Definitely an odd location, but at least there's tons of easy parking and seating! Both the horchata latte and americano were great, can't go wrong with Lavazza. The chocolate covered strawberry and banana waffle was pretty solid. We also ordered the bagel supreme on everything bagel with side of salsa which was really good! Everything was delicious and fresh. The staff was kind and helped us choose what to order, and service was very quick. 100% recommend and will be back!
LA Social Cafe is quaint cafe located on the corner of an office building. They have a parking lot easily accessible in the from of the establishment. The staff was very friendly and my order was prepared rather quickly. I order the brown sugar shaken espresso with cold foam and cinnamon on top, it was delicious, would definitely order again. I also order the bagel supreme breakfast sandwich, I would give this a 5/10. I think the eggs are already prepped and not made fresh, the bagel was soft, the bacon was yummy, but the sandwich needed a bit of salt (personal preference). What threw me off was that as I was eating the second half of my sandwich I noticed there was an area of the egg that looked grey and had a weird texture (almost hard?), I ended up having to throw away the rest of the sandwich.

It's also attached to a medical center, which makes for a slightly odd location, but food-wise it's so good. I'd definitely stop by again, especially for that breakfast deluxe bagel!

All the nice yelp reviews caught my eyes, and I decided to come by for some breakfast and coffee! This coffee shop located in a medical building, which is great as staff and patients came come by to pick up some food when they are hungry. There were 2 table inside the store, and a few tables at the lobby of the building. Parking lot is available outside of the building. I ordered breakfast burrito, deluxe croissant, caramel macchiato, and white mocha. The coffee was not strong in general, I like the white mocha better than the caramel macchiato. We got the caramel macchiato in iced, so it was watered down as we were having breakfast. The croissant and burrito needed more seasoning. The salsa that comes with the burrito does not tasted very different than any salsa I have ever had, and it was not my preference. The meal was not cheap, and I was not too happy with the meal.

This caffeinated beverage is not watered down; rather, it's powerful iced coffee that carries a fresh horchata flavor with a loving jolt of energy. I had a phenomenal experience at LA Social Cafe (West Covina). I visited LA Social Cafe (West Covina) on Tuesday (around 8:50AM). The location is very tiny and easy to miss. It contains a huge parking lot because it's attached to the South Sunset Medical Plaza building. Staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and extremely accommodating. Staff quickly answered my questions, and staff worked hard. My iced Horchata Latte ($5.49) was ready in four minutes. Quick! Unfortunately, LA Social Cafe (West Covina) is very tiny. Its location shares a small room of the Sunset Medical Plaza Building. Expect an "order and go" experience. LA Social Cafe (West Covina) contains two tiny tables inside and four little tables outside in the hall. Despite the disadvantage of being a tiny location, LA Social Cafe (West Covina) is decorated beautifully and tastefully. I enjoyed the artwork on the walls, and its colors were comfortable yet modern. The music is also upbeat and calming; I listened to its country music (song: Can You Die From a Broken Heart?) as I happily enjoyed my beverage. In addition, the location is very clean and well-ventilated. LA Social Cafe (West Covina) also has keys to an indoor restroom for customers. Overall, LA Social Cafe (West Covina) is a hidden, local gem that offers one of the best Horchata Lattes that I've ever tasted. I wholeheartedly recommend. 5 out of 5

I finally stopped in to try LA Social. Its a small cafe located in the Queen of the Valley hospital block area. Very inviting cafe with fun artwork and great music! Seating inside is limited but more is available in the attached office breezeway. The friendly owner took my order as soon as i walked in. I ordered the breakfast burrito, bacon and egg with a side of salsa, it was a pretty good size with a large portion of egg. Salsa was just right! My latte was nice and roasty! I will be back!

Here's the deal, don't knock it until you try it. Upon looking at the location it's small and outside a medical building, not typically something I would choose, however, the outside is so cute and festive. Immediately when I walked in, the smell of all the food takes over and it made me hungry just looking at the menu. The staff was super nice and sweet. I ordered a gingerbread latte and it was decorated so cute, I wanted it a little sweeter and when I asked for a little extra shot of whatever sweetener was in the coffee, they gave it to me to make sure my coffee as just how I wanted it. This is right next to Sunset medical center. If you plan to come by, slow a little on Sunset Ave or you will miss it like we did and have to bust a U. Walking in, greeted at the door. Super friendly! I wasn't expecting all the food item options for this size spot. Horchata Iced Latte and white chocolate mocha latte-iced- very tasty! Cute and cozy little place located at the corner of a medical building. The food was great! Tried the chocolate strawberry banana waffle with whipped cream and it was perfect, with just the right amount of sweetness. The breakfast burrito had super fluffy eggs inside and was surprisingly lighter but still satisfyingly filling. Their salsa is freshly made, too. You can add potatoes to the burrito, but it's great without, too. Also tried the horchata latte (hot), which was both pretty and yummy. There's something for everyone on the menu, savory and sweet, meat or veggie, hot or cold. Eddie is amazingly friendly and treats every customer like gold. There are two little tables inside, but more seating inside the main building. This was a lovely find and we'll definitely be back to try more.
A nice little cafe nestled in a medical plaza building with a farm style interior design amd some seating with some light east listening music being played in the background. The place is a bit small for big parties, it is a cafe after all, but there are some tables and chairs if you want to enjoy breakfast as well. We got the banana creme iced latte, a breakfast burrito, and croissant. Both food items were delicious, simple but fresh, and service was fast. The latte was delicious as well, good espresso and sweetness ratio. We are not from the area but we will be stoping by again when we are in the area. read more

Located in a medical plaza but not hard to find. Facility's parking lot is right next to it so easy to see. It's a small place but there are a few seats/tables. Came in to have breakfast and it was a great experience. Eddie took our order and he's super friendly and welcoming. Seeing how he treats his customers, you can tell he enjoys what he does and wants everyone that comes in to truly have a good day. We had the breakfast burrito, chocolate covered with strawberries and bananas waffle, and cup of horchata latte (hot). Everything was delish - even the salsa that came with the burrito was really good freshly made. Came in a Saturday morning and wasn't too busy. Not sure how it is during the weekdays. Absolutely amazing customer service, food, and drinks. The cutest menu and a variety of yummy options. They are the first place I've found that does the tuna with dried cranberries and celery like a chicken salad. So good and I was able to get my tuna sandwich on an everything bagel. Delicious! This little cafe is located in a medical building in West Covina. The parking lot is shared with the medical offices but has plenty of parking. I was greeted immediately by a gentleman and he was super friendly. I let him know it was my first time in and he gave me a couple recommendations for something to eat and to drink. I ended up getting the bacon and egg croissant and the Horchata latte. The bacon and egg croissant came with a salsa that tasted homemade and it was AMAZING! The Horchata latte was iced. I think next time I will go with something a little bit less sweet. But it was very good if a sweet drink is something that you are into. Some extra information about this location is they have seating inside but they also have seating outside in the lobby and they also have an outlet to plug-in. So if you need to office or study there definitely an option. I am with Covina local so I definitely will be back to try their other menu and coffee options. read more

Went here on a Monday morning around 9 am. We got lucky there was no line. The employees greeted us the moment we walked in. They took our order and everything was ready pretty quickly. I ordered an iced latte with 3 shots of espresso, oat milk and sugar free hazelnut. It was really good and I didn't experience a caffeine crash so that was a huge plus! I also got the croissant breakfast sandwich. It was delicious and the bacon was amazing. Everything here is made fresh too. My boyfriend ordered iced tea and chocolate chip waffles topped with strawberries (not pictured ). You guys... these waffles were some of the best ones we've ever tried!! Found this little gem in West Co right in between QOV and Torrey Pines Apts. I am all about supporting small business so I had to try out this cafe plus it was close by California Street Hockey rink. You can call in for take out or even use their website to place to your order, 10% for online order! The munu has good selection from simple breakfast meal or sandwichs and have a decent selection on drinks including smoothie. I had a big order which I got avocado toast, nutella and banana waffles, chicken sandwich with sourdough bread, a turkey avocado sandwich, banana & strawberry smoothie, cold carmel macchiato latte with almond milk ($0.99 extra), and Thai ice tea. Everything was fresh, filled with right amount of ingredients meaning the meats (chicken and the turkey meats) and delicious both sandwiches came with chips. The owner Eddie was very friendly and took his time to speak with me. Great customer services both on the phone and in person. Eve was working the front counter and she was very nice as well. I definitely will be coming back here and try out their other breakfast lunch options. read more

Friendly staff, good chai latte, free wifi. About 2 tables on the inside with some chairs within the lobby area. The location is shared with medical offices with plenty of space for parking. I love that this cafe offers real utensils when you dine in, versus a lot of cafes that give you to-go boxes whether it's takeout or not. I would try the breakfast burritos next time! read more

FIRST TIMER. Solo trip. I wanted breakfast and coffee and found this place while searching on Yelp. I saw all the great reviews - thank you fellow yelpers! This place is located in a business building (AbleCare Services & Maxson Pharmacy Inc. - at the very bottom corner of the building on S Sunset Ave. - it's adjacent to the Emanate Health Queen of the Valley Hospital parking area). If you see the dolphins statue, just know it's right in front of that. The parking situation- this place has a private lot but it gets full so you may have to park far & walk a bit if you don't find parking right in front on sunset street. I came in on a Friday morning. Inside - this place definitely is cute and cozy. It looks like it gets busy too. There were about 4-5 people already there either enjoying their coffee and breakfast or waiting on their order. I looked over the menu online before I came and also reviewed it in person and I kind of had an idea of what I wanted and ultimately decided on the horchata latte $5.49 & the Egg Delux Croissant $8.49 = $15.31 with the 15% tip I added it was a grant total of $17.61. I had to! The lovely woman behind the counter was super kind and helpful! I decided to eat it there and it was so nice ! There are people walking in and out around the big tables with 4 chairs because they're there for their health needs - it's felt like I was sitting outside but inside because of that foot traffic. There were a lot of solo people of all ages coming in and out as well as sitting down to enjoy their coffee and breakfast which was nice to see & know I wasn't the only solo one. I noticed a lot of people placing big orders with 2-4 trays of breakfast and 2-4 coffees which tells me many people are enjoying their coffee/ breakfast. I got my sandwich right away - well ... within 5 minutes of me ordering it. It was soooo good ! As I finished half of my sandwich I was looking out of my iced coffee but it was never called. So I decided to get up and sit near the register once the smaller tables opened up. I got a small box to go for my sandwich because I was getting full and didn't want to over do it. As I looked around where the orders are being made, I noticed no iced horchata latte still and the people that came after me were getting their coffee order. I then decided to line up to ask about it (because there was a customer ordering) and once it was my turn I let the woman behind the counter know I had not received my coffee yet and was about to ask about it but then she immediately apologized and started to make it for me. So I sat down and waited. I got my iced coffee within 2-3 minutes. I had to take it to my car and enjoy it on the way home. I was pretty sad and disappointed that I didn't get it before so I could enjoy it with my breakfast sandwich but it's okay. It happens. I know next time I won't wait and ask before I sit down to enjoy my breakfast - because I am coming back. The coffee is sooooooo sooooo gooooood! Definitely a must try! read more

This is a small cafe in a medical plaza. There are minimal seating but they do provide some additional seating in front of the pharmacy inside the building! We arrived a little after if opened and there were already many people ahead of us! We tried the chocolate strawberry banana waffle as well as their egg deluxe croissant. They were fairly priced! They were both delicious though I wish I had asked them for a crispier waffle. Their service was just as expected for a small cafe making everything to order. We waited about 10-15 minutes. We would definitely come back to try their bagel deluxe! read more

This is a good quick breakfast spot! It's located within a hospital/medical building and the tables are inside next to the open hall. The setup is small but the food is pretty good. Food: good! It was a very casual menu with bagels, toasts, smoothies, and waffles. This wasn't a sit down restaurant but more of a quick bite to eat. Service: nice! They were nice and helpful! read more

Called to place orders for company lunch. Spoke to Eddie the week prior but Kat was the one who helped me with the orders. First off, both Eddie and Kat were super friendly on the phone. There were 16 orders and they were able to write individual names on each lunch box. We all chose different sandwiches and different flavors of cookies. After writing everything down she was able to repeat it all back to me without any mistakes. Added 7 orders of the Asian chicken salad and they were able to pool the orders in a big container. I especially like the fact that they separated the chicken (we have one person who is allergic to chicken) and the vinaigrette sauce was also separated. And when the food came and we each looked for our name on the box, there was no mistakes as well. I was impressed! I had the chicken salad sandwich and tried the turkey avocado sandwich. I preferred the chicken salad sandwich because the turkey meat was drier than the chicken. The oatmeal raisin cookie was delicious as well! Pricing wise this is one of the cheapest spot in the SGV. Came here for a quick bite since I was in the area visiting and the regular breakfast burrito was simple but good. This is a small spot inside an office/doctors office building. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also got a cold ice coffee that was very good no sweetener or anything. Price was good as well! read more

Is this a full service restaurant?
No this is a cafe counter with two indoor tables and a couple of outdoor seating options. Great for grab and go fare (Waffles, breakfast burritos, salads, sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches on croissant, and excellent Lattes.
I just need to know, are all the spelling typos on the menu on purpose, orr?

Is this a good place to work for a couple of hours?
Not really, it's agreat place to pick up something or to relax but not to work for a few hours. The store itself is small and there is not much privacy in the lobby or outside.
