    Mine wasn't pretty...

I got rip off. She forgot to make my order and put it together in a hurry. I waited for 25 minutes before asking her to check on it and she made it really quick. I think she rushed and made it ugly in the process. She dumped a whole bunch of matcha on it. I coughed because there was so much dry powder. I also didn't get a taiyaki like the other matcha soufflé pancakes. This was $11. Egg whites don't cost that much.

Finally got to try the fluffy, soufflé pancake! IMO, you can taste the egg white but I love French toast so 5/5 for taste, presentation, and service.

This soufflés pancake sucked. I have had this before elsewhere and and it was a bit sourish that I think it turned bad. And if they can't make this right, why add it to the menu. What a waste of money.

Came here on a Saturday around 4:15pm. The food court wasn't too busy. Wanted to get the japanese soufflé pancakes and was told 40 minute wait... So I said I'll just get a croffle. Croffle took 35 minutes........ she forgot about it and let it burn. I got food from the other stalls faster than a mere dessert stand. A croffle that takes no more than 10 minutes to make took the amount of what I could've gotten the soufflé pancakes for. $8 and 35 minutes spent wasted. Never coming back.

Got the strawberry soufflé pancakes which I thought were pretty good. My brother & sister said it tasted too eggie but I didn't think so. There is a slight, vivid taste of the egg white but paired with the cream & strawberry, it tasted pretty good to me. I would've preferred she plate it but we didn't clarify if it was for here or togo so that was okay. The mini taiyaki were cute also. I think I like the custard over the red bean filling. I think it was the owner but she was very nice. :)

    Taiyaki

Taiyaki was delicious (chocolate, Oreo, red bean), but the strawberry soufflé pancakes was HORRIBLE. It had the consistency of foamy handsoap. I know it's supposed to be fluffy, but I think this was way too much, I couldn't really taste anything but the pieces of fruit they topped it with. Would give 1 star if it hadn't been for the Taiyaki.

Wow! The storefront is cute and I love the soufflé cake. It was made fresh and just so smooth.

Omg!! I love this place, it is located in the Zion Market food court. They have this dessert called Taiyaki where you get 12 pieces of shape fishes and your choice of filling. I always get the ones with custard and red beans. They are soooo delicious if you go there you must try them out, they have other flavors but these are my favorite maybe next time I'll try the sweet potato one.

I love their mini taiyaki red bean and custard flavors. My little one, he loves it :)

The strawberry crepe was excellent. They made it while when you ordered. The store is located in the Zion food court. There are plenty of selection in the Zion food court.

Owner curses customer when customer complain something. Food is not very good either. And overpriced.

They even have a ton of children's highchairs if you want to bring your family. Now for the sweet treats, this place has the widest variety of cheesecakes I've seen in the area! The employees were friendly and fast! They boxed up my cakes before I was even done paying. If you like cheesecake, this is your place! I'll admit I'm not a huge cheesecake person so I opted for the strawberry tart and matcha tiramisu to share with my husband. I also got a citron cookie but I didn't love it. My husband really enjoyed it though! Every single piece is beautiful and fully loaded with tasty toppings. I will say the pieces are generous for the price at just under $10 a slice. They are BIG. The strawberry's and cream were delicious. Strawberries were super fresh and still crunchy. I really enjoyed the matcha tiramisu as it was really flavorful and not too sweet. Their cream is really good. Very light and creamy. I can't wait to return and try either the black sesame or melon tart.

Paris Baguette - Lewisville…read more Totally unexpected location. Pastries galore! "Strawberry Croissant," had fresh fruit with fluffy texture and sweet creamy filling. This might be, truly, the best croissant come across my tastebuds! If you're familiar with Lewisville, TX, you know for number of years some parts of it were run down and not taken care of. Vista Ridge Mall, was one of those neighborhoods that was neglected for years and sadly looks like a ghost town inside and out. I recently walked through this mall with family and it was sad to see what once was a very prominent shopping and dining place, became almost abandoned. So I thought. When you drive around the mall, you'll see a nice corner lot of the building, full parking lot that has a small town of its own. Full of Korean shopping and dining. You'll find a large, "Zion Food Market," and next to it... "Paris Baguette." As soon as you walk through the large glass doors, you're immediately be transported into French atmosphere. The fresh baked goods aromas are crowding into your nostrils. To your right is pastry galore options. "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," "Hash Brown Bread," "Pastry Franks," "Mini Grain Cream Cheese Pastry," "Mini Croissants," "Strawberry Croissants," "NY Cheese Tart," "Tiramisu Tart," "Sweet Rice Doughnuts," "Sausage Stick Bread," "Snow Bunny Cake," "Chocolate Strawberry Cake," "Red Velvet Cake," and surprisingly... so much more. The amount of fresh, handmade, pastries this particular location has can be overwhelming. You can walk around and try to find the perfect pastry for yourself and you'll find yourself lost in your inner desires. After walking around, on an empty stomach, trying to select the best pastry, I ended up settling on, "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," "Pastry Frank," and "Strawberry Croissant." When you place your order, you have such kind and friendly staff. They were extremely helpful in helping me with my large selection. "Strawberry Croissant," had fresh fruit with fluffy texture and sweet creamy filling. This might be, truly best croissant I've ever tasted. "Pastry Frank," was soft to the touch and the meat inside was evenly cooked that with every bite, it was a perfect dance combination for your tongue. Their New, "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," was very delicious. The large peace's of goat cheese, mix with other meats and seasonings made a perfect choice for a snack or a meal. In fact, costing under $6, I was full after eating it by itself. I had to take the rest of the pastries To-Go. Definitely recommend this location for pastries galore and friendly staff.

Square top peninsula bar to the left as you walk in and lounge area sofas and arm chairs to sit in groups to the right. Place is clean and just FYI it has one unisex bathroom and the place opens at 7 PM. This Friday night featured an appetizer menu, what I will call a munchies menu of tacos made by another vendor, and bottle cap bingo of all things. I tried the pecan bourbon old fashioned ($13) and found it to be good. I try to limit the add-ins somewhat and so I just stuck with Buffalo Trace on a large rock for the rest of the night. My wife had several mixed drinks that were in the $12 range. Matthias came up with a drink that was, per my wife, "sweet and strong." I thought maybe she was thinking of me when she ordered but she nixed that idea pretty quickly....LOL Mini-charcuterie ($12) I thought left something to be desired. Beef jerky added with just a toothpick of cured meats. Not sure how they fit three different types on there but they did and it was just enough to make you want more. Cheeses seemed to be basic run of the mill diced. Per my wife it was ok, but she would probably pass on ordering it again. It's not meant as an entree to be fair and there is a good portion as a whole, but just overly simple and a little light on proteins. I'd cut down the cheese and double the toothpick, also 86 that jerky stuff and probably have a decent plate. Maybe even through a couple extra strawberries on there. Two sisters sitting next to us ordered the artichoke and spinach dip. They said the dip was fine but the baguettes were way over-toasted (i.e. too dry) and that seems like an easy fix. Later in the evening during bingo I tried a couple of tacos. They are brought in and stored, reheated when ordered. Unfortunately it seems like it as the flour tortillas are quite soft and it just doesn't come out fresh. The relleno burrito is just a relleno wrapped in a flour tortilla; the potato and chorizo had my wife's approval and mine as well. Laura runs a good bar over there, and some of you may remember her from Torchy's down the road. Fair pours and prices commensurate for around the area. Bingo runs pretty quickly, even the blackouts and the organizer had a plinko game a la price is right style. Was a fun run down memory lane for me. In a bit of irony, we never ordered dessert, which is the main focus of this business during the week. The samples I saw looked pretty good and it seems like the bar is just a way to make use of the space off bakery hours which I can appreciate. To me though they are nearing that price range where I'd expect a little better from the kitchen for appetizers. About $120 was the overall tab which we capped with a 25% tip. Went home after having a good time but just felt they fell short on the food.
