All the details from the mugs to plates to silverware sing with beauty. The staff was friendly. Helpful with our questions and always acknowledged when we said thank you. Regularly cleaning tables and keeping busy. Food came out fast. We ordered Armenian coffee, salmon avocado toast, cheese bread and eggs Benedict on a waffle. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. The only thing I didn't love was the waffle dish. I found the savory food on top of the waffle to be kind of odd. We ended up shoving it all off and asking for syrup. So in that case, I would have ordered pancakes instead. I did not attempt anything else in the menu due to the prices and limited gluten free options--thus the lower stars. Visited this cute little Armenian Brunch spot on Chatsworth St. It's a small little indoor/outdoor dining cafe where you order first, and they bring the food to the table. I visited with my sister and law and my son, and they had no problem accommodating my son's stroller, but it might have been more difficult on a busy weekend vs the weekday of our visit. My sister and law and I split the Blueberry Pancakes with ricotta and house-made jam, and the Egg Cheese Bread. We both tried the the Pistachio Cloud Latte, and the Strawberry Cloud Tea. Everything was fantastic, but I particularly liked the coffee - the Strawberry Cloud tea I could have done without as it was a little too sweet. The Egg Cheese bread was as delicious as I hoped it would be, and the pancakes were not overly sweet, but still decadently divine! The Pistachio Cloud Latte was iced with a sweet cream cloud on top, and bitter and mildly sweet espresso and milk below the surface. We did not experience any issues with service during our visit referenced in other reviews. We will be visiting again to try the other items on the menu! read more

Had high hopes for this bakery and unfortunately, it was quite underwhelming. Ordered two drinks, pistachio cloud latte and mango matcha. While the pistachio latte was tasty, the drinks were overpriced. The pistachio latte was $10 and the mango matcha was $9. When walking in, we were not greeted and the service by the person who took our order was not very positive. I've been here twice now, and overall it's a cozy, charming spot for brunch. There's only street parking, but both times I was able to find a space pretty easily. The first time I came, it was tough to find seating and we ended up at a very small table that barely fit our food it felt cramped. The second time, I grabbed a large table by the front window, but since it was only 2 of us, we ended up sharing with another couple. It was a little awkward sharing the space with strangers who weren't the friendliest, but that's not the restaurant's fault. You order your food at the counter first, and then they bring everything to you. Service can be hit or miss, this time, we asked for a knife and water, and the server handed them to another table instead and never brought them back. Also, the 7% service fee is confusing... I'm not sure why it's added. As for the food: * Burrata toast: Excellent. Would definitely order again. * Cucumber toast: Not for me, I wouldn't reorder. * Blueberry pancakes: Beautiful presentation and delicious, but definitely a shareable item, not something one person could finish. * Tomato omelette: Just okay. Even after asking for light tomatoes, it still felt like a lot. The bread that came with it, though, was light, fluffy, and really good. * Pistachio latte: The standout for me! Sweet, flavorful, and topped with real pistachios. Pricey, but worth it. All in all, it's a great vibe it is very cute, warm, and cozy. Delicious Armenian cafe/brunch foods at this restaurant in Granada Hills! I visited this restaurant cafe around noon on a Saturday and it was pretty packed. The interior was aesthetic and filled with greenery which I loved. It was like eating in an indoor garden. There were different types of seats and tables. There were also some tables and seats outside. Thankfully, my friend and I were able to score a table and seats after a couple left. The table was dirty, but one of the baristas came and cleaned it up for us. You place your order at the counter up front and the also have menus there. They also accept Apple Pay. They will then bring the food to your table. My friend an I ordered the Tomato Omelette, the Khatchapuri, and the Blueberry Pancakes and we loved everything! - Tomato Omelette - The tomato egg mixture was super flavorful and had a nice tanginess from the eggs. It was liquidy in a good way and soft. Loved the feta chunks in it as well. It came with a side of this fluffy bread which was so good. I loved dipping it in the egg mixture which just soaked up the juicy goodness. - Khatchapuri - Probably my favorite dish out of the bunch. Again, the bread was fluffy and warm and the cheese was so meaty and good. It was buttery and flavorful. I also loved pairing this dish with the tomato omelette, a must to get both dishes together. - Blueberry Pancakes - Super fluffy and moist. Loved the cream and the sweat blueberries. The blueberry compote who seeped into the pancake well and was flavorful. Only critique is I wish the blueberries were tangier to elevate the dish more. Even though these were mostly carbs, the ingredients used seemed like whole food which explains the healthy and quality taste of the ingredients. It was like farm to table. Afterwards, even though I was full I didn't feel tired or bad. It was also a good experience to share the dishes with a friend so you can try several things. The service was pretty good and the staff were nice. For parking, I parked in the side street for free, but I'm not sure if they have a designated parking area. We got the CLASSIC PANCAKES, BOSTAN SANDWICH, and SMOKED SALMON BOWL. The pancakes were perfectly cooked--so fluffy and buttery. My son gave it a thumbs up. The bostan sandwich had generous portion of salmon, eggs, and ricotta. The housemade bread was nice and crunchy. You can tell they only used the freshest ingredients. You get great quality here. For drinks, I got the TURMERIC CINNAMON CAPPUCCINO. It was soo good! Perfectly balanced. There was a table next to us whose food looked delicious and couldn't help but asked what they ordered. They had TOMATO OMELLETE (I'll definitely try this next time--it looked like a delicious bowl of pasta) and an off menu drink of FRESHLY SQUEEZED OJ + ESPRESSO, a popular drink in Europe. It's on the pricier side which is why they don't advertise it. I was so curious about it that they gave me a drink as courtesy and boy was it delicious and refreshing! I had two drinks with espresso but it was such good quality that I didn't get that jitteriness and heart palpitations that I would get at other cafe places. Im writing this review in behalf of my mom because i was sad when she was telling me what happened. She took my daughter to buy the canned orange juice & asked for iced coffee. They asked her what kind of flavor coffee you want? My mom nicely said Im not really sure whatever you think is sweet and good ill try. She usually doesnt order coffee i buy it for her she doesnt know what to get. They give her the coffee and mind you its a half a up filled just with ice like all the way to the top milk and little bit of the cold coffee. It was so watered down she said it tasted like milk and water not even coffee. Of course my mom's not going to complain or say anything. She asked how much to pay, the cash register kiosk popped on the clover machine saying $22 my mom presses card and shes trying to pay to leave shes asking the girl its not working like its not going next. The worker says "ya it wont work, you need to leave the tip to go next" my mom turns around says "tip? Tip for what? I did not sit i did not get any service i just asked for juice and coffee, is it mandatory to leave $7 something tip and the other options it had". The worker says " yes its mandatory" My mom presses on the lowest one and when the girl sees my mom pressed the $6 or 7 something she gives my mom this " look like wth why would u be so cheap" When has this become so mandatory to leave tip for juice snd a coffee ? Its not a coffee shop she didnt make the coffee from scratch!!! Or even if she did and my mom left tip why is ur worker doing that? What if the lady had only specifically $25 in her debit? Does that make it ok for your worker to treat my mom that way? Mind u we buy the same juice for my daughter almost every tuesday and thursday. Its a shame to feel unwelcomed because of not leaving tip for 2 min service. If she was to sit and ask for food or drink her coffee on the table or my daughter drink her juice of course she would leave tip for ruining the table utensils or whatever but for 2 min common.
