I've gone twice now to get laser hair removal, and not only did it not hurt much at all, I'm already seeing great results even just after the first treatment. My nurse Rita is super nice and helped me feel reassured when I was nervous about the first treatment. She was also nice enough to accommodate when i asked if she could focus on certain areas. In the past I've heard not so great things about LaserAway but for my first time experience visiting I can honestly say it was great. The staff was very friendly and communicated amazingly. I did have trouble finding the location but I called the office and they were able to direct me. Upon arrival they checked me in very smoothly. They offered me a drink and then gave me a tour of the office. The rooms were very clean. The staff made sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. If I ever did have to wait a bit, I wouldn't mind! A beautiful lobby with beautiful lighting and chairs. However, I have yet to sit down and have to wait for my appointment. And I was SO PLEASED to see my nurse was Rita again today. She made me so feel so comfortable the first time and this time was no different. So I was a little hesitant on getting laser tattoo removal but after speaking with them on the phone, they helped answer all the questions I had. I got a really good deal on it as well which I was very happy about. Every time I go in for my appointments they are always so kind and offer refreshments which is nice because I have to drive about an hour out to my nearest location. The nurse, Ellie is AMAZING.! Laser definitely hurts, but she is always checking in during the session and making sure that I am able to tolerate the pain. She also is super friendly and always has a smile on her face. My review is for RN Joi, it was my first time getting laser hair removal on my legs and underarms and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only was she informative and professional about explaining to me the procedure, she made feel comfortable and less nervous about the pain level. I think I just worked myself up about the pain or she has a magical technique because I didn't feel any crazy pain. I felt a little pain on the ankle part of my legs and the knee area but it felt like a fast rubber band motion hitting that area quickly with some cold air. The staff at the Glendale location is always so kind. From the second you walk through the door you are being offered water, coffee ect to make your time with them more comfortable. I've had 2 sessions with nurse Rachel, and she is so thorough. We did a test patch before we began treatment to see how my skin would react. No issues! I did full face and had an amazing reduction in the amount of hair growing back after the first session. I can't wait to finish the rest of my treatments.
