BEFORE you order the protein, white or wheat, that's it. The sandwich was topped with their signature items, heated and served. Now I needed to tell them what I want on it. And then I asked. "Is it even toasted anymore ". They understand me, and said "we are trained often on the changes". Well, how about as a long time Loyal Customer to the Brand we say "no thank you ! We liked the original it worked let's her that Back here please"! It was a pretty good sandwich what they made. I applaud them for working in a hostile environment, which translated "no one wants to work in a place that changes its signature items constantly!" Not in this world and not in the next .
