    Termite issues.

    We just bought our home and had a remote Inspection completed. After we moved in we found this. We called this company (we didn't use them it was the sellers company before) and they were able to diagnose right away. Not the news we were hoping for but they got us taken care over quickly and set up for treatment. Feel like we are in better hands now.

About a week after my last service early this year, I was still experiencing issues around the entryway to my property, so I reached out and politely asked the technician to please respray a specific area near the garage entry. Instead of responding professionally, he became defensive and questioned why I was asking, stating that the area had already been sprayed during the initial visit. His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. After 4 1/2 years of service, it's unfortunate to say that I can no longer confidently recommend the company and would like to cancel my service.

    Beware: Sub-contracted work with no accountability…read more --------- UPDATE 5/29/26, in response to owner reply ------------- This is what "acknowledged and apologized" for the delay looks like. On 5/4 at 3:06 PM, I got an email saying "Sorry, it looks like your dates are 5/6 to 5/8. I resent paperwork with new dates, did you receive those?". The job was confirmed to start 5/5 via an email sent on 4/24. That correction was dropped on me AFTER I rushed to send someone to their office to pick up the Nylofume bags because they apparently sent them on 4/27 but could not provide me a tracking number. It took 6 emails and a public Yelp review to get a manager contact and any documentation. The fumigation log showed up the same day this review went live. You also have no photos or documentation of my roof condition before or after the fumigation, your office confirmed this in writing. So how did you determine which tiles were broken during the job? And how do I know the tiles were actually fixed? This is not a one-off. A 2021 Yelp reviewer experienced the same thing: dates moved without notice, undisclosed subcontractors, and a subcontractor who broke into an upstairs window because your office failed to pass along the door code. That reviewer ended with "let's just hope they actually fumigated the house." I find myself saying the same. To anyone reading: go with a cheaper option, all the bells and whistles they promised are not worth it. If something goes wrong, you will spend weeks chasing answers and never reach anyone who can actually help. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Even though The Termite Guy gave me a quote 30% more expensive than other bids, I chose them for the "whole package": everything done in house, including roof repair, a 5-year fumigation warranty, and a roof tile warranty. Sounds great, right? Not really. My fumigation was delayed by a day and I was notified at 3pm the day before. They never mailed or dropped off the Nylofume bags so I had to send someone to pick them up. I didn't make a big deal out of it because mistakes happen. Turns out that should have been my warning sign. I found out the fumigation was done by a subcontractor but not until after the tent came down, when I asked about broken tiles. They were hesitant and asked me who would be fixing the roof before answering. I told them I signed a contract with full tile warranty, and only then did they admit they were subcontractors and that tiles were broken. I checked the fumigation notice on my door and the name was not The Termite Guy. I looked up the address of the subcontracting company and it was a residential address. Because of the subcontracting I wanted to make sure everything was done correctly, so I asked for all paperwork and photos from the process. All I got was a receipt saying fumigation was completed and a single photo of a gas reading that could belong to any house. No logs of gas levels before, during, and after. No photos or documentation of my roof condition before and after. I am now genuinely unsure if my house was fumigated correctly, if the roof was actually fixed, and whether I can trust them to honor the 5-year warranty. For the amount I paid, it feels like I paid a premium to a middleman who subcontracted everything out and I was still the one chasing down the people actually doing the work. My advice: go with the cheaper bid. The Termite Guy charges more and does not deliver what they promise.

Plus we had so much cobwebs all around our house. We used to have Terminix for a few years, but eventually canceled because, although fine at first, they'd spend literally 5 minutes before moving on to the next house. Anyways, Mikey was very courteous and professional and was able to provide a service plan we could work with. The very next day, technician Christian came out and he did an excellent job. He removed all the cobwebs around the house (we had a lot!!), treated the property, and was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the visit. I've had service with this company for over a year now and in the beginning it went well - communication was still not best. I would never receive a reminder of treatment dates, and they were well aware of the need for my dogs to be brought into the house for services. An example: 11/25 original date, had to reschedule. Called phone number on website, multiple times x 1 week various hours left messages for call back and nothing. I even left multiple messages via their webpage for a call back - crickets! Finally with a woman who would not give me her name stated she never got any of the messages, no voicemails or any of my husband's calls or messages. Informed her this has happened numerous times and still continues, no empathy, no nothing. All I ask if for COMMUNICATION! Someone showed up the following week WITHOUT NOTIFICATION (mind you there is a note we have pets they need to be locked up and gate to be unlocked) they provided service for the front yard, and we asked the guy to put us down for Friday - he said okay. Friday came and gone ( they saw a note in their system but didn't bother to notify us that services could not be provided that day) once again NO-ONE COMMUNICATED! Spoke with Olga who confirmed an appointment 12/9 Which we were able to FINALLY get the backyard done. Husband and I said we'd give them a go one more time since they had mentioned they moved and changed numbers but still communication is key! There has been a note that we have pets and need communication via text for the date and time frame, we get quarterly service. Next date was 3/19 from 3-4pm. Received a text from their number on 3/10 stating our service will be on 3/19 between 3-4pm and there is a number to call if needing to be rescheduled. 3/19 and it's past the window. We call the number the woman go refuses to give me her name says our service is set for 3/23. I give her the phone number and ask why does this keep happening? She said I don't know. It's been one a YEAR and you still couldn't make it any better? Still HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Cancelled service.
