Pulled up for a late-ish (8PM) dinner on a Thursday night with a group of 6 and while there was a constant stream of people coming in, the line to order never piled up to more than 2-3 folks. It was super easy to snag a table and parking is also a breeze with a large lot out front. Once you pay for your order, they actually bring the food out to you and they have bottles of salsa available at every table, though the tacos are already plenty delicious without. We tried about 8 different types of tacos and the quality was pretty good, but the tripa and the chicharron were a bit of a miss for me. I prefer the two cuts to be a bit crispy for the texture, but instead they were chew in a bit of an unpleasant way and the tripa in particular didn't taste like it was thoroughly cleaned. The highlights were the gringa, which we tried with the chuleta, but I'm really just a sucker for a flour tortilla and cheese. The chuleta, lengua, and al pastor were solid, but the must get for me was the cachete (beef cheek), which was cooked to perfection with the fat completely rendered until it almost melted in your mouth. I loved the tacos!! They were made to how I asked for them to be cooked. I am not a fan of cilantro and I requested my tacos without. Normally the cook will grab cilantro and have cilantro still on his/her hands and then grab the onion and puts in taco leaving cilantro in the onion.
