I was having dental pain and was totally misdiagnosed. By the time I left the office and hours later ,my pain was unbearable I went to an urgent care for antibiotics since it was the weekend and could not be seen I finally got a call 2 days later. By then I had gone for a second opinion. I had an infection in that tooth and will require a root canal All of my pain could have been avoided ,if I had started on antibiotics that day to hold me over till I could get treatment !! I called and told the office and told my story. Not much response ...just quoted a high price for a root canal read more

Laser Dental was amazing! When I called they got me in right away. There was no long wait to be taken back. The dentist actually took the time to explain exactly what I needed done and how much it was going to cost and even gave me a few options. The work I needed was a lot and he told me he could do it but he recommended that I see another dentist who was better able to help me. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. When I first moved to the Henderson side of town, I needed a new dentist and I have to say it was surprisingly difficult to find one. So many of the front office staff were unfriendly or acted put out that I wanted an appointment as a new customer (which based on all the hype about the bad economy made me wonder if Dentists are not affected?). But then I found Laser Dental and I love their front office staff. My dentist is thorough and a little preachy about me not flossing enough, but that is OK. I just take it with a grain of salt and move on. Bottom line: I continue to go there and would recommend them to my friends and family. Absolute, number one reason? We had difficulty finding a dentist after our previous 2 were no longer on our dental plans. Found this office 2 months ago in an emergency search through our insurance directory and love it! Wonderful front office staff...very pleasant, accommodating, friendly and always cheerful! We see Dr. Nguyen and appreciate his thoroughness. He is very gentle and concerned about comfort while working, whether its a simple cleaning or cavity repair, etc. My kids really appreciate his sense of humor and my youngest, who is 12, opted to stay with Dr. Nguyen's office instead of finding a pediatric dentist for the next few years. We love Laser Dental. We've been going here for many years. They can work around your schedule, since my husband works on weekdays, they try to accommodate him on a Saturday (I think twice a month they have a Saturday for busy weekday people). Dr. Nguyen is the best, really friendly and good with kids too. All the staff are great and greets you with a smile. They look like a big family there and will treat you as family too. They even have a little treasure box for my son to pick a toy after check up, what a cool idea Look for Helen and she will assist you with your needs. My experience with Laser Dental is terrible, I have a post and it came loose real loose and they refused to do anything about it until it falls out but if it gets broke off then I have a whole lot of problems so they just keep charging my insurance to tell me there's nothing they can do until it falls out. So I was going to go to their sister office and they're trying to force me to stay down at Laser Dental, so now I have to find a new dentist to do something with this tooth that is really loose, my thing is they won't even try they just want to use up all my insurance on office calls to tell me there's nothing they can do till it falls out. REALLY?? They don't care about you as a person as you are is money I won't go back there, as patients we pay them so I'm not going to let them make me stay there. read more

I've never waited so much at a dental office. 45 minutes to get called back. Finally get called back and get some X-rays done, now waiting again for another 30 minutes!
