    Large Cheese Pizza
    Kevin P.

Ordered a large pizza and an order of french fries. The bill came to $39.12. I feel that was a little to much to charge. The pizza had a good taste. There was plenty of cheese and the sauce had a good taste to it. It just seems like ordering out is becoming so expensive.

The chicken parm sub was really disappointing and the chicken parm sub was inedible. As you can see from the image it was burnt and extremely dry.

Some of the best food I've ever had. I'd say to go here but some of the staff are ridiculously rude. This was my second time in there. The girl working the register was very rude. She had to take my order several times before getting it right. She messed up on my order, she forgot my hot sauce I ordered and still charged $5 for hot sauce! She was getting annoyed and mixing my order up with the guy before me. This was approximately 5:30 6/9/2026 If anyone is thinking of going here be ready to leave pissed off. And there's no where to sit except some very uncomfortable bar chairs. I do not recommend this place.

I ordered 10 bbq wings, all flats on the pit, and they were good, however the Westside location is better, I absolutely love bbq wings on the pit and lanivas is my go to place and the service was great also, it took about 30min to cook the wings, and it was well worth it, because I ate most of them on the way home

Love me some greasy pizza. I usually get the family pack and eat it for days but this time I went with the mini pack. The mini pack has a large cheese + 1 topping pizza and 20 wings (boneless or bone-in). The family pack has a large cheese + 1 topping pizza and a bucket of wings. I wished there was a pack in between because 20 wings is never enough and 50 is too much. The packs are pricy. You'll be paying 60 dollars for the mini pack and $100 for the family pack. The pizza was cooked to perfection. Usually with La Nova, I like their wings better than their pizza but today and last few times, their pizza has been gettting better while their wings have been getting worse. I went with bbq pit style. It wasn't as crispy or charcoal-ly as I was hoping. Blue cheese is always lit and if you get ranch, you need to get your taste buds checked out. Waiting area is simple. Just a couple of seats by the window. They have enough space for 10 people ish. Service was quick and effortless. They are always working hard and so it was a quick and pleasant exchange. Parking is decent. They are in a mini plaza and have 20 or so spots between them and the other few businesses there. They have a ton of other things on their menu including chicken finger subs, fries, salads, tacos etc. Never had of those. I strictly go for the pizza. So why only 3 stars? I think their pizza is getting better and I was extremely happy with my last order but their wings are starting to get bad. I've been disappointed the last 3 times and so I'm starting to think that maybe my love affair with La Nova might need to end. Or if you want a slice and a couple of wings, or if its your first time to Buffalo and want a place to get chicken and pizza, this might be a the place to go. But if you're like me and been here multiple times and want to best of pizza and wings and feel like the quality is starting to lack here, then you may want to check out another place.

Cool local pizza chain. Wanted to try something 'local', and was told my a local to give it a shot. Service was good. Food was just ok. Cheese pizza was a 6/10. Pepperoni was a 7/10. Cheese breadsticks were a 6/10 (mostly over baked crust).

    The Big Joe 30"
    Catalina A.

Ordered their biggest pizza a Big Joe 30" for a big party & it fed everyone! It was actually super delicious & made perfectly. The pizza was even delicious when it was cold. The only issue we ran into was figuring out how to get the pizza inside the car, so make sure you have a big SUV with seats that go down otherwise you'll be stuck. I am super pleased with La Nova!

Broccoli Chicken & Cheese Slice $4.64
    Jennifer C.

I love that they have hot, fresh slices ready to go. Regularly featured are, broccoli & chicken, steak & Cheese, sausage & pepper, pepperoni with a few different crusts, mushrooms. They are a slight pricey, but the food is stacked and you get what you pay for

Sesame seeds on the crust was an awesome addition.

I am from Texas, and am a bit picky over BBQ, especially Brisket. Y'all there's nothing worse than a dry piece of smoked brisket... just sayin'. Anyway, I ordered a couple apps and the two meat plate with Chicken & Brisket, Beans, Slaw & the Mac Salad. Y'all, the brisket was moist tender and nicely marbled. I ate half of it before even opening the sauces! Same to be said for the Chicken, it was tender, with the perfect little hint of smoke, legit delicious! I highly recommend this spot when visiting the area... I will definitely be back my next time through.

For food, I tried the Reuben poutine appetizer ($20). Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the price. The cheese seemed very processed--hard to even describe, and definitely not what I expected. The fried Reuben itself was just okay, but overall it felt overpriced for what it was. In the end, I wouldn't necessarily discourage someone from trying it, but it's not somewhere I'd personally return to.
