I feel like I was ripped off came in to repair a tire the young kid over filled my tire next morning my tire pressure had dropped and kept dropping I was finally able to bring it in like 2 days later and told him the issue.I asked for him to take a look at it and see what was wrong .He patches up my tire and claims there was another nail in my tire which is a little hard to believe that happened in less then 24hrs he should have showed me the nail in the tire I brought it in to have him check his work not for him to patch it again without asking me and charging me again. I think the job wasn't done incorrectly in the first place .tire was over filled again to 39.cars have a recommended tire pressure on inner door panel maybe he should take a look at them sometime . They changed it right away, took like 15 min for a really good used tire replacement. And they take plastic, woot. Mike (the owner) came out and told me other issues and told me about a really good deal for when I want all the tires replaced, balanced, and rotated at once. I went to them 3-4 times over 2 years for flat tires on mine and my boyfriends car. Yesterday I went to get an alignment. 80$. What I'm about to say is my opinion, im not defaming anyone or stating anything as fact. My boyfriend drops off the car and I pick it up, test drive it and i truly think they didn't actually do anything at all to it. I drive it back, tony says to come tomorrow morning. I show up in the morning, after telling him it's still pulling to the left he has the same some skinny scrawny kid (who by the way RUINED my steering wheel cover the day before, which tony was apologetic and said he's going to do 20% off next service) rotate my 2 front tires. He says to go test drive it and see if it's still pulling to the left, so I do again go and test drive it and it's still pulling to the left. I bring it back, he says they'll do the alignment which is what I brought it in for yesterday(so did they not even do it yesterday??). Mind you the whole time I'm being super nice and polite to everyone even though I'm losing my patience I still had faith they would fix it and it would all just be a misunderstanding. Couple hours later I go pick up my car, im so serious it's like that scrawny kid did absolutely nothing if not make it worse to spite me( MY personal opinion). I didn't go back because i just don't trust that kid working on my car anymore. Right now as I was driving I go to drink from my water bottle that's been in the cup holder this whole time left with my car since yesterday (this sounds funny but it's not if it happens to you) and I think that scrawny kid did something FOUL to my water bottle . because luckily I smelled it before I drank from it smelled like someone opened it and rubbed it literally in his ass or something. Foul fucking disgusting smell, I would say maybe spit in it but the water is clear and there's grease gross marks on the mouth piece of the bottle. This is all just speculation and my own opinion. its a fucking rank smell I've never smelled anywhere in my life before but not old water not anything like that it smelled like dirty filthy ass. I'm just saying, it's odd I had to keep bringing it back and the same kid kept working on my car who couldn't fix it the first time. I have never left a review anywhere basically I never do. I had to throw away every water bottle in my car because I just didn't trust them after that. I was nice to all of them the whole time, never asked for a refund. I just wanted the alignment I paid for. Tony was nice the whole time, but that kid he kept having do my car,in my opinion, started doing bad work to spite me. I'm never going back ever ever again. Mind you I've been here 4 times over 2 years for tires and everything was fine! I'm not some yelper who's constantly reviewing every little thing either. This was just ridiculous and the fucking rank ass mouth piece on the water bottle that smelled literally like dirty nasty foul ass and balls was too far. I'm not saying the kid did it for sure, but I am saying it was a normal open water bottle yesterday before I dropped my car off, so do what you will with that information. read more

I got a nail in my tire and went to Latino Tires to see if they could patch it. First they offered to patch it for $20, then they realized the inside of the tire was busted so they gave me a new tire for $60.
