The employee who helped was so nice! The ice cream was super tasteful! We ate inside since their AC was set to 60 degrees and outside was 100 degrees. We also bought 6 ice creams, great taste! Little pricey but I believe in supporting these types of business! Come check it out!

I had pick out the white fruit. Don't care for it n I was mainly left with very lil chips , cucumbers. I added hot Cheetos. It's $14 fr a small n the portions not to be good , sucked. Other than that it was good.

I would it give a zero star! 1. Bad service. The employee looked extremely annoyed. 2. The raspados were super dry. Not enough flavor. She maybe added two tablespoons of the syrup. Not worth $30!

Gosh. This place was not good :( the ice cream was crystalized and it tasted old... not to mention the scoops were tiny. Didn't even fill up the cup. I've been to many Michoacánas and they given full scoops to fill it to the edges and top. $4.50 is a lot of $ for such little scoops...

I have gone the last 3 days in a row... why? because they have so much to choose from. The aguas frescas are delicious, all of them. They have many paletas and ice cream flavors, shakes, smoothies, tostilocos, frutas, corn...and much much more. I had the tostilocos, then went back for the hot cheetos with cheese and yesterday went to try the corn in a cup... I also had paletas, nieve and of course aguas frescas. They were all good, definitely worth the wait because it does get busy at times. We have been helped by Damien everytime and he is very nice, friendly and fast. The service is great and this establishment is very clean! I will be going back today for the hot cheetos corn on the cob!

Unbelievably bad service never spending my hard earn money here again ordered a shake and they added strawberry syrup which I did not ask for. I ordered tostilocos and before I could clarify what I didn't want in them, she started making them, never bothered to ask. Dirty tables , not one clean table around. Nasty attitudes from employees. So I actually stopped by two different locations of this business today, this was my first stop. My niece wanted some ice cream so we stopped in and ordered the mango icecream with candy on top, it looked and tasted fantastic and it was very affordable for the small, unfortunately I visited another location later in the day to get my own dessert and it was drastically different and a much worse experience. read more

This place is a hidden GEM!! You taste buds will dance like Michael Jackson! We had the pleasure of being served by the manager himself, Sr Damien. Store is impeccably clean, bright, vivid and lively. The ice cream in this place is to die for. They have all he taste treats the kiddos are eating these days... It's actually pretty nostalgic coming from San Diego and eating in like places. I ordered a fruit bowl, (Bionico).... yum, yum and very yum!! Everything from the fresh fruit, to the cream and toppings were nothing short of AMAZING!!! This will definitely be my kids after school snack shop and my fruit salad go to!! Every single time I come here they NEVER have my first 2-3 options. They advertise having so many things but never have it all in stock. It's always excuse after excuse as to why and it's getting quite old. Quit blaming each other and throwing other employees under the bus for "not prepping enough" supplies and just do it yourself. I'm not there to listen to you trash talk your coworkers, I'm there to give you my business and lately that's been difficult when every single thing I want is unavailable. Definitely not going back ANY time soon. read more

The selection is great the food is even better but unfortunately the customer service is horrible. They employee like to hangout in the back room ignoring customers who are walking in and waiting to be helped and acknowledged. I will never come back they were so rude! The quality of the products they sale and the service they give go hand in hand but unfortunately this was not the case! I'll prefer to drive to Temecula then to come back to this location again! read more

Super mega delicious! For a while I was grossed out by Mexican ice cream but after my fiancé convinced me to try some of her "mangonada" (or however you spell it lol) I pretty much craved it every day for the following two months. I don't like spicy but dang, it's sooo good. Also, Don't be fooled by the imitation Mexican ice cream joints in the area. They're not nearly as good as the real la Michoacana so definitely for a first timer come to this location read more

I was super excited for this place to open. I used to go to the one in Riverside all the time when I was going to school. The mangoneada with the mango and watermelon flavors are my favorite to get. Definitely recommend stopping by and grabbing a cold treat to beat this summer heat. read more

Okay after countless times of always being served by the same rude short girl works closing just being rude acting so bothered and annoyed she doesn't try at all to hide the fact that she hates what she's doing impossible to talk to but anyways I got corn with everything and girl put Chile powder once that's it when I was like uhhh can I get a lot more Chile i like it really spicy please she glared at me and just shook the Chile container once more I had to be like uh more plz and just gave up decided to just fix it at home to my liking since this employee wants act dumb like that as if she eats her corn that plain pisses me cause shit no tiene nada de chile . But sad to say I am just gonna skip the corn cravings when I come to Murrieta wait for when I get home to Boyle heights. This place is my "candy place"!!! Their stuff are delicious!! Everything I've tried is just delicious!! I must say Natalie has been GREAT help! There's been multiple time I've come in and has helped me translate the things on the menu for my boyfriend. What i love the most is her attitude and personality, always very friendly and easy to talk to. It's really good to come back and see a very friendly face. Natalie has definitely made my experiences here at la michoacana a very enjoyable experience with some appropriate jokes here and there which keeps her professionalism at its best! She definitely is very knowledgeable of the items on the menu which is great when I'm in doubt of what to get. Definitely would recommend for friends or family to come when having those munchies craving! read more

I just bought a hot Cheeto corn in the cup, biggest mistake. The hot Cheetos were so stale and bland it didn't even taste like hot Cheetos. The corn itself was so disappointing as well it was a very pale yellow and hand no flavor. Definitely will not be returning again. $4 wasted read more

I came into this ice cream shop expecting a refreshing feeling on an extremely hot day, but all I got was an extremely uncomfortable feeling from how hot & humid the store was. I was hoping if I got ice cream that it would help with the heat, but as soon as I ordered & got what I ordered I left immediately because I started sweating as soon as entered the store. The costumer service & how fast the girl took to get me my order was phenomenal. I was treated with the up most respect & the prices were more than fair. The only complaint I have is how insanely hot the place is, I even feel really bad for the workers there. They all looked really sweaty & uncomfortable. read more

So confused on why this place has such good reviews but I had the worst experience ever :/ the people were incredibly rude from the minute we walked in. Stood there and waited at least 10 minutes to be helped...while there were 3 people just standing behind the counter. I asked for a sample and they walked down the line to the flavor, put it on a spoon, then held it out in front of someone else who was waiting to be served. It was bizarre. Unfortunately, the ice cream tasted as bad as their attitudes. I usually LOVE Michoacana ice cream but this is the worst location I've been to. I was so displeased I went back to the counter to get another flavor. To which the girls behind the counter asked in a snappy way, "didn't you already get ice cream." When I asked for a sample the girl dropped the ice cream off the spoon before even handing it to me and giggled. I was so confused on why they were so rude to me when I was completely polite the entire time. So sad. Not worth it in any aspect, just go to the other location that's 5 minutes away on Winchester. Better tasting ice cream and extremely sweet workers. read more

So good! This was my 1st time going to a La Michoacana & I will definitely be back. I got 2 scoops of ice cream 1 was Oreo & the other was fresas con creama. Omg! The fresas con creama is my new favorite ice cream so good. There's so many difererent things to choose from here, I'll definitely be back to try something else. The place got crowded but everyone was being helped quickly. 1 thing this places needs to improve on is to have a menu board. Idk how they could miss that detail. There's no menu board that clearly displaces everything they sell. read more

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.

I was one of the first customer in line when the store opened at 7:30 AM, and there were quite a few customers behind me after that. My order was placed at 7:44 AM, and I received my coffee and croissant fairly quickly. However, I was still waiting on the 4 cinnamon rolls I had ordered. Around 20 minutes later, I went up to the counter to check on my order. I was reassured that my cinnamon rolls were being made and told that it usually takes about 30 minutes, so I continued waiting. As more time passed, I noticed customers who ordered both before and after me receiving their orders while I was still waiting. At that point, I started to feel like my order may have been missed. I checked a second time and explained that I felt like my order may have been missed. The gentleman who helped me was much kinder than the first person I spoke with and was apologetic, which I appreciated. Finally, another employee, who I believe was the owner's husband, asked to see my receipt and discovered that my order had been misplaced. I received my cinnamon rolls around 8:30 AM. While I understand that popular items can take time, it was frustrating to find out that my order had actually been misplaced after I had already asked about it twice. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate the owner's husband for being honest about what happened and the gentleman for taking the time to help. I love supporting local businesses and hope this doesn't happen to another customer.

As always, the boba is fresh, even though I came in 20 mins before close, and I love how all their milk teas are nondairy. Joe and Destiny made me feel so welcomed, and here I was, about to be crying in a boba shop on Mother's Day because I was brought back to my childhood by something as simple as a VHS tape and bubble TV. Joe and Destiny rly made my the end of my Mother's Day an amazing one, just through the genuine conversation and interactions we had. I most likely will be finding myself back here just to hangout, and watch one of my childhood movies while having a boba!
