. read more

The 2 stars are for the ambiance - it is beautiful. 0 stars for everything else. I believe the other reviews for this restaurant are fake. Went for lunch with my boyfriend, walked in and the restaurant was empty - there were maybe 4 tables filled. It was windy out so we asked to be seated inside, but were immediately escorted back to, objectively, the worst table in the restaurant (back corner where no one else was sitting). I thought it was a joke and we were being seated in the ugly section of the restaurant (curb your enthusiasm reference). I asked for us to be seated at a different table and the hostess kindly obliged! Once we were seated someone immediately came over and took our drink order....but then we waited 20 minutes for the drinks, where i then had to ask 2 different people where our drinks were! A few minutes after ordering the drinks we put in our order as follows - tuna tar tar for starter, a burger, and mahi tacos. The appetizer came out pretty quickly (before our drinks arrived) and it was disgusting. Bland bland bland! We each took a few bites because were starving and knew it might be a few minutes before our main course arrived. 40 minutes go by - no mention of our food on its way - people around us that got seated after us had already received and eaten there food. We had to ask 5 different times where our food was. I usually don't mind waiting at restaurant, especially nice ones because i can enjoy the ambiance, but not only was there no communication, we were on vacation and didn't want to spend the whole day just waiting for food to come! 1 hour later it finally arrives and is the most bland meal I've ever eaten. I make better burgers at home and in n out is 92733938 times better! The tacos too- bland. The manager did end up coming up to us and taking our drinks and appetizer off the bill which was good - but i left still feeling like i got ripped off paying $70 for 2 of the most disgusting meals that we barely even ate. I don't usually write reviews, especially bad ones, but this experience really was terrible and unexpected from such a beautiful hotel. We do love our room though! read more

Wow!!!!! What a fantastic restaurant. I arrived for lunch and didn't know what to expect. I was immediately greeted by the sweetest hostess and brought to a beautiful table. the decor is all blue and white and gorgeous. I sat and was met with a server who brought over ice water and assisted me. the server then arrived and provided wonderful recommendations, thanks Bryan. I wasn't too hungry, so I started with the tortilla chips and trio of salsa'a and then the tomato and burrata salad. omg, the food was phenomina. The appetizer came promptly and the salad shortly after. They both tasted amazing and the portions were fantastic for the price. Tony, the manager came to check on me throughout my meal and I complimented the wonderful ambiance, service and food. He was so professional and helpful, as this is my first time at the Fontainbleu. overall, I would definitely recommend La Cote and plan on coming back for lunch in two days, because it was so delicious. great job everyone :) read more
