Our waitress Giselle was so sweet and helpful. We ordered tacos and gringas. I got the carne asada taco on flour and we shared the pastor gringas. While this place is known for the pastor, the carne asada was also really good. Flavorful, tender, and juicy without any gristly bits. And the flour tortilla was excellent! Thin and crispy but not hard. The tacos come with cilantro and onion, and then you can add red hot sauce or green guac sauce (or both!). Both are delicious! The gringas here are more like caramelos (to me at least!) and quite large. We got these (an order is 2) with the pastor of course! We liked everything but I would go more for tacos in summer. The gringas are heavier and feel more like winter food for me. But definitely a great choice especially if you're really really hungry! When you're done, you go up to the cashier at front and let them know your table number which is on the wall above your table. This was excellent food at great prices with very friendly service.
