Blonico: fruits with crema- so good!! ($11.29) -1/13/24
    Kathy S.

Uhm, where have I been?? I can't believe I'm trying Mangoneada and Blonico for the very first time! I love fruits, sweet, salty, tangy chamoy, spicy, crunch, and all the freshness of the Mangoneada! My tastebuds where definitely dancing tonight. This party cup of life had mango chamoy sorbet topped extra chamoy sauce, tijan, and fresh mango. The soursop stick was also a nice touch to make sure you got enough sourness, sweetness, and salt! Loved! Blonico is like an extremely healthy yet not really parfait! There's chopped/cubed watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, mango, banana drenched in a thin cream (that's has been soaking green and red apples) and topped with granola and honey. It's sweet yet not overbearing. If I wasn't lactose intolerant I would have endeavored this whole bowl! Service was great! We were helped immediately as we entered. I had no idea what these goodness were called and just pointed at the photos. The gentlemen in front of me ordered Blonico and I was sold. The lady who helped me knew exactly what I wanted seeing me eyeing the Blonico. :) The shop was bright, colorful, and super clean! If someone wasn't helping a customer she was either wiping, mopping or sweeping. I'll definitely be back for the party!

Love this place - no doubt. But the girl that helped me did not do her job and had an attitude. My fresas con cremas looked like this

La Michoacana is conveniently located in a plaza at Tustin Village, which has plenty of parking. My family and I are a fan of their popsicle/paletas, a frozen treat that's made with fresh ingredients. Besides popsicles, there many other options including ice cream and sorbets. Of the sorbets, the guava and mango are my favorite. They are rich and full of of flavor and don't have a strange artificial taste to it. The staff here are always nice and patient with us. They help with questions we have about flavors or menu options. Overall, would recommend this spot for anyone with a craving for ice cream or fruit desserts.

So clean and the staff is so friendly. Prices are high but it's the quality and I don't mind paying for that. Overall, I continue coming to this location for the customer service and good snacks.

New ice cream and drink place in Tustin across from the Jewelry Exchange. They are located in a brand new strip shopping center away from from McFadden Avenue. Parking is plentiful as they are the first tenants in the shopping center. They specialize in Mexican ice cream and drinks. They have all kinds of ice cream bars, different flavor of ice cream for cups and cones, shakes, mangoneadas, and drinks. I ordered a mangoneada after I saw other customers ordering it. The mangoneada is a mango ice cream with chili. Their ice cream is full of mangos. The chili power was perfect with the mango ice cream. The employees are nice and friendly. They were helpful in explaining their different drinks and ice cream; although ice cream is a universal language and no explanation was necessary. It is a nice place that is very close to the office. I think I will be coming here a lot.

With Covid going on this place has done a good place with making sure customers do not get close to the display cases with caution tape a couple feet from the products, floor stickers and signs with store Covid policies. Mask Required to Enter! I went in the afternoon so I was the only one in the store at the moment. Once inside there is a big selection of fresh fruit popsicles, ice creams, drinks as well as snacks. Service was great, within 20 seconds of me being in the store a worker stopped what she was doing to come help me out , I was in and out within 2minutesI knew I already wanted a popsicle but what flavor!? With the help of my daughter we went with the mixed fruit which included kiwi, strawberry, apples, grapes, mango& I think oranges. She previously got a watermelon one that had chunks of watermelon she ate the whole thing herself. Both flavors are highly recommended.

I've been trying all these La Michoacana ice cream shops around OC to find one that can live up to the Corona/Riverside one and nothing really compares to that one! Hoping that is a franchise so all the Mangoladas should taste the same but it doesn't. I'm so sad... They charged me extra to put strawberries on top of my strawberry/limealadas I totally made up that word because I don't know what to call it. It's kinda pricey here too.. A small for $4 almost $5 dollars! Also this place doesn't give you the bits of tamarind candies in your mangoladas.. Why???? I guess only the Riverside one has that.. and this was suppose to be the premium site.. smh. Customer service was unorganized but ok. We really didn't know who was next in line n where the line started.. You just kinda stand around until someone helps you.. They also have the fruit drinks here. Some sites don't have that. Cash only!! I had to go to the food mark across the street to get cash.. Thinking this place was going to be good... Nope! I'll just pass next time, it wasn't worth my $2.75 ATM fee lol

There are so many ice cream flavors to choose from that I never know where to start! The employees are nice but service is a bit slow. There's no line so you have to make eye contact with strangers and just agree on who's next in line to get their cavity on a stick. None of the ice creams are labeled so you have to ask them what's what. I like how the popsicle sticks are wide so it's more durable, and the ice cream doesn't fall off. All the ice creams I've tried have been good, but the next item on my list is their elotes! ***Don't forget to bring CASH!

    Luis F.

Ice cream I above average, but the servings are way too small for the price. One scoop is like $4. It's cash only as well. You're better off going to the rite aid in Lawrence Square for a triple scoop for about the same price and quality.

Was in the area this evening after a kids event and grabbed some Cauldron. Still fantastic! Made fresh, super creamy and delicious! My wife got the Puffle with Milk & Cereal flavor, enjoyed it a ton. Kids and I all got mint chocolate chip, VERY creamy with big chunks of chocolate. Wish we had one closer to home! Highly recommend.

We ordered three things; mint chocolate chip, rose, and milk and cereal. All with a bubble waffle cone. The service was disappointing, the guy who worked there seemed like he didn't care and it was just another job. No life to him and was just rude about asking the code for the bathroom. The mint and chip is basic. Nothing too much about it. My kids like it, so I got it. Average 3/5. The rose ice cream tasted like a rose, it was pretty good and very floral. The disappointing part is I was hoping the ice cream would be shaped like a rose as depicted on the picture. Nope, just a scoop and left it as is. 5/5 for taste and 0/5 for presentation. The milk and cereal one was actually pretty good. Especially with Frosted Flakes in it. It literally taste like cereal. 5/5. I would give it a higher star if the service complimented it and th presentation of the rose ice cream did.

My friend and I noticed things have changed much with Melo Melo, so we walked acrossed the street and were deciding between HeyTea and Honeymee, but we were SO GLAD we went with Honeymee to sit inside at the cute table. The lady(owner?) was so sweet and of course, my OG Honeymee was sooo GOOD. My friend's yuju drink was so refreshing and yummy, too. They also have some items on the menu that other Honeymee's don't have. The employees here are also usually friendlier than some of the other locations. However, if you don't want to talk to anyone while ordering, a kiosk is available. Personally, my favorite item is the Sweetie, which has true milk ice cream drizzled with honey. The Honeymee -- true milk ice cream with honeycomb -- is also pretty good if you're into honeycombs. My bf's favorite is the Dear Caramel, which has a caramel drizzle topped with what is reminiscent of dalgona coffee bits. The milkshakes here are also a solid choice. While I'm still sad that my favorite and closest Honeymee location in Garden Grove closed a couple of years ago, the Irvine location is pretty reliable in terms of consistency and service.
