Ford F-150 4X4 Certified Blue Advantage truck with 75,000 miles. Bought this truck in May from this dealership, went for a drive to flagstaff the IWE that engages the 4X4 was grinding took it to the dealership immediately after our day trip, they could not replicate the noise so they replaced a $10 check valve and sent us home with a f***ed up vehicle, nick wheeler in the service department said they won't take a recording they need to replicate it in the shop or they can't help us. Went back again, after a short drive to payson Az, grinding still bad, they finally listen to me, they pull apart the IWE's found the seal is destroyed to the metal on both and teeth are destroyed, they replace these and send us on our way after 1 full week in the shop. Go for another drive to flagstaff this time with a $500 go pro hero attached to the driver side control arm. These idiots could not deny with a 4K video and audio the IWE's were clanking and slamming loud, so the truck is in the shop for the 3rd time they replace a $50 vacuum line that was (bad) but my new IWE's have been slammed and engaged while driving at highway speeds against each other like they are never supposed to do and the service center claims they pulled the IWE's apart and there was no damage, so in summary this is a Ford blue advantage certified used vehicle that comes with 90 day, 4000 mile warranty, that has gone through a 139 point inspection. Horrible service for a $32,000 truck that's supposed to have a warranty, the don't return phone calls and they don't talk about the service plan they just call you and tell you your vehicle is ready. Also take note they say the rental car company is backed up and they can only get you an Uber. I called the rental company immediately within minutes of hearing this from nick wheeler only to find out they have several trucks and Ford fusions available. So I pushed for a rental and went to enterprise and got a mustang and a F-150 for the 2 weeks I was without our vehicle. read more

Larry Miller ford parts department is an absolute joke! Purchased a 36 month battery from them and took the battery in for warranty replacement. Had all of the paperwork for warranty but the clowns in the parts department would not accept the battery because they could not read the serial number on the battery. I have never heard of having to have a legible serial number on a battery to exchange it. Their original paperwork was even attached in a plastic sleeve on the back of the battery. Batteries are exposed to outside elements not on the inside of the cab. Buyer beware of the dealership. I refuse to ever purchase parts and/or a vehicle from this dealership. I have asked for someone to call me from this dealership and never got a response back. Poor customer service! read more

The service department is outstanding. They are friendly, efficient and professional. It's a large service department and they have things laid out so that upon arriving there is very little wait. Normally it seems commercial fleet works from invoice and is very transparent with pricing rebates etc - this is the case with Midway Chevrolet, Peoria Ford, Sanderson Ford, Bell Ford and Courtesy. When dealing with Larry Miller I had an opportunity to work with Dina Green and not only was it a complete waste of time and the typical "retail" game the dealership has 2019 inventory that isn't moving and the quoted price was 16k over 2020 Inventory at other dealerships. Unfortunately for our local economy I purchased out of state two vehicles saving my company nearly 30K with shipping. Today and several months ago I have taken my Ford Explorer in for service and or repairs. Unbelievably both times the service advisor who had control of my vehicle had to leave work and supposedly handed the responsibility to another advisor. But, when no one called me after a prolonged period of time I called and discovered this fact. So both times i was not updated about my car, I don't know what is going on. And I had to call the dealership and ask to speak to the service manager to find out what the heck is going on. I have had better service going to Jiffy Lube than to a factory trained Ford dealership service department. We thought having your vehicle serviced and tires rotated included checking all fluid levels, tire air pressure, tread, brakes, etc They rotated the tires, but did not check the air pressure ~ we know this because of how much pressure we put in them for towing our 5th wheel. Several days after getting our vehicle back, 2 warning messages came up: Check coolant additive and also the DEF was under 50%. We also asked them to identify a leak (transmission? Oil?). The response was "we left it up on the rack for awhile but didn't notice a leak". It's still leaking... we park it for the night and in the morning there is a 50 cent size dot on the driveway. We called several times and also texted, but never received a response. We have been to this business numerous times over the years and have always been satisfied with their service. DON'T buy a Service Contract from Larry Miller Ford!! One, it says right in the contract that if you are within 50 miles of the dealership you must bring it to them. Not something they tell you though. Not a huge deal for me since I work in the area or so I thought. However, I made an appointment for 10/27 and when I got there, I was told I would need to leave my truck for at least a week before they could diagnosis it. Who can be without their vehicle for a week? Why take appointments if you are not going to honor them? Or maybe take the appointment for 7 days out so it can be diagnosed on the day of appointment? I wish I could give them zero stars. My oil pressure sensor wasn't working so i went online and made an appointment. When I dropped off to Justin Frier he told me it would be a day. The next day I call, nothing. I call again and then get a message telling me they may need the truck longer. Which is okay, but I would like a time frame. I call again after a couple hours, nothing. The next day I call, nothing. Apparently no one besides Justin can tell me how long my truck will be there. Made an appointment a week out. On the day of the appointment they even came and picked up my car. Once there the service manager calls and asks what they were doing for me. Really sure I had explained when I made the appointment. Went over it again-my rear camera was not operating. He said they wouldn't be able to do it today, but could leave the car for the weekend. No apology, we can reschedule for Monday, nothing. I called to talk with management and a gentleman "took my information", but no one called back. Have been going there when it was Berge then Miller. They are unreliable. Appointments don't matter, no effort to find a solution, and don't return calls as promised. Next year is new car year for me and looks like it won't be a Ford. read more

I brough a car from here back in 2020... it was an amazing and efficient experience or at least I left there believing so. This past year 2021 I decided to trade the car in or at least explore the opportunity to do so. After not being able to trade it in with Kia I went back to where I brought the car from and the guy that I though did an amazing job making it a swift transaction Blake (now the internet sales manager). He repeated the same process. It was seamless. A bit more of a haggle than the previous car, but the loan was upside down. Well, he tells me what is refundable from my previous purchase (extended warranty and some other coverage) I mention GAP to which he began explaining there was not any. Now mind you, I have the flash drive of documents and learned that when I had to come in and resign the finance person at the time Carlos told me there were no changes other than the finance term and interest rate and neglected to mention that they took off GAP. Thankfully, nothing happened with the car during that time.... Anywho, I buy this 2018 Chrysler 300. It was late in the night people were leaving or had left so they filled up the tank and told me that they could not clean the outside of the car so on and so forth. I still drove off, instead of waiting... call it a rush. We all drive a little different when we are doing a test drive and we want to make sure that everything checks out which it did at that time. As I am driving the car home, doing over 80 MPH I hear a knocking sound. The heat shield is hang. Now I have knocked a few of those off in my time so I know it is not a major thing. Send an email to Blake he says to bring it in, no problem. Well I work more than a full-time schedule, so that will in turn be dealt with in 5 days. I get all the way home and I am walking away from the car and trying to use the remote to lock the doors and it won't work. Went to bed thought nothing of it. Got in the car and realized that the car had a warning sign "remote battery low." Again, I email Blake he says bring it in and we will replace or buy another one and we will reimburse you. I buy one its about $8 send the receipt no biggie. Told him I will drop the car off this weekend things are set in motion. Or at least I though... I am driving home. from dinner one night and realize that when I am driving the car the steering wheel gets tight and a light pops on the dashboard. Nothing crazy, I am taking the car in so I will just let Blake know. As I am driving the car the night before I am supposed to take it in I go to back the car into a parking spot and the steering wheel just LOCKS up on me. Again, I am taking it in the morning... NO biggie! As I am driving the car into the shop the weekend before thanksgiving I go to merge onto the 60 from the 101 and the as I am in the middle of the merge, where the triangle of cement separates the lanes the steering wheel locks for about 10 second. I am doing about 80... I panic. it unlocks I make the merge, but now it is a biggie and I am about to talk to Blake about this. Get the car to the dealership let Blake know I am going out of town until monday would not be back until late and would get the car on Tuesday. That is the agreement. Well Tuesday rolls around give him a call and the shop a call and the car is not ready. Blake says "take a lyft/uber to work and we will reimburse you. Shop says car should be ready by tomorrow." So I do just that. Tomorrow comes and the shop is still not done and I tell Blake I am not going into the holiday without a car. He says they do not have a loaner and they cannot secure a rental, but if I did.... THEY WOULD REIMBURSE ME! So I did just that. Got a rental started out at like $268 for 3 days. Should be ample time since we are now at Wednesday... Thursday is a holiday, and who really puts in their best efforts on a Friday. I am being more than lenient with them at this point. Well all those days come and go and no communication or call about the car. So I call them "oh the car is ready" no one told me... "okay, it will be parked up from" drive all the way there from scotssdale... its been a week at this point. My main complaint before the car tried to kill me was the plastic hanging, get to the car and the plastic is still hanging. Guy at the dealership says "don't take the car, hop back in the rental, we will call you when it is fixed" two days go by no call... I call them they say, "car is ready" I drive back over there pick up the car and things are good... until the next day. The very next day, so I have drive the car home, parked it, etc. no problems, NOW I am at the grocery store attempting to back into a spot and on pops the same lights and the wheel is locked difference is there is a car headed my way. I am upset now because you've had my car over a week and nothing was done. Now my complaint is solely the car is trying to kill me. This is not the worst of it... ran out of space! Until now I was having to travel to Peoria Ford to find a good experience. They are great but it's an hour commute one way. Contacted them about this issue and was told it's not their problem since used vehicles are sold as is and that it's not even a Ford so take it elsewhere! We took it to another dealership and they had to replace parts consistently and in the meantime tried to reach out to the salesperson and managers, basically everyone under the sun there at LMF and to this day, no responses! Rod was fantastic, he took the time to explain the work needed on my vehicle, and went above and beyond what I considered great customer service. I was always kept in the loop of the repairs via text messages or phone calls. I knew exactly what was being done and how much it was going to cost to complete all the work performed on my Explorer. Rod even helped me with coupons and discounts to get my repair bill lowered by almost $500. Kudos to Rod Mills as he is an asset to Larry H Miller Ford. I will start off by saying avoid this dealership, again avoid this dealership I can't stress that enough We purchased a used F150 from a salesman named Cecil on Sunday February 29th and during the process I asked Cecil if an oil change was performed on this F150 and his reply was oh yes we change the oil on all the vehicles before they leave, so I thought great I won't need to do it right away. I purchased this truck for my daughter who currently has a learners permit we drove the truck 3 days that week, a total of 3 hrs , I notice the engine was making a louder noise then I thought it should, so Friday I had this hunch to check the oil and when I did there was no oil on the dip stick at all so obviously I was furious and called Larry H Miller Ford to talk to Cecil and he was not available so I left a message for him to call me back I had an issue I wanted to discuss , I waited about 1/2 hr and no call so I called back and asked for a sales manager and again had to leave a message and this time explained what my issue was and if I could have them call me back needless to say I waited Friday and all day Saturday for a call back and absolutely nothing, so I don't know what kind of damage was done to the engine . Best Salesman ever Where to begin, On March 27, 2019. I called Keith about a 2010 Acura TL that I was interested in. Well,​ the Bank wouldn't fund the car due to it being a 2010 and has​ 129.000 miles on it. well,​ I​ was about to give up my search​. But before I gave up, I asked Keith could he get a vehicle from another Larry H Miller​ dealership since they had no cars on their​ lot that I​ was interested in and he said that magic word that I​ wanted to hear​ which is yes. :) I'm very picky and patient. I won't​ buy something that I​​don't like and I​ hate buyer remorse​. Now for the next few weeks,​​ I search all the Larry H Miller Dealership in ​Arizona searching​ for the perfect car for me to either be told that the car was already sold or out of my price range which was bad news for me. Keith was very patient with me and listen to my needs and did his best to accommodate them. Again, this started on March 27, 2019. Well fast forward to May 18, 2019,​ I text Keith and told him that I found the car that I want and is​ located​ in Tucson. A​ little after 9 pm he drives​ me in his personal car all the way to Tucson​ to get my dream car and mind you, this is after hours. After 15 years saying goodbye...last two visits one for the UNservice record books..... Two months ago it was the cashiers in service that because of a "glitch" in their pay by text function left my teenage son sitting for two hours and 15 minutes just 4 feet away from service cashiers who did nothing to help him. Now, I drop my car off and am expected to either pay $250 for a car rental or sit and wait for a diagnosis until they will approve the loaner car. I feel like we have sat and waited enough for you. So I took my car to San Tan Ford AWESOME DEALERSHIP WHO KNOWS HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. The $3700 in warranty repairs were taken care of but before they even knew warranty would cover it I was given a loaner car - 2019 Ford Explorer with 9 miles on it and a free breakfast from snack bar. The communication at San Tan Ford was amazing, texts were my preferred choice and I felt kept up todate in the process. I've found my new home for sales because of the great service at San Tan Ford. Purchasing cars is not a thing I enjoy, however I felt that Gary was upfront and honest through the entire purchase. The purchase process lasted about 3 hours. Much better than years ago. I told him what I wanted and he did not try to sell me into anything other than I was looking for. Gary took the time and effort to locate the car from another dealer since they did not have one in stock and he had it ready to roll off the lot in 6 hours. My partner took it in for me and explained in detail the issues I was having with my door handles.
