This place is such a lil happy surprise for how it looks from outside . It's become my goto Mexican place when I need a quick hot delicious meal . Food never disappoints and their salsa verde is my fav . Last visit to this place was on a Friday and our food was at our table "sizzling hot" in under 15 mins . Service is always great I have even dined here let my fur child in the patio . Big heart for being kind to my pet and offering him water bowl .

The staff here is always wonderful and the food is excellent. I have many occasions that I need to seat a group for lunch and this is my go to place for 20 to 30 people. When the weather is nice, we sit on their outdoor patio area, and when we can't, they have a large private room we can use. Not every place can handle large groups, but Las Palmas does it well. I love that their boobs are large and some of them offer privacy if you need it. All in all, I would highly recommend Las Palmas.

Camarones a la diabla $12.99, grilled chicken tacos $9.99, queso, salsa, chips, and more. Takeout.

#YelpsBigNightIn part two. We ordered sushi from a local restaurant on Saturday afternoon, devoured it, and by dinner time was hungry again. Hubs suggested we order Mexican food from Las Palmas through Uber Eats. I've driven past Las Palmas several times, but have never tried their food. I let hubs choose our entrees and he decided on the following: Camarones A La Diabla $12.99 Grilled chicken tacos $9.99 Cheese dip $4.99 Beans with cheese dip $4.99 The camarones a la diabla was for me. It's a grilled shrimp dish with spicy sauce and comes with a side of rice and small salad. It was delish and SPICYYY! My mouth was on fire. The creamy queso helped. The grilled chicken tacos were the hubs' and they must be really good because this was his second night in a row ordering them. We always go too hard on cheese dip, salsa, and chips that we can never finish our entrees. Fortunately, the entrees make for great leftovers! Will order from them again.

I really enjoy the food at Las Palmas. Their cheese dip is one of the best I've had in FoCo (be sure to order it with jalapeños!). Their salsa also has a bit of a kick to it, which I enjoy. The Santa Fe Bowl is one of my go-tos for lunch or if I'm wanting a lighter dish at dinner. It's basically a burrito bowl, but the portion is pretty large so I hardly ever eat it all. I also like their tamale dish. The plate is so festive, definitely not what I was expecting when I ordered it, but the tamales were delicious! The menu offers things that other Mexican restaurants in the area don't have, so it's a nice place if you're looking for something a little different.

Fresh flaky and moist cod fish fillet with super crunchy batter and to die for tartar sauce. Owners lady is very friendly. Setup and decor feels like an English Pub. On the positive side, the half-order of fish and chips was quite good--just make sure you specifically ask for the authentic, thick-cut British chips, as they really make the dish. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The chicken wings, in particular, were a letdown. They lacked any crunch, and the skin was soggy and slid right off. For the price, I expect a much better-prepared wing--a proper fry to get them crispy before tossing in the sauce would make a world of difference. The pricing overall feels quite high, especially considering the counter-service model. It's frustrating to pay premium prices for a meal where you have to order at the counter. On top of that, the nickel-and-diming for extra ranch is annoying, especially when the quality of the ranch itself was inconsistent in both thickness and taste. To top it off, the service was lackluster; the bartender didn't seem very welcoming and gave the impression that they were doing the bare minimum. It's hard to justify these prices when the quality of the food and the level of service simply aren't there. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. They also got rid of the British shop. So blah!!

Since Red Lobster wasn't as good as it was once, this was my next pick. The location is far away from our area and a little odd. I went thinking I could sit at the bar and order my seafood boil and have a drink while waiting. I was mistaken. This place are two restaurants in one. I can't complain on the quality and service, as it was fast and the lady taking my order was nice. It has the same taste as the other locations. Leaving the lot was a little tricking as I couldn't make a right turn. Will I be back? Maybe, it wasn't bad but I just didn't like the ambiance of it all. It reminds me of (no shade) of that diner that uses the corner of main dinning area as storage and has a few tables with all the condiments, utensils and napkins. It was just missing the teenager folding the napkin with your fork inside.

The location, awesome reviews, and photos made it a no-brainer. My lunch companion and I decided to share the queso fundito and shrimp empanadas and both were great. The queso fundito came with roasted corn and a garlic toast while the shrimp empanadas were plated on top of a bed of salad. The empanadas were a nice size and I would totally order these just for myself for lunch. I added a shrimp tempura taco to round out my meal. It was juicy, a bit spicy because of the jalapeno mayo, and overall a nice way to end my meal. I'll wrap this up by congratulating them on landing a spot on Yelp's Best New Restaurants list for 2025. Only 100 businesses in the ENTIRE country get on the list - so this is huge. Based on my experience, well deserved. Definitely give them a visit soon!

The cauliflower appetizer was a hit with everyone and the portion was huge. I personally would have preferred it to be cooked a little less, as it was quite soft. The patatas bravas were decent. We shared it among six people, and it was just enough to satisfy our sweet tooth. Our server was very friendly, and the restaurant itself is really cute. Around 7pm on Saturday evening, just as we were leaving, a man and woman started performing live music with vocals and guitar. We were on our way to the Lou Sobh Amphitheater (just a quick walk over) to see a cover band, which made for a fun night out. This whole area in Cumming is a great place to hang out.

It's a Friday night, and I was a little nervous that we'd have a long wait. Taylor took my information and put us in for a table, whatever was first available. We went and sat outside for about 4-5 minutes and got the text that our table was ready! We got seated outside towards the back corner and we were greeted by our server Hayley. We passed on alcohol, but asked what today's flatbread was and it was "taco". Every time we come here, I always want to get the shrimp and crab nachos, where they basically put the same exact thing on 12 perfect tortilla chips, served on a wooden platter. It's perfect, it's always delicious and just large enough so we don't get full. For entrees my parents chose the chicken piccata, and the black and blue burger with a side Caesar salad. I chose to go with the flatbread as an entree, and I knew that the onion rings would be very popular. Asked for a side of the avocado cilantro crema to accompany the onion rings. First of all, the onion rings are seasoned so well, with no dipping sauce or ketchup it's still really crunchy and savory. The flatbread was super crispy, topped with black beans, corn, and seasoned grilled chicken. Really flavorful, and not too large for feeling overly stuffed. My mother normally doesn't finish a burger but she did tonight (sharing some with my father), while sharing a few bites with my dad's chicken piccata and his angel hair pasta and capers. All in all, everything is always fantastic here. Hayley was great about making sure we were happy and had our waters topped off, and all things considered, we were in and out of there within an hour and fifteen minutes tops. Thanks to the team here for yet another great meal tonight! We will be back, this was our 4th qualifying visit so I'm up for a free entree next time I show up!
