While this is filed under nail salons, I went there for spa treatments. My boyfriend gave me a gift certificate for our anniversary. The ladies I spoke with when making the appointments were very friendly and I was excited. Day of, the staff was very rude. Then they gave me treatments I did not ask for, and charged me for them. Thankfully after phone calls from my boyfriend, I was given a refund. I don't think its cool when places try to scam people like that. The staff was half nice, half rude. My stylist was lovely, but the environment surrounding it was startling. My mother made me a hair and makeup appointment the day before my wedding reception in Michigan, and I was pleased they were able to accomodate me. When I arrived, I was greeted by the heady odor of nail polish/nail polish remover/etc. If I had been there for a treatment, I would not have been calmed. The receptionist and other staff were talking smack about the other customers, including a bridal party. Yikes. I began getting paranoid about what they'd say about ME when I'd left! Antonetta, my stylist, was wonderful. She did an amazing job on my hair (a bit poofier than what I requested, but it was totally amazing and I got a million compliments on it), and a WONDERFUL job on my makeup. I'm writing this review about a week after my reception, and my eyelashes are still attached and looking great! I don't know what else to say. Well I bought a groupon for $75 which included a european facial, mani and pedi. First off, I went to the wrong location because the address on their website is incorrect. It is for their old building not the new one. As I walked in, 15 minutes late because of the address flub, I thought to myself are they renovating? The receptionist was really sweet and attentive. She got me a water and had me wait for a minute until my facial lady was ready for me. So off I went to the facial room. The lady asked me what type of mask i wanted...i thought this was an odd question. I thought to myself shouldn't you know what type of mask I should need...you are the expert..right?? Anyway, I laid down on the "bed" they do the facials on and my feet were smashed up against the wall:( I am not super tall either! At only 5"7' I thought I would fit nicely on a regular table. I tried my best to situate myself. My facial was lovely and my skin looked great after. I dont remember the ladies name but she had a thick accent. She also called me sleeping beauty when she was done...lol how cute! Next, onto the not so good part...the mani pedi... I'm going to make this short and sweet. The lady who did it was very nice but not the best at her job...she left me once to go talk to her child, who came to pick up some money and once to talk on the phone to her child. My nail polish is chipping badly on my hands only 3 days after the fact and my toe polish doesn't look that good.. So much for a Birthday weekend pampering:( I should have listened to the yelp reviews!! Let me start by saying that I am not one to complain; in fact, this is the first time I'm writing a negative review - ever. For a girls day out, a group of us went in for a mani/pedi. We were greeted at the door immediately and asked if we wanted water. After getting settled in the back to receive our pedicures, everything seemed to be going well. (I will say, everyone else thoroughly enjoyed their experience and the staff that did their nails. I, unfortunately, did not.) In short, I would've been better off doing my nails myself. I believe it was the owner, Gina, who worked on my nails and it became clear that she does not do nails. I did not receive the same treatment/pampering that the other girls did throughout the entire process. I didn't have lotion applied after the foot scrub as everyone else did, the mini massage on my feet (and hands) or a base coat. She slapped the polish on my toes and then proceeded to spend more time removing the nail polish from around my toes than she did painting them. As the third person to sit down for a pedicure, I was the first one done. My manicure was/is awful. The only "treatment" I received was her filing my nails (the entire nail) to a rough mess. The polish is filled with bubbles and ripples and began chipping off the next morning. As soon as she finished applying the top coat, she left for the day. The other nail techs seemed to know Gina is not qualified to do nails as they kept looking over at her the entire time. After Gina left for the day, one of the nail techs told me to sit down and took 10 minutes trying to further remove the polish from around my toes (which was very nice of her). After my experience, would I go back? No. If you do go here for a mani and/or pedi, just make sure Gina doesn't sit down in front of you. read more

Where is the "no star" option? I interviewed for a massage therapist position at this location and was so shocked about what I found that I would NEVER consider being a customer. I turned down the position for MANY reasons. I was surprised how rude the owner of the business was! Also, I found it alarming that she informed me she would train me, as she wanted a massage to be done a certain way. Keep in mind, I am trained and licensed, she is not. This concerns me not only as a professional but as a consumer as well! If you DO choose to get bodywork done at this location, keep in mind that the massage therapist's cut from a $90 massage is $28. This is NOT normal. Usually it's a 50/50% or 45/55% cut. I expressed my shock at the rate which she gives her employees. She loudly informed me that it's due to the "amazing space" in which they work, stating that "we ALL have to pay to have the luxuries of a linen service, a cleaning service and a beautiful space." Not so, in my opinion! This establishment looked gaudy and cheap. Overall the atmosphere is uninviting and not terribly relaxing. That's just not what I look for when I want to relax! read more

Have been to LDV Spa twice in the past 2 months for services on a groupon/travelzoo voucher. The first was a massage; the second a mani/pedi. Massage: LIke another reviewer, I didn't have the correct address and was 10 minutes late to the appointment. So already I'm stressed, which is not good for a "relaxing" massage, right?! The massage room is TINY and shares a wall with the pedicure area ... so it was SUPER loud in the room (also not relaxing). Hopefull that the massage would do the trick, I asked the therapist to just turn up the music and tried to drown out the talking. As soon as the therapist started working on me, I knew it was not going to be good. You know how some therapists just massage with confidence?? THis girl was so tentative and all over the place. I get regular deep-tissue massages with a great guy in Bham and I should just stick to him. But I was in the mood for a relaxing swedish massage, so I got this groupon. The massage started way too hard/firm and when I requested lighter pressure, it was like she was afraid to even touch me. TWenty minutes in, I was ready to just get up and leave. But I still tipped her, because that's what you do. Mani/Pedi: Was back there this past week for a combo Mani/Pedi. I just had a pedi the prior week, but my coupon was expiring and I thought, "well at least I'll get a poslish change, trim and smooth feet!" Side note: I started wearing Gels, so the mani was out ... I just asked for the pedi. (Which was a total waste of $$, but live-and-learn). Now, you think the tech would go "above-and-beyond" since i wasn't getting both services, but no. It was totally rushed, she clipped / filed the nails all uneven, there was no buffing/smoothing of the nail surface (so you can see ridges through the polish), and I left there with rough heels! And the whole time the tech talked about how she preferred doing hair/makeup/waxing. Um, yeah, I can tell you don't have much pride in the pedi!! Bottom line: I will not go back there. I have been to this salon twice now - one about four years ago when they were still on University, and the second time in December 2011. The first time I went for a massage and pedicure and both services were awesome, as was the atmosphere. My most recent visit was not very good. The nail tech did an okay job, but it is the quality of the products that really makes the experience poor. The nail polish and gel colors that the techs have to work with is awful - old, thick and goopy. No wonder so many people have gotten bubbles on their nails. I do not think it was the nail tech's fault but rather the old ad outdated product that the salon owner needs to update. Also - the atmosphere for the mani/pedi room is fine in a basic way, but definitely not upscale enough to match their prices. read more

I had a Groupon for a mani/pedi. Was probably one of the worst pedis I ever had. Polish started peeling off and chipping in 1 week. The color selection was very poor. The lady said they were in the process of getting new colors. I consider myself a good tipper,, but I was turned off when they told me when I called to make the appointment that you are to tip on the actual cost-not the group on cost. Hands down, the worst facial/massage I've ever gotten. I bought the Groupon for the facial/massage package and 39$, and may I just say...I overpaid. The lady doing my facial had such a thick accent, it really startled me when she told me to close the door and take off my shirt. Apparently she meant move my tank top straps down, but it definitely sounded like she said, "take off your shirt." When she used the exfoliating cream, she managed to leave some of it on my face which caused an allergic reaction that lasted a few days. The woman that did my massage insulted me immediately when I went into the massage room. She told me I look ten years old (I'm 25). It was the WORST massage I've ever gotten. It felt like she was giving me dry rug burns on my back...it hurt!! She massaged/squeezed my arms so hard they went numb. I can't say enough negative things about this place. Even the facility was awful. What made it worse is that I had to tip based on full price, which just depressed me even more. Myself and four other friends went there yesterday morning for a bachelorette party/day kick-off. We all had groupons for mani/pedis and the bride also had a massage. First, even though the group appointment had been made back in May, LDV waited until two weeks ago to call and say that they wouldn't be open on 9/1 due to a lack of appointments. Basically, they called to say they're cancelling on five girls because they don't have appointments? Makes sense. They end up opening up just for us (which they liked to mention in not-too-friendly tones as often as possible during our appointment). Unfortunately, they had better things to do than to give potential return customers a good experience. They rushed through our manicures and pedicures; didn't allow our nails to dry enough. Out of all ten fingers and ten toes only six of my nails look decent. Do I think it's because they'd rather not work during Labor Day weekend? Possibly. Do I think we got ripped off because we all used Groupons? Possibly. Will I be going back? NOPE. If any employees or the owner of La Dolce Vita actually read these reviews, here's a tip: Take advantage of Groupon on customers. Make their experience wonderful enough and I'm positive that they'll be willing to come back and pay full price, or you can just keep doing what you're doing and write five-star reviews about yourself. read more

I purchased a Groupon for a manicure/pedicure here....this was my first experience with this salon. I had difficulty making the appointment--first, the receptionist (who sounded extremely rushed and busy) put me on hold and hung up on me. When I tried to call back, I was forwarded to their voicemail system...for days. Finally I had to make an appointment via email. Jessica did my nails and toes...while she was a sweet person, this was by far the worst mani/pedi I've ever had. There was nailpolish splotched on the tips of my toes and beyond a few moments with a nail file, she did nothing to groom my nails (even though I pointed out that this was the most important part of the manicure for me). I'd generally expect a manicure to last about a week (this one started chipping off in noticeable pieces within 3 days) and a pedicure maybe 3 weeks (two toes already have no polish). Obviously, I won't be returning--I guess I should've checked Yelp before purchasing the Groupon! read more

WORST "spa" experience I have ever had. -The run down strip mall location really put me off compared to the cute little victorian house I used to go to. -The staff was very friendly and did interact well with their customers, but my particular technician talked so badly about her previous customer being fat and obnoxious that it made me wonder what she would say about me when I left. -My pedicure had me on edge. She dug her fingernails in my legs and put way too much pressure in her "massage" and completely ignored my objections to the pain. She did nothing for my dry, cracked heels, which was the whole reason I came in. -Manicure was just as bad, polish was not up to par and went on very thick and uneven, she didn't even paint them down to the cuticle so they looked half done! -No UV light dryers offered, only a mini desk fan so that my polish smudged on all my nails as soon as I left. I went home and had to redo them myself! -Also, it took an hour and fourty five minutes to do this terrible job, really?? Do yourself a favor and save your money, time, and pain by avoiding this "spa" at all costs!!! read more

I used a Groupon for this place a few months ago. I see they are offering another Groupon for this establishment and wanted to warn others not to waste their money. I bought a 1/2 hour massage and 1/2 hour facial for $39. Wow! Awesome deal, right? Not so much. First of all, the place is uninviting, dirty and looks like it's under construction. Not at all relaxing or a spa atmosphere. You walk through a narrow, trashy looking salon area to get to the back of the place where there are two very small rooms next each other, the facial room and massage room. Not a huge deal that the rooms are small but just saying again, not a good atmosphere. The woman doing my facial was very hard to understand due to her thick accent. She asked me what I wanted to change most about my face...I said I easliy get clogged pores on my nose and of course, I don't like the lines around my eyes. She pretty much just rubbed a couple different moisturizers on my face and was done. I realize it was only a 1/2 hour but I felt zero difference and seen a zero difference. I've had a few facials in the past and have always felt pampered and refreshed each time. Not this time. Next, the massage. The woman was very nice (and spoke english well) but didn't do a great job either. It's their job to feel where the tension is and work at it but rather than concentrating on where I needed it, she tried to fit in my whole upper body in the 1/2 hour. Some may prefer that but when she asked me to flip on to my back, I didn't feel my back was done. She worked on my arms too lengthy of time and without much lotion/oil too I should add. It kind of hurt. My overall opinion of the place is very poor. I thought I was getting a fantastic deal but ended up very disappointed. You get what you pay for. I think the staff is inexperienced and the place has zero class. To top it all off, rather than a bottle of water when you leave they gave me a glass of water to drink as I just stood there while the people in the salon area stare. I do not recommend this 'spa'. Was gifted a massage here after a messy argument with my boyfriend. It was last minute and the staff was very polite over the phone. Apparently they scheduled me during the masseuse's lunch break so she was almost 20 minutes late. I was told I could shower there and utilize the spa however following my massage I was told I would not be allowed to utilize their shower and dressing room. My massage was very nice but my massage therapist definitely was very rude. It may have been that this was supposed to be her lunch break, but that is by no means my fault and I deserve to be treated with respect and friendliness as your customer at a spa where I should be RELAXING. My mom and I bought a groupon from this place for a mani-pedi. It was awful. It was as if the nail techs had never ever done this before. To start, their UV machine for the Shellac mani was broken and they only had one other one to use, so me and my mom had to wait while one opened up. Our pedicures were awful and the Shellac mani was a mess...it was bubbled, my nails were uneven...absolutely the worst man pedi i've ever had. I wouldn't pay a $1 for their services. I complained to the owner who was nice but it didn't do anything. My daughter bought me a groupon for my 60th birthday. It was for a mani and pedi. Several attempts to call and make an appointment I left message an received a call back several days later. Found that very odd. None the less I went. Receptionist was very kind. Offered me a water. I watched several employees come up to the desk and talk to her. After 15 minutes one of those same employees said " oh I didn't know you were my client". Really? So on to the pedicure. Luke warm water at best. Barely any grooming. Polish applied poorly. Peeled and chipped within days. On to the manicure. The tech decided that something was wrong with my nails. Then she decided that I must have had shellac on my nails. I repeatedly told her I had not. She then decided that filing the tops of my nails down to nothing was the best option. Not so. She then never shaped my nails or did she work on my cuticles. She polished my nails and off I went. All during this time some guy kept talking to himself and rearranging the salon. Not that that would have improved the look of it in any way! Bottom line-two months later my nails are still paper thin. My nails were extremely tender for weeks. I made multiple calls. Never once was the phone answered. I went to La Dolce Vita the day before my girlfriends and I went on a little road trip to North Carolina. A road trip with them doesn't happen often, so I thought I'd and treat myself to a relaxing salon/spa treatment to get ready for the long trip ahead. Please keep in mind, that's what I was expecting... a nice, peaceful salon experience that would let me walk out of there a feeling a bit more confident and with a head of silky, shiny, bouncy tresses. To begin, the front desk staff was not at all friendly or helpful. The staff used to offer water or tea, but now you're lucky if they offer you a magazine to read. As for my stylist... he was the most self absorbed man I have ever met. I never in my life have had a stylist carry on so much about his or her self. I went to the salon to relax, not to hear non-stop jabbering about his soap opera life. Please don't take this the wrong way. I enjoy friendly conversation with my stylist. I like to talk about current events, weekend happenings and the occasional celebrity gossip. But this was just unprofessional. Perhaps the reason I received such horrible service was that I was using a coupon. The times I went in there for services from a spa package I received were pretty good. But this last time was appalling. The thing that really got me fuming was that when I called to make the appointment, I told the receptionist that I would be using a coupon. After getting my trim (all this to get rid of my dead ends) my stylist asked if I wanted to pay the extra $10 to have my hair blown-out. He then said that the person who booked my appointment should have told me that it would be extra for a blowout. It's not my fault that I wasn't informed. And since this special was "cash only", I didn't have the extra cash on hand even if I wanted it blown out (they have an ATM available in the salon, but I hate paying the service charge to withdraw my money). I left the salon with wet hair. My hair is unruly. Blow drying it myself is a good 1+ hour ordeal. After writing this review, I am still upset about this. I considered writing the owner, but I'm not sure that would really do me any good. So bad. Obviously they're doing all of these Groupons because they moved from what was a wonderful, upscale location to a crappy strip mall and they have lost business because of it. The polish is old and the technicians are not talented. While they are very friendly and accomodating, you don't want to ask them to fix anything because they did it wrong in the first place. Six hours after my mani-pedi the polish is already chipping and looks discolored around the edges. Plus I was early for my appointment (booked a week and a half in advance) and still was waiting until half an hour after my scheduled time. I did not feel like a priority as my technician was on the phone as she was doing my nails and blamed me for moving when she nicked two of my nails as she was moving her hands. I was so dissapointed, especailly because this was a spa that I had always wanted to try, and always thought of as a quality location. I just received a massage and body scrub here tonight and I loved it! The staff/receptionist were very friendly and welcoming. Lizzie gave me my massage and it was amazing!! She was very attentive to my problem areas and able to get at all my knots in my back. Also, Lizzie really customized/individualized the massage to my needs, and she takes her time and doesn't make you feel rushed or like its a hassle for her to be there. She is very professional, sweet, and talented. I would definitely make an appointment with her again and would highly recommend her. read more

I just got my nails done here and they turned out absolutely wonderful! Not only was the staff very nice and inviting, but they were also able to squeeze me into their busy day which ended up making the staff stay a bit after hours. She took her time to make sure my nails turned out just the way I wanted them. I highly recommend people come here to get their nails done. In a word- terrible. This is the first time I've ever been compelled to write a review...it was that bad. I had the groupon for a "60 minute basic facial, relax pedicure and glisten manicure." I arrived about 20 minutes before my appointment (that had been made 3 weeks in advance) and waited at the counter for a good 5 minutes before anyone noticed me. No receptionist. The spa is no longer located in the downtown Rochester location, but in a cheesy strip mall. The building feels cheap and smelly and whole sections of wall are unfinished. When the owner finally noticed me and I gave my name she said it was nice I was there early so we could "both get out of there sooner." Way to make me feel welcome. I was escorted back to the smallest facial room in America. My feet were pushed up against the wall and there were products and items EVERYWHERE. She did not offer me a robe or towel, instead I kept my clothes on. I've had a lot of facials before and never experienced that. She also did not use a towel or headband on my hair She was extremely sloppy and by the end of the facial my hair, dress, and even bra were soaking wet and covered in product. She left all the doors open through the whole service and I could hear chatter from the salon throughout my facial. So not relaxing. She began by washing my face so roughly that I had to ask her to back off. She got product in my eyes and mouth. She then turned on the very bright light without warning or eye pads and began exclaiming about all of the congestion on my face. Now, my skin isn't perfect but it certainly isn't terrible! She did a series of very rough extractions, all the while exclaiming things like "How long has this been here?!" and "ugh, acne!" She kept knocking the light and hitting me in the face with it. She then put a mask on my face, told me to "go to sleep" and LEFT THE ROOM for a good 15 minutes. Like I said, not my first facial so I was expecting scalp massage or something! Instead, through the door I could hear her chatting with the other girls at the salon. When she returned she washed off the mask, haphazardly rubbed on some moisturizer and declared me finished. The whole thing was about 40 minutes. Not even close to 60! The pedicure was next. A different girl did my nail services. She wasn't nearly as abrasive but my services weren't anything to write home about. My feet are still rough (hardly any exfoliation) and my nails are already chipped and bubbly. Throughout my nail services the owner was with another client and kept talking about how they were better than "the Chinese place" and her "Arab client." At one point she even called the client to say they were talking about her cooking. So bizzare, abrasive, and not peaceful. I was expecting a relaxing spa experience at La Dolce Vita and left feeling way more stressed than when I arrived. Please stay away! If I could give no stars I would. Bought a groupon - note to business owners - do not sell 1,000 groupons if you do not have the staff to support the business - took forever to get an appointment. My mani pedi was - eh - ok. I could have gone to the asian place by my house for better quality and cheaper (even with tthe groupon). The technician talked too much and I have bubbles all over my nails. The tubs we soaked our feet in were stained around the rim. My massage was good - the technician did an awesome job - however the atmosphere was not that relaxing. I am shocked to find such low ratings of this salon; therefor, I am writing my first Yelp review in order to set the record straight. I'm somewhat of a fabulous salon and haircut connoisseur. I currently live in Chicago, and I often long to go to this salon, returning whenever I am back in Michigan. All of the staff at the front desk always seem to remember who I am and never fail to tell me how much they like my outfit or my new hairstyle. The real gem of this place and who keeps me coming back is Lonie (hopefully I am spelling her name right). She's unbelievably friendly as well as a talented colorist and master of the short haircut. She kept me platinum blonde for years with utmost perfection. I've never received a haircut from her that I didn't absolutely love; in fact, I tell her to do whatever she wants to it, because I trust her skills and ability to intuit my sense of style. I can't recommend any of the other hair stylists, because I always go to Lonie. If it's going to be your first time at the spa, I recommend asking reception who they recommend for your hair type and desired look. This is how I found the awesome, blonde stylist who I'd fly to Chicago to do my hair if I had the money. Besides having my hair colored and cut, I always have my eyebrows done by Camilia. She's a miracle worker! Unbelievable, I'm telling you. Plus, she always remembers where I go to college, and we always seem to fit in an actual intellectual conversation during the twenty minutes or less we spend together. I've also had my nails done here once, which I really loved the results. I'm more interested in spending my money on the perfect haircut, color, and eyebrows, and the prices for nails here are a bit high for me personally. Furthermore, this salon looks awesome (it's a freakin' Victoria House!) and is always clean. If you're looking for a high quality salon experience, come here ASAP! read more

They just moved, so I was a little more forgiving of the fact that the salon was not completely done yet. The spa experience was great, the nail techs were super friendly. I went there for a mani/pedi. The end result was air bubbles on all 10 fingers and toes. I pointed this out to one of the nail techs and she fixed part of the problem. I bought a groupon for exfoliating massage. First, the spa is not relaxing.....a lot of things going on. My masseuse was 30 mins late. During the massage, she left the room five times. Twice to answer her cellphonem once to ask someone how to remove the sugar scrub. What? She returned with wet towels and when she put one on my back, I jumped....it was cold! She left again to heat the towels.....omg. I left feeling more stressed when I arrived. Have been at this salon twice so far with no success. I bought two groupon's and they could not accomodate my friend and I so I ended up letting my friend receive her massage and I ended up buying a pedicure just so I could be with her. The pedicure was terrible. Tech was not trained well and I agree with the other reviews that my daughter could do a better job. So I was in again the other day to remit my other coupon and I scheduled for a 1 hr facial instead of a facial/massage. Once I arrived they stated that they called me three times during the week (which I never rec'd) to tell me that the tech had an emergency issue. At that time, they stated that I could wait 1/2 an hour and another tech could take me so of course after driving 1/2 hr I said that I would wait. The facial was nothing like I expected I do believe that they use Dove soap on my face because I know what it smells like. After 1/2 hr she stated that I was all set. Once I went back to the desk to check out the rep looked at me and asked was I suppose to get something else. I told her that this was scheduled to be a full hour facial. She ended up rescheduling me for another session in the next two weeks to come back for an European Facial (which is what I was suppose to get). I will be surprised to see what I get with this visit. If not satisified THIS time, then they will have a nice conversation with me before I leave. I do not recommend this salon. I am just there to try to get what I paid for. I've been going to La Dolce Vita for over a year, and have to say I disagree with the people who gave poor reviews. I have difficult, thin, fine hair and for the first time ever, they cut it so it worked for 6+ weeks without a trim. Then, I've become 'hooked' on the gelnails because with their process, I can go at least 2 - 3 weeks between treatments and they don't file the 'stuff' off down to the nail itself --- together, this means that I NEVER have to think about my nails for at least 2 weeks as they look perfect no matter what I do around the house, and my nails are stronger than they ever were -- haven't had a broken nail in ages. read more

Wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased my group on!! quite possibly the worst mani pedi I've ever had. And it's so sad, because these types of deals are all about drumming up new customers. Horrible paint job...my 2 year old son could have done better. And awful bubbles on every nail. Will not return--even for free! And that says a lot! read more

After reading Dawn J's comment on 4/26/2012 I thought I should talk about my experience. On my first visit to this salon I recieved the European facial and I loved it! This was my first facial and I was very impressed! I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I am 100% certain the staff do NOT use Dove soap. I asked my girl what products they use and she was more than happy to share. I had a very positive experience here and would definitely recommend a facial or massage if you are looking for a little relaxation. read more

I would give this place 0 if I could. I went last night with a groupon for hair services. first of all...the staff was dressed so i couldn't even tell who worked there or who was a customer. the girl who did my hair decided that my hi lights were "processing" too quick before she finsihed my whole head so she proceeded to drag the foils out of my hair and ring my hair thru a towel...so i sat there with parts of my hair being worked on and some not. in the end you can't even tell i got hi lights. also even tho the hours are until 8-9 i had an apt at 545 and since i was the last one, they left me with another young girl (we are both early 20s) locked in the bulilding so she could finish! i mean if you have a business you could at least pay the receptionist to stay! the place looked like they just moved in, so much so that i asked and she said that the have been there since may 2011. holes in the wall, dirty dirty hair left all over the salon after all other employees left and then the girl doing myhair FORGOT to cut my bangs. i mean i thought that went with it. when i asked her about it, she said she could do them but i was too afriad at this point for something else to go wrong. it was a complete waste of money and i will never go back. read more
