Every yeat I anticipate the opening of Larry's. I love it opens at the height of cherry season ...my fav summer spring/summer fruit. The last time I went was during thier harvest festival time ....tons and tons of pumpkins. Beautiful and large gords to choose from were in large decorated stacks. What I also enjoyed was the food trucks that were out that day. Per usual the lines went relatively smooth and service is was very pleasant. Open open open...Come on June.! Ciao for now...

Wifey and I met up with our granddaughter to visit the pumpkin patch. We usually come here to buy fresh produce because they offer a variety of fruit and vegetables to choose from and is priced very well. It is well organize and easy to find what you're looking for. During the visit our granddaughter played in the corn field as she hid behind them to play peek a boo We went during the week and earlier enough she can come home and take a nap. Overall it was a good time and we all enjoyed our visit.

Start of the season and we were excited to go. Not too sure what transpired, but, all the mangoes we got, looked like this Disappointed as we have never had an issue before.

We met up with my mini me and her family to hang out at the pumpkin patch. It was my first time at the pumpkin patch and I enjoyed it. I loved the setup and walking around to the various sections they had. They have a haunted house but it was not open at the time since it was early morning but looks fun regardless. My grand daughter enjoyed the corn maze and sitting on the tractors. Great spots to take pictures too. The patch was laid out so nicely.

We brought our 1-year-old daughter to the pumpkin patch at Larry's Produce and had such a great time! It was nice to be able to shop for fresh produce while also enjoying all the fall activities. When you have a little one, it can be hard to find affordable things for them to enjoy, so we really appreciated that Larry's had so many pumpkins to choose from and fun free activities like the corn bath -- my daughter absolutely loved the sensory play! We didn't realize there was also a maze until we heard other people mention it, so that's something we'll definitely check out next time. There's always a lot happening at Larry's, and depending on when you go, it can get pretty busy -- but that just shows how popular it is. Overall, we really enjoyed the Halloween event and all the great produce. We'll definitely be coming back!

First time heading here. Heard so many good recommendations. Went there with a budget for myself and actually got so many things under my budget! The staff were friendly and nice, and got it to be an outdoor market, it was still tidy and nice. They gave a range of different types of fruits and vegetables. I definitely want to head back.

My friend has been telling me about this place for a while now and I'm so thankful we finally had an opportunity to visit Larry's. What a great find! I stopped by this produce store with my son and we were both impressed right away. I The space is big and super well-organized, which made shopping feel easy and even fun. There's a huge selection of fruits and veggies, everything from everyday staples (tomatoes, onions, broccoli) to more unique finds (egg plants, beats, seeded watermelon). To top it off, everything looked fresh and edible. I'm not sure if everything or anything is organic, but the variety alone makes it worth the trip. Prices were reasonable overall, and it felt like we were getting a lot of value for what we spent. It's definitely the kind of place you want to return to when you're stocking up for the week. **Something to note is that it is a CASH ONLY produce store*** I didn't have cash but they did have an ATM machine available for me to pull cash which includes a fee, as well as a fee from my bank. This was the only down side to this experience. What made this experience even more pleasant is my son actually enjoyed tagging along, which is saying something!

Been here a couple of times now throughout the year(s) on buying produce. The times I been here is around spring & fall, I would definitely recommend coming here around fall as this place sell various pumpkins! During spring they grow flowers on their plot of land & you can pick your own flowers bundles & purchase them(definitely ask the workers before picking flowers & pricing). There tend to be a lot of people at this place & sometimes parking can be a bit difficult. As for produce shopping, This place has a good selection of produce & are reasonably price. One of my favorite finds is that they sell HUMONGOUS mangos that bigger than your hand! It was also VERY delicious. There's also a food truck with its own seating area at this location so if you do get hungry you can buy a meal here!

I think this place is super cute! It's a local store where you can shop fresh produce at great prices! During fall, they have a lot of pumpkins to shop, take photos with friends and family and they also have a small corn maze. It's a great spot to bring your kids as well, since they have areas where they can play. There are food trucks where you can buy either Mexican food, ice cream, and a BBQ corner where they're roasting chicken and meat. There's seating areas as well where you can sit to eat whatever you buy. FYI: they ONLY accept CASH, no cards at all. They do have ATMS onsite if you forget cash, but for your convenience just bring cash. I want to come back and buy some of that BBQ! It looked delicious. Expect this place to be BUSY, as it's very small, and very popular.

Awesome veggies, fruit, and prices.....unthoughtful website and answering machine. When the website says 9am to 5pm daily....i assume they are open from 9-5 everyday. (Assuming they are obviously closed thanksgiving and other holidays). If you are not.going to be open the say after thanksgiving like your website states "daily" it would be polite to write that in somewhere. Its really inconvenient to drive 50 min to get there and then be told its closed especially when.there are people there. Its.really not that hard to adjust a website or answering machine. read more

OMG I Love this place! Large selection of produce and very inexpensive. Pumpkin patch and corn maze was the best. happy friendly and helpful employees. parking area needs to be paved with lines. can get quite muddy sometimes. they do have shopping carts and bags available but i suggest bringing your own bags. they should consider paving the inside / shopping area for better ease of getting around with the shopping carts. most roadside stands are better paved. also considering how many people come and shop here. i high recommend this for all you produce. read more

This was my first trip to Larry's Produce. We went around 2pm on a Saturday, and the place was PACKED with people. Although the prices were awesome, there were no spare wheelbarrows so we were left to what our arms could carry. My son had to use the restroom and afterwards we could not find a place to wash our hands which kind of left me grossed out. The people shopping there were also pretty pushy and aggressive... I will probably go back but I will arrive early and also bring a few anti-bacterial wipes. read more

My favorite place to go on weekends!!! I will never buy produce at a grocery store again, I guess until Winter comes and Larry's isn't open. I can save about $100 a month on groceries, and spend only about $30 a month on produce which feeds a family of 2. Also, the taco truck is delicious! read more

Very impressed with the amount of produce, but I went on a saturday and it was a chaotic mad house. As a 1st timer, it was just all overwhelming. I had no idea who worked there, where to check out or anything. I will try to go on a week day next time. I just walked around and left. Parking was a mess. read more

I love this place. Parking can be hard to find, and bring your own bags, because you will buy more than you think and the plastic bags get too heavy when they are filled. I've never used the U-pick, except for the flowers. The prices are incredible! read more

Larry's - the original farmer's market. Bringing local, fresh, reasonably priced produce Farmer's Market style before it was the hip thing to do. Love this place. I definitely avoid going on the weekends though because it gets packed! Can't wait for it to open this season! read more

I love Larrys they rock. Amazing prices and tons of selection. Fresh okra nom nom nom. This place is a zoo on the weekends come early to avoid the chaos. This is our go to place for produce amd worth the drive. The taco truck is pretty good to. I even found dragon fruit a few times read more

Love love love this place! It is perfect for grabbing lots of fruits and veggies for large gatherings. The produce usually is pretty ripe, so you do have o eat within a couple days. The prices are spot on and can't be beat. $2 for a whole pineapple, grapes about $1 a pound, .50 for lettuce, just the best prices! read more

We wandered in here on our way back to the city, and what a great find! It was just bustling with energy and beautiful produce. We really enjoyed the diversity of fresh fruits & veggies, and the customers seemed to be from all over too. The staff was really helpful. There were some terrific deals on big boxes of produce. Next time I want to visit the pick-your-own sections. Larry's is just a bit off the highway and well worth a visit. read more

best place around here to get fresh, cheap produce! Fruits are always pretty sweet, the hybrids are delicious (esp the pluots). the earlier in the day you come the better options you have to pick from as with any place. Never go to a grocery store is Larrys is around your way =) read more

Love this farmer's market! So many great selections of produce, they are open on more than just one day out of the week like most, the check out lines are always very fast even at the busiest times, and if your hungry while shopping, they are almost always cooking up something good in the back. read more

Love love love this place not only is the produce the freshest in the area but it's very cheap fruits and veggies for a family of four for 40 dollars and that will last me a good two weeks maybe more my kids love helping me pack the cart and they love the ice cream man that's a bonus for them they only take cash which is no problem if you go a little crazy and need extra cash they have an atm on site would suggest you get there a bit early as the selection dwindles as the day goes by honestly never had a bad experience at this place and never waited too long at the register much deserved five stars read more

I live in Oakland and i've been coming here for more than 15 years. This place carries lots of memories. My family and i try to come here at least 3 times a year in the summer & fall. We especially love to come here because we get to pick our own groceries. Coming from a salvadorean family my parents love coming here because they love to pick their own beans "frijoles monos". They have a wide variety of produce and the price is very inexpensive. This will be my new spot for fruits and veggies for the rest of the summer. It gets very busy and maybe hard to find parking or shopping carts(especially if you're buying a lot of produce), but they have buckets to carry everything. Also there are some stuff that you can pick from the field as well. I would recommend getting there before opening, otherwise parking spills out on to the main road. read more

I'm from SF and frequent the farmers markets there but I paid half as much as I do at a farmers market here! I got huge avocados and mangos for 1.75 and 1$ a piece, respectively. Great variety of produce and really fair prices. I saw that they have pumpkins soon and will definitely return for Fall! read more

The Best! Their prices will make your jaw drop. One example: Avocados were 50 cents each last season. Likewise they don't give you baskets or shopping carts, they give you a wheelbarrow. Which is good because I assure you you will fill it up. Also I've noticed the offerings increase each season. One new addition this season is fresh nopales that was $1/pound the last time a visited. The quality is there and the friendliness of the cashiers is pretty consistent. One year they had a fort built out of hay bales for the kids. One very important note, a lot of the produce is not "treated" like at grocery stores to extend freshness (i.e. wax coatings) so either only buy what you will use within a couple of days or invest in bags designed to stretch the life of fresh produce. Hefty makes some and I've also bought a generic brand at the 99 cent stores that works well. Go green: One thing I started doing is saving my produce bags I get from Larry's or other grocery stores and taking them with me when I return to Larry's so as to reuse them. It's a great way to go green. Lastly, they take cash only. read more

Had a family friend visiting Sacramento for the first time from Texas, and I wanted to give her something "California" and "farm-to-table" and nothing terribly perishable or hard to transport in carry-on luggage (like olive oil or honey). I immediately thought of them for their fruits and nuts! Ikeda's Davis was my second pick, but not much on their online store. It was super easy and convenient to place an online order on the Cal Yee Farms web shop, and I went with the "Deluxe Gift Basket" (Item# 3001) which had: [Dried] Apricots, Pears, Nectarines, Peaches, Prunes, Tangy Peaches-Pear Rolls, Cranberries, and Roasted and Salted Pistachios ($55+S&H). Order placed on a Wednesday, email order confirmation received. I called the next day to ask about information regarding order-specific shipping speed/times/tracking, and the lady had shipped it out Thursday for Friday arrival in Elk Grove. Awesome! It did arrive on Friday in great condition. Apologies for not having a photo of the actual basket it came in. I've not yet been to the farm in person, so I can't comment on the ambiance of the store, but I do mean to check it out in the future. You can also order by phone. Note that they're only open M-F, 8A-5P.

Very hard working farmers and vendors making a trek to Solano Belt County to deliver some organic and fresh veggies and produce. Although vendors have lessened through the years d/t covid and lack of attendees, we can truly appreciate they effort that is placed in those that do show up. Pretty good prices and comparably fair to organic stands around the town. We do make it out as much as we can to support or local businesses and farmers! Great atmosphere of friendly and helpful sellers.

Some dishes were prepared well, while others were not up to the same standard, which made the experience very unreliable. As a customer, I expect consistency in both taste and presentation. I also noticed staff using their phones while working, which affected the level of attention and service. When I brought my concerns to a staff member named Sherly, I felt that my complaint was not taken seriously and that there was a lack of care in addressing the situation. Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and the issue was not handled professionally. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves consistency, staff attentiveness, and customer service. At this time, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

Everything was freshly made and the table had some napkins and condiments. I'm pretty sure I got the meat shawarma plate and it came with salad, hummus, and pita bread. It was plenty for one person and I had left overs for later! It also paired well with some mango lassi and baklava I bought as well. Parking can be tough in downtown, but there were plenty spots behind the store. Will be back!

We knew the other manager before he took another store, but these girls have yet to disappoint. They took their baton and kept it pushing to the finish line. They are always smiling and have an amazing positive energy along with everyone else that I've come across (I am here a lot!) My husband jokes about me not needing coffee, but wanting to see everyone (we're not going to tell him that he's right, but he is! I look forward to my morning coffee and every in between throughout my day.) So much so that we joke that I work there without me really working there. These amazing people keep my day going and it's something I look forward to. Being able share a laugh together and ask about their day and then catching up as if no time has passed between us. Most recently, we had a 10% off coupon that stated in large writing it expired in 7 days, only to be told there was a different expiration date hidden in much smaller print. We were only a few hours past the cutoff, and instead of offering any understanding or trying to help, the staff argued about it. Most companies with decent customer service would honor something like that. As someone with 15+ years in customer service, it's disappointing to see an establishment with so much potential fall so short in this area. The staff comes across as cold, monotone, and uninterested in helping customers. To make matters worse, there seems to be little to no manager or lead support available to assist with bigger issues. Unfortunately, the customer service here has been a zero every time I've visited.

always crowded, no parking available, food trucks look dirty, not enough staff to help me find stuff. Im just done here. Ive tried coming weekdays and as they first open in mornings but I seldom have a good experience here anymore. The raspberries I bought didnt last 1 day before rotting. I've been going to Larry's since I was a child, but in all the years I've been going, my greatest experiences have been with an employee named Omeed. He was very nice, and knew where everything I needed to find was! He directed me to the watermelons, the radishes, rambutan, and golden beets! He's a very kind person who deserves amazing things! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! I love Larry's for their cheap produce, I get rung up and am always excited to hear the total. After 10 bags of fresh produce I expect Whole Foods prices in triple digits, then the polite cashier says $12.76 please! What?! Me and my family took a trip to Larry's this Sunday evening, and it was great. We went because we wanted to see the pumpkin patch, and it went great. A kind young worker by the name Omid helped me and my children choose a nice pumpkin, as well as he helped us pick out nice fruits later on. Everything always looks fresh and clean, and you can't beat their banana prices -- always ripe and affordable! The staff is friendly and the selection is solid. Went to our houseboat at Berryessa & was excited to stop by this pumpkin patch on the way home eight days before Halloween and find it to be closed on a Wednesday. I would have never thought to see if you're randomly closed in the middle of the week & a week away from Halloween. read more
