The quality of the meat went down since they opened. They put a lot of onions vs. steak in the entrees now. The flavor is still there in the sauce. I ordered take out and asked for 2 sauces and they only put one tiny green sauce for my steak order!!The people at the register treat you like their giving you the food for free. The food is great to bad the service and staff are incompetent. I usually come here for lunch for the special I live and work close by. Tonight I decide to have them for dinner so around 750 pm I called for a takeout order. After calling for 10 minute with no answer I decide to drive in and place my order. When I got to the restaurant it looked like it was ready to close, all the tables were being clean and all the sauces of the table. I walking in about 813pm. I placed my order and immediately after they got a rush of about 5 customers. The lady who took my order was on her cellphone the entire time. I waited for my order for about 20 minutes when I saw everyone got their orders who order after me. When I ask the girl she turn to the cook who never put my order on the grill. At no point did they say sorry or there was a mixed up but seem bother or annoyed that I was upset they never put in. At this point I ask for a refund which again they were upset all though they never completed my order. I ask her why they didn't pick up the phone she simply told me because it was to close to their closing time so they don't answer the phones and get stuck later ? When I asked what time they close she confirmed 9pm. Now I know this isn't a 5 star restaurant and I myself work retail but if they start to close down shop 1 hour earlier might as well close earlier. Ordered a dish that is cooked with tomatoes and they forgot the tomatoes. When I took it back to them they just threw raw tomatoes on top of it and were at a loss when I asked them to refun my money because I didn't want to eat this dish that is supposed tk have cooked tomatoes with the raw tomatoes they threw on top. And she said "it's only tomatoes" I would question how food is handled at a place with people in that mind set running it. Horrible service. Didn't get to try the food. I had eating at the franchise in Orlando however this establishment left me not only disappointed due to the poor quality hygiene and costumer service that I may never go back. I had to return 7 times to say the least to their countee they did not have my order done gave me a bunch of plastics knifes 1 fork. For a party of 5 the can sodas were warm and did not receive enough ice cups when I ask at the counter in one of the many trips I made ( garlic potatoes, the so called papa a la huancaina)each time getting an annoyed look by the female attending the line. There is a dish original from Peru South America, on their menu that simply leaves you wishing you never ordered just not going into too many details definally recommend they look into the recipe what they are serving is not it. When I brought this to the female at the line she shook her shoulders took a gentleman who I think it was the manager and shove him outisde my reach never to see him return. Since they were not gonna issue any kind of explanation I ask for an equal price sideeach she say ...what do you want? Tried them for the first time and enjoyed it. Never had Peruvian food, so don't know how authentic it's considered, but was very tasted. Their chicken, steak, and beans were well seasoned, and my kids enjoyed the popcorn chicken, which was more like chicken strips but good all the same. You can tell they make all their food fresh. The parking lot was full, there was a long line, and we did have to wait a bit for our to go order, perhaps if they are so busy they should hire more staff to accommodate. read more
