Solid, tapas restaurant, great variety. Solid cocktails (favorite was the blueberry lemonade). We love the Pinchos, tuna tartare, Thai chicken spring rolls, wicked cauliflower. The paella was pretty disappointing as it didn't come out in the traditional pan or have a good socarrat to it.

Short ribs pincho were nicely done as were the boquerones. We had both the traditional seafood paella and the meat lover's paella-- both were delicious! Mussels were perfectly undercooked: very flavorful. Red Sangria was good enough. Will definitely come back next time.

    Red Pepper Roll was good.

We went here for lobster night and were not disappointed. Our waiter was excellent - very attentive. The place was quite crowded, but we were seated quickly and then he took our drink orders. We both ordered lobsters and they came shortly after our appetizer. They were steaming hot and perfectly cooked.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at La Moraga for a memorable Valentine's dinner with my wife and friends. The specially curated Valentine's dinner menu offered an incredible selection of dishes that left us all in awe. our waiter. Manny was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. To start our culinary journey, we indulged in the calamari appetizer, which set the tone for the rest of the evening. It was a perfect blend of tenderness and flavor, leaving us craving more. For our main course, my friend and I opted for the New York strip, and we were blown away by the superior quality and taste. The beautifully cooked steak was a true delight for our palates. My wife and her friend chose the cauliflower appetizer, which was expertly prepared and full of delightful flavors. As for their main course, they both raved about the Chilean Seabass dinner, finding it absolutely outstanding. The fish was cooked to perfection, leaving a lasting impression on their taste buds. To conclude our fine dining experience, we all savored the Keylime dessert. This sweet treat was the perfect finale, leaving us completely satisfied and impressed with its mouthwatering taste. Overall, La Moraga exceeded our expectations on this special occasion with their impressive Valentine's dinner menu. The attention to detail and the exceptional quality of their dishes made it a truly remarkable dining experience for all of us. We wholeheartedly recommend La Moraga to anyone seeking an unforgettable culinary adventure accompanied by impeccable service and a delightful ambiance. Thank you, La Moraga, for an incredible evening!

First time at this restaurant. The decor was airy, and modern. Even though it was off season, the happy hour bar crowd was steady but not overly crowded. Our server and bartender was Derek, who is a great asset to this establishment. He made great recommendations on both the food and drink. He was personable without being intrusive during our time there. He was mixing drinks, as well as serving tables at the bar and lounge. Kept everyone happy without a lot of waiting on both the drinks and food. The food on the happy hour menu was decent portions and tasted delicious. Selection of items on HH menu was varied with meat, seafood, and vegetarian options. We ordered mussels, slider combo, crab stack, Brussels sprouts, and foie gras (from main menu). My favorites were crab stack (lots of real crab), Brussels sprouts (charred to perfection), and foie gras (seared and great sauce). My husband loved the slider combo so he order 2 servings. The specialty drinks (incl. top shelf tequila on the margaritas even at 50% off) were delicious but I preferred the wine for the price. Too much ice on the specialty drinks but they were strong and good. We enjoyed our experience here.

    The hogfish was delicious.

Had an ok experience. Really expected more. Stuffed mushrooms were good, but you can see from the picture they are inconsistent. Expected them all to be of a similar, larger size. The lump crab appetizer we was ok; lacked pizazz and my wife thought it tasted less than fresh. My wife said her sea bass was ok; nothing great. My hogfish was excellent. Vegetables were done perfectly. It was Friday night and they were busy. The staff seemed short handed and I understand. I didn't mark down the rating door that. Most of the food just wasn't that remarkable.

Service was quick. Food was delicious. Not much ambiance off of Tamiami trail. Drinks were tasty.

We like to go out to eat early for dinner (because we skip lunch), which sometimes results in discounts at restaurants. Lamoraga offers a great deal: 25% off everything (including drinks) if seated before 530 pm. Last evening (or should I say late afternoon), we arrived at 5 pm. The ambiance is slick, modern, comfortable, welcoming. Manny was our very attentive and friendly server. We ordered a carafe of white sangria, quite good with lots of fruit. Then, we started with an appetizer of Avocado Pinchos, very tasty. For entrees, we had Lamoraga seafood paella and Black Grouper. Both were delicious. All seafood was very fresh and cooked perfectly. And the accompanying vegetables etc. were also excellent. Glad to have discovered a new gem in Naples. Will definitely be back, especially to benefit from the early bird discount.

I love this restaurant and recommend it to all my family and friends but tonight was an epic miss on service. Our server was Peter and he was awful. Service was slow to get to us, inattentive, no bread service, and above all the check was wrong and we were overcharged $120+! If I didn't catch it, we would have walked out the restaurant SOL. I noticed the error on the total due to multiple lobster tails being charged and they left to correct it, they came back, and the check was STILL wrong a second time with us being overcharged $60 still. The check had to go back a second time until it was finally fixed. Adding insult to injury, they didn't remove the 20% automatic gratuity for parties of 6 or more so we had to pay almost $100 in tips for awful service and a HUGE incorrect total. We won't be coming back.

The layout of the place is very open and good for a large group. It isn't the most romantic ambiance but the food is very good and the service was very on top of things.

    Chilean Sea Bass-EXCELLENT!!

Was there again last Tuesday for the Happy Hour (25% off on everything) with our friends R&D who have never been. Our server was JOSHUA who was also excellent by the way. I'll save some disappointments for last, but my wife and I had the same dishes we had 3 weeks ago. The Grilled Mahi Mahi which she liked. A tad of sweetness to the sauce but delish!! I again and maybe the next few times will get the Lobster Fettuccine with the tail! (Extra $15 but with discount, no charge) Sooo good. Lobster pieces also in the fettuccine. I'm addicted to this dish. My friends both had the Chilean Seabass, one had it with the mashed potato, the other with white rice instead of potato. They loved it. I also had two appetizers. The Burrata with tomato etc. was slightly smaller this time but very good. The Thai Chicken Spring Roll I wasn't crazy about. But looking forward to others down the road. The Mediterranean salads were very good. Their decaf coffee made fresh and piping hot. Rare these days elsewhere. What my friend who ordered was a margarita he didn't like, it was in a small glass like for scotch, too much ice and a very weak taste. Was $20? And when we got the separate checks, saw three ways to tip. Not on the amount we spent $108, but on what the dinner would have cost, $137.00 So normally I'd leave a $22 cash tip but paid a $27 because it was on my credit card. ( I could have left a cash tip of $22 but didn't) we dine out a lot and just thought that wasn't right. When the service is excellent I do sometimes leave more than 20% but didn't like not given the option on the hand held machine they use. You'll only see 20%, 22% and 25 %. Seems unfair. BUT will continue to have my fave dish and bring more friends as the lobster fettuccine and other seafood entrees have been spectacular. But between you and I will go back to my cash tips! A great place. Enjoy sitting in the patio area, things are timed well, never feeling rushed from there and the servers will answer so many questions as we had for Joshua. Enjoy!

WOW, what a disappointment!…read more Decided to come here for mother's day brunch. Like many places in Naples, a prix fix menu was standard. I gave this restaurant two stars. Not for the food. But for the service. It really should be 1.5 stars but this system doesn't allow that. Let me explain. Let's start with the appetizers. Best thing on the menu was the beet salad and goat cheese. Probably the best part of the entire meal and its presentation was fantastic. Followed by the clam chowder. Lobster bisque was pretty bad as was the ceasar salad. Onto the main items. PRIME RIB. Many ordered this but not one person liked or finished theirs. In some cases overly fatty and in others the meat was super chewy and barely flavorful. Most of prime rib from all guests was taken home to feed to the dogs. Fish was a tri-tip, overly salty but also undercooked. Desserts - Have t say the donuts were the clear winner. Key Lime Pie had a gross drizzle of raspberry sauce (While do so many restaurants do this?). Creme de pot, so sweet that your teeth hurt from eating it. Look, if you are going to charge high prices and have a prix fix menu for a special occasion like mother's day or other, then THAT menu of items better be spot on and near perfect. In this case, "M" failed miserably. Certainly won't be back.

The point is I ordered and paid for Sea Bass. I paid a lot for it and didn't get it. My companion didn't want me to make waves, so I didn't say anything. It was a decent preparation of a white fish, whatever it was... The huge, loud room had the feel of a cafeteria. Lots of children too. Not romantic, cozy or quiet. View was okay. Service was fine. Still can't believe I was served a much different substitute fish.

Finally found the back door lol, so decided to grab a beer and sat outside with a cigar. Was greeted by a lovely woman named Madeline. Super cordial, very beautiful, lovely personality, great smile. She came out of her way to bring me water, which I appreciated very much, she did not have to, but she did. So decided to go inside to cool off a little bit. Small establishment yet huge atmosphere, small staff yet very friendly and welcoming. Even though I ate already, I decided to check their menu after a glass of wine and ordered the Fish Crudo and Kamichi braised short rib and it was amazing. Brian, the chef is an artisan and Madeline was the essence of this wine bar. Infectious smile, and personality. All I have to say is, if you didn't know this place existed, you should. Strictly a wine bar and beer, but the atmosphere and the service is beyond amazing. Small menu, but that's not what you're there for even though it's fantastic, you're there for the ambience. We chose first available and were still able to be sat outside to enjoy the views. They're known for their tableside pickles which were absolutely amazing! I thought their specialty pickle drinks menu was a cute play into this too. For dinner, my aunt and I got the Chicken & Chips which came with four tenders and a decent portion of fries. The fries were half floppy and half crispy. We asked for bbq & ranch sauce but both of our entrees came out with honey mustard. The staff member was quick to bring out the corrected sauces though. My husband got the Catch and Artichoke & Hearts of Palm Salad. The catch of the day was a chilean sea bass and he loved this dish! While the food was good quality, service was sadly lacking. There should have been two hostesses to seat people and take reservations quicker. The host also did not have an ounce of happiness to give guests. Wait staff was hustling but our table was left without water and being checked in on at times. It seems like the bar and kitchen are quite far from the patio which makes it difficult for staff to keep up. Overall, this is a great spot to enjoy good conversation over some great views. Just expect a little but of slower service when visiting.
