I've gone twice now to get laser hair removal, and not only did it not hurt much at all, I'm already seeing great results even just after the first treatment. My nurse Rita is super nice and helped me feel reassured when I was nervous about the first treatment. She was also nice enough to accommodate when i asked if she could focus on certain areas. In the past I've heard not so great things about LaserAway but for my first time experience visiting I can honestly say it was great. The staff was very friendly and communicated amazingly. I did have trouble finding the location but I called the office and they were able to direct me. Upon arrival they checked me in very smoothly. They offered me a drink and then gave me a tour of the office. The rooms were very clean. The staff made sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. So I was a little hesitant on getting laser tattoo removal but after speaking with them on the phone, they helped answer all the questions I had. I got a really good deal on it as well which I was very happy about. Every time I go in for my appointments they are always so kind and offer refreshments which is nice because I have to drive about an hour out to my nearest location. The nurse, Ellie is AMAZING.!
