I was feeling under the weather the other day and ordered plain pho and oh my goodness it was absolutely perfection! The broth is so delicious and the fresh herbs and lemon healed me from within. I loved the portion size and the flavors were still bursting even with a plain pho which I think speaks volumes. It was a cold day so pho sounded so good. Went to try here for the first time and I very much enjoyed the food. We started with the spring rolls and they were very good, idk what it was about the peanut sauce but it was so good. It may have been the little bit, I think it was chili?, the red part but it added something extra that I very much enjoyed. I got the large shrimp pho and I was happy with the quantity. I'm never usually able to finish it but maybe I was extra hungry, I also forgot to snag a picture of it prior to starting I have a problem. The pho dishes came with bean sprouts, mint, jalapeño and a lime. On the table they have the hoisin sauce and sriracha, but you can also request chili oil. The service was excellent they are very attentive and friendly. We went around 7pm on a Wednesday and there wasn't a wait. The place isn't huge but it has a nice fresh feeling with the greenery on the ceiling. I look forward to trying more on their menu next time, their drinks sounded good and some of them I'd like to try for the first time. read more

I asked the waiter that I wanted my Affogato go and he said "We'll try to put it to go," which was very unexpected given that every food item should be prepped to go in demand. Additionally there was a white lady who visited and asked for a take out order - I didn't see any hesitation on your part to make the order. Also, upon receiving my dessert, he took my friends dessert and packed it to go without his permission. The overall experience felt rather rushed. We also got some very weird looks from the owner. She was giving my gay friend and I a very judgmental look like she didn't want us there. The kitchen staff kept staring at us in Avery demeaning and scolding manner. Food here is great. I almost always get the pho-rench dip sandwich which is always delicious...basically a beef banh mi with pho broth as the dip. Their pho is also always really good. The staff is always super friendly and they have a really nice ambiance as well. Highly recommended. read more

Food was okay nothing crazy good. For the price, I think it's a rip off. It's just noodles and rice and your bill will be the same as a sushi restaurant. It was an okay experience. They have unlimited refills on noodles for a large bowl. But the owner was eyeing us the entire time to see if I would put the noodles in my bowl since I got the medium and it doesn't come with refills. They took forever to come and check on us and we often had to flag them down. We have been to numerous Vietnamese restaurants and this is by far the most expensive with an okay taste on plates. I wouldn't recommend it, I would just eat dumpling master down a couple of spots down. read more

And the soup we got had a spoonful of cilantro / maybe basil garnish mix on top. We tasted it to make sure, requested for an exchange and the staff helped (which is nice). It came back the second time with the same green garnish on top. I tried to explain and the waiter insisted that is GREEN ONION on top...... you can tell they are obviously not green onions from the picture. I tried not to waste any more food and gave up...... HORRIBLE SERVICE! I went in tonight to order food to go at 5:45p according to my receipt. Service person says it will be 20 minutes. I stay inside the restaurant (since it was raining) and wait in the half-booth by the front door to wait for my food. I stare at my phone and listen to music while I wait. I look at the time and see that it is 6:20p and I text my wife to let her know that I am still waiting for the food. At 6:30p I get up from the booth and go to the counter to ask about my order. I ask why no one informed me that my food was ready or brought it over to me, standard restaurant practice. Was given the excuse that they were busy and that they do not yell out names of orders when they are ready. Well it would have been good to know that ahead of time. I asked if my food was cold since it would have been sitting there for 25 extra minutes. Service person said it should be fine (no offer to remake food or compensate me for their mistake). One of the items was a sandwich that comes with mayo, and it was next to a bowl of hot soup. I got home, explained to my wife why I was late. Did not feel like eating the food anymore. Attempted to call the restaurant to ask for the manager, but was told that they are not available and would not offer day or time when I could reach them to discuss this issue. This was my 6th and last time coming to this establishment. Be aware that if you eat at this place you are in charge of knowing when your food is ready if you are a food-to-go customer. If this is the norm for food service a sign should be posted noting this or the Service Person should advice the customer of the situation. read more

I really liked the packaging, compared to other places I've tried, items were very secured. This broth was delicious! The Thai tea as well. If you pass by this place, please give it a try. Both refreshing and delicious. I was looking for something new to try so i ordered the PHO-rench Dip. So clever!! Because i was in fact wanting to have banh mi and Pho. Soft crispy bread with great flavors plus the beef broth was so clean tasting. My date wanted something classic, so she got the Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef vermicelli soup). Shes a very picky eater when it comes to the food of her people, but she was more than satisfied. Will be back many many more times. Was impressed for the first time ordering banh canh aka udon soup with the broth and mild spicy requested at that time. Love the broth taste and everything, generous giving at least 5-6 shrimps. But second time ordering the same thing today, maybe it's the miscommunication of the spicy level I indicated to either be mild or put spicy on the side, the broth tasted completely different than the first time, and dropped to 4 shrimps only. Also it has the sprout and basil provided in a separate bag but 2nd time there's nothing but only a lemon cube. It's inconsistent according to my experience. read more
