This was just OK for us. We live very close, so hoping it will get better on our next try. Shout out to the bar because the drinks were the best thing we tasted while here! I ordered the pulled pork with Mac and cheese and fries. Pork = 5 stars, Mac and cheese = 3.5 stars, Fries = 1 star because they were cold. My husband got the chicken, ribs and baked beans. In his words, chicken was good and ribs were barely edible. They were not 'fall off the bone' ribs. We will be back and have hopes of a different review next time!

You got the hardest part right, fabulous brisket. 9 out of 10 barbecue restaurants I visit they always screw up the brisket. So you know where I'm coming from I've been smoking with a 200 gallon offset smoker for 20 plus years. So let me break down this meal. Started with App- Texas Twinkies 10 out of 10 !!!!! These were perfectly balanced. Nothing was overpowering sauce was perfect. Brisket was perfect. Just an amazing app. Order The Rodeo Brisket- 7.5 out of 10 The fat was rendered perfectly good smoke flavor melted in your mouth needed zero sauce. Chicken- 8 out of 10 Absolutely smoked to perfection. Again needed zero sauce great smoke flavor, tender, and juicy spot on. Ribs - 0 out of 10 Being a pitmaster myself, this is about the easiest thing to do on a smoker. I'm not sure if it's the rub or the marinate that they put on the ribs that blocked the smoke from penetrating the meat?? Not sure but they had zero smoke flavor. It's too bad because the doneness was spot on . The rib had some tug as it should. It wasn't overcooked but zero flavor. Salt pepper and smoke is all you need on good ribs with your choice of sauce. I think they're trying to overcomplicate it. Please don't, you're right there with the doneness. Cornbread- 5 out of 10. It was good but it was just really dry. Beans- 0 out of 10 . On the menu it says barbecued baked beans, but there was no barbecue to be found. Beans tasted like they came right from the can onto my plate. Another thing that should be easy to make in a barbecue restaurant with all the pork and brisket around. Zero smoke flavor just terrible. Smoked green beans - 6 out of 10 Never had smoked green beans before and I have to say they were pretty decent. They weren't terrible and yet they weren't fantastic either. I would probably order them again. As I said in the beginning, they got the hardest part right. Brisket is by far the hardest meat to perfect. This barbecue restaurant is on its way to being an awesome bbq joint. They just need some tweaking. Three biggest negatives was the pork ribs the baked beans and charging people a dollar for a small container of bbq sauce is just ridiculous. Please just do as everyone else does and put all your barbecue sauces on the table in a squirt bottle. I shouldn't have to feel like I have to pay a dollar for a little more sauce when I don't get enough to begin with just silly. Service was just OK. My waiter was Tyler A. He helped me through the menu and had good recommendations. I believe he was also training someone at the time so he seemed pretty busy. The restaurant is very comfortable and inviting very casual atmosphere. I would love to return and hopefully they fixed the little things because they got the big stuff right. Good luck.!!!!!!

The ambiance is good for a bbq restaurant in Hamburg. Lots of open space and tables for people to sit at for lunch or dinner. The food is ok I wouldn't say I would rush back to eat there again. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich I had was good no issues but the fries just didn't cut it to accompany the sandwich. Fries almost had too much pepper seasoning. I had four children sitting at our table and none of them finished their plate. The one 6 year old girl said her fingers were spicy to her and she couldn't eat them. The other little girl said she didn't like the flavor of her Mac and cheese. Maybe because it had to many "grown up cheese flavors" going on? Overall I will go back to try new menu items but it's not on my top of list of places to go to first.

First let me start by saying our server Maria was excellent! She was friendly, very communicative, and made sure to explain the menu in full detail to every one of the members of our large party. One of my friends said "I think she is the best server I've ever had." And I agree. She was great. I went to Lassos with a group of friends, one of which who brought their 1 1/2 year old. I felt this was a kid friendly environment and the staff was very accommodating to all ages. As far as drinks go, I really enjoyed my sweet tea. My friends loved their cocktails too. Some of my favorites on the menu were the brisket, ribs, Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes. They also have a variety of sauces to choose from. Some things we felt they could improve on is the chicken was a bit dry and so was the cornbread. Overall I would give Lasso's a 4/5. I will definitely be back. Tip- you can bring your receipt to their sister restaurant black smoke for $5 off your order! It was nice to use towards an after dinner drink!

We visited on a Wednesday evening, there was a decent-sized crowd, we were seated at a high top pretty quickly. There were a few tables with little kiddos, and there is a kids section on the menu. Server and host were both friendly. This seems like it could be a fun place to watch sports, plenty of bar seating, several giant TVs, and a huge projection screen on one of the walls. Lots of space. Beer selection is decent (you'll find something!) though you do need to scan a QR code to see it. They had a good list of craft cocktails too. Our beer glasses were frosted (frozen) when the server brought our drinks, love that. The food was ok. My burger was good enough to disregard the cold crinkle fries topped with pepper (that's literally what they were.) Hubs platter was served with "Texas toast," but it was not toasted, just a cold slice of thick white bread. Otherwise, he said the chicken was the best part, the sides were ok, and so was the pulled pork, it was all just ok. I'd go 3.5 stars if I could, because of the "okayness" of the food. It wasn't the worst, but we're not planning to rush back for another try. I'm giving 4 because we still had a good time. This is a newer place in the village of Hamburg. Like many businesses in the area, there is no parking without walking. So dress warm, put your hood up, and hope the sidewalks are clear! You can visit Black Smoke Bourbon Bar nextdoor and receive $5 off when you show your receipt from Lassos from the same day, we didn't do this, but good to know.

1st time here. Service was excellent, space was very clean and neat, huge TVs all over (recommend for watching sports) and their home brewed beer is always excellent. Their food was okay, I had hoped for better. My turkey was a little dry, however their homemade bbq sauces are fantastic and so was the coleslaw I had.

My family and I wanted to try somewhere new last night and we decided on Lassos. When we got there we were greeted by smiling faces and were sat right away. Our waitress Mariah L came over and told us the specials for the evening. We started with the Brisket Queso which was one of the specials. It was delicious. My husband and I decided to go with the smoked Rueben sandwich which came with fries and we wanted to try some of their side dishes so I ordered the potato salad and my husband wanted the mac and cheese. My son decided on the duel which is 2 meats, 2 sides and 2 sauces. This was probably the BEST Reuben I have ever had! Of course we all shared and took bites to try each others. It was a beautiful night outside so they had the big garage door open. We were gonna go get ice cream but we seen they had peach cobbler on the menu so we ordered to share! I am so glad we did! We will definitely be going back to try more of the menu and our waitress was AMAZING and we will be asking for her when we go back.

Their menu is not updated on any of their pages so I can't remember what I ordered. It was a cocktail that mixed crisp, dry white wine, some kind of spirit and club soda. It was refreshing, interesting and light yet had just enough flavor to make it unique. The service was good. There were 2 bartenders that night who were helpful, attentive and friendly. There are a few tables with umbrellas outdoors in the front. A bar and some tables on the first floor inside and a metal spiral staircase which has a few small tables on the 2nd floor. Def not a great place for groups. Try and come at an odd time to get a seat.

The Daiquiri hit the spot at the end of the day, and the mussels and crunch rolls met expectations. The surprise was the wings! The outside was crispy and crunchy like fresh wings are, and the garlic parmesan was a flavor that stayed in our mouths long after we had left the restaurant.
