I've been here two times but both times I was not very happy with the work. The first time I opted for lashes done by a trainee. On the website it says Hanh will be there to ensure that I am happy with my lashes. My appointment was on a Saturday with the trainee at 5. I walk in, no one was in the front and I hear some girls voices in the back. I sat there for about 10 minutes before someone came out and was shocked that I was there. Anyway, I proceeded with the lashing.There was no one there and Hanh was not there to ensure the quality etc. Whatever, it was $50. On the way home, 3 lashes fell out and over the next 5 days a bunch of them fell out. It looked like I needed a fill after day 5. I have had gotten my lashes done at various places before and haven't had that happen to me. I contacted them saying that there has been a bunch of fall out but they told me it was normal.. I literally got them removed after a week because they were all straggly looking already. I decided to give it another chance but with someone who wasn't training. I looked through their instagram and picked Gianna to do my lashes this time. On IG she had incredible work. I got the extra volume and it took nearly 3 hours. This time there were other people working. I explained to her what I wanted and then she proceeded. I told her I like it short on the inside, like 8-9mm and taper it out to 15-16. She said ok. Other co workers would come by and talk to her. I understand Vietnamese so it was uncomfortable for me to be laying there and have Gianna talk to her co worker about how hard it is to do my lashes because they're so thin... ummmm..... I understand I have thin Asian lashes but it made me lose confidence on the work because she is telling someone that she is struggling. The lashes itself had really nice and open fans but the shape was not what I wanted. It was boxy on the inside and for some reason they did not last very long on me either. I wanted the longest length to be 15/16mm and short on the inside like 8-9mm and she ensured me that's what she did. Later I find my photo on their IG and it said 10-14mm CC, which is not what I asked for... I really hoped I would like this place since it's so close to home, but still my look for my next lash artist continues. read more

I have very thin and sparse lashes, I've gotten my lashes done elsewhere for about a year but was really unhappy with how they were constantly falling out so quickly... By week 2 I looked like a bald eagle. I switched over to Gianna about 6 months ago and I've noticed a huge retention on the extensions. Even my girlfriends have said they look much more fuller and last much longer, however I am going about 2-3 weeks as I have not been blessed with many lashes. I've had two techs do my lashes and both were nice, the only downside was the location was kind of leery but other then that I liked my lashes and it's nice that you can get an appointment almost all the time since they have many techs. I had the extra volume once and I thought they were nice but after a week they started to fall a lot but I think it's because maybe they were too much for my natural lashes? Over a year ago, I was referred to Hanh by Linda, the owner of Blossom Nail Spa (another superb business). Unfortunately at the time, Hanh's client list was put on hold. As soon as she became available, she contacted me and the wait was well worth it! I'd been following her work on Instagram and really liked the results her clients were getting from microblading. My first meeting wasn't actually for lashes but a consult for microblading as I already have a fading brow tattoo that I want to get fixed. After taking a close examination, she made a honest recommendation for a removal method first and to wait a month for the ink to fade. I plan to go back next month for one more removal session and then get microbladed. In the meantime, I've been following all her lash extension posts on Instagram and I wanted to experience a set done by her. Hanh's lash studio finally opened earlier this week and it's beautiful. When I walked in, the lobby was modern, clean, and welcoming. The bathroom is super clean and trendy. The first section of the studio has beds in an open space for bookings with the girls personally trained by Hanh. She has her own private room in the back with relaxing music and most importantly, a full-length mirror to check myself out once my lashes were done, haha =). I'm not a fan of the Vegas showgirl look by any means. I asked for a shorter, natural looking set to accentuate the almond shape of my own eyes. She listened and gave me exactly that. Hanh is an extremely dedicated and detailed professional at what she does. She is precise and efficient without cutting corners. I like her technique of working on both eyes simultaneously to maintain an even look. Some lash artists like to work on one eye before going to the next. I find that sometimes the 2nd eye gets less application b/c of artist fatigue, but I can't say this is always the case since I've had good sets done this way too. I've heard horror stories of glue gobs and bloodshot eyes afterwards, but I left here with nothing but beautifully light and fluffy lashes! Thanks, Hanh! read more
