The interior was quite pretty with clean wooden floor, wooden tables with nice soft chairs and booths! White bricked walls and a pretty stained glass roof over where we sat! We only had to wait like 15-20 minutes for the food, which was pretty good! I ordered the Ham Steak and Eggs and The ham was absolutely delicious! It was juicy, meaty and tender! The eggs are okay. Nothing really wrong with them, but in terms of taste, it wasn't my favorite. But they were cooked well and there was plenty of them. The potatoes were really good! Amazing flavor and seasoning and nice and juicy too! This place was really good! Delicious food, great service, acceptable prices, great seating and environment! Only thing I would change is add a bell of some kind for the strange time periods like when my friend and I came in, very early in the morning with no one out to see us. Otherwise, Very lovely place! I'll definitely be coming to this place again sometime!

The beef was tender and was topped with an egg yolk sauce that really brought the savoriness to the beef. The bone marrow was thick, well seasoned, and melt in your mouth delicious. The beef wellingtons were med rare and juicy. The root veggies were tender but not soft. The potato puree was smooth and creamy and the Demi glaze was the icing on the cake. It brought everything together. When we got our sticky toffee puddings, we thought they were a bit small but we were pretty full by that point anyways so we didn't mind. Just as we were finishing them, Bryce brought over two massive ones and an apology. Apparently there was a mix up and the ones we ate were for the tasting menu. So we ended up taking the big ones to go which was great because that meant dessert for later. The only downside is their space is a bit tight for the amount of business they bring in and timing is essential to enjoy your experience here if you can grab a seat at the right time. We definitely added them back to our regular list of places to visit for our bakery needs on the mornings and weekend brunch.

The sad part was that after eight years in business this was the first time we were trying it and we were the only ones in the restaurant. When I say comfort food, I refer to foods that we grew up with that a lot of plant based eaters no longer typically consume for personal reasons. I've had a similar spot in Vegas that was awful so I was curious to see how Nom Eats would fare. Let's just say, my appetite was fulfilled. They feature a menu of burritos, sandwiches, burgers, and sides that all utilize mock meats. You've got the typical items using impossible meat and jackfruit, but I loved how Nom Eats offers other not-as-easily found substitutes that I share below. We ordered their Steak Burrito ($12) with seitan and what I'm guessing is a cashew-based cheese sauce. The burrito was humongous and can certainly feed two people. The seitan was juicy and filled with bbq flavor with the cheese/chipotle sauce on the denser side. As a side, we also ordered their Curl Poppers ($5), which are fried soy curls sprinkled with a sunflower seed parmesan and garlic. This was killer and a definite treat so best enjoy it while it's hot. It resembles garlic fries but with more protein since it isn't a potato. This is definitely a good spot for someone transitioning over to veganism or other plant based lifestyle or to those that are curious. No, this is not healthy by any means but if you're looking for a treat that's animal product free, then this is the place to go.

One week, I was accidentally given someone else's burrito order - the Carnitas - and the staff texted me right away about the mistake. I asked if it was ok that I kept the burrito anyway - it was delicious! I also recommend the chickpea melt, a fresh vegan take on my childhood favorite, tuna melts! Nom Eats has something for everyone's craving: burritos , tacos, nachos, fries, sandwiches and salads! I love that you can customize, and order your favorite combinations as a burrito or bowl, or atop mac 'n' cheese, OR on fries. I am by NO means vegan, but these peeps hit the nail on the head. This is food EVERYONE can enjoy, no matter your preference on the vegan-carnivore spectrum. If anything, it has convinced me that going meatless at least once a week doesn't mean I have to sacrifice flavor! Do yourself a favor and give it a try; I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

The food is always some of the best around with one of the cleanest set of offerings you could hope to find on a single menu...! Lots of organic and wholesome choices. I usually go for a lot less carby of a meal, but today I was feeling a Grilled Cheese made their way with several melted cheeses on sourdough with tomatoes and pesto aioli. So delicious! No matter which Great Full Gardens you're near, try it. You'll be a fan! And if you're in Midtown, hopefully you get King Tracy as your rock star server!

One of them looked over at our table multiple times, so it was obvious they knew we were there. Still, no one came over to greet us or let us know someone would be with us shortly. Whether intentional or not, it left us feeling overlooked, uncomfortable, and wondering if we were being treated differently. It was an awful feeling. Eventually, our server came to our table but never apologized for the long wait or acknowledged that we'd been sitting there unattended. By then, the experience had already left a bad impression. I was there with my husband and our three boys, and it was difficult trying to explain why we seemed to be the only table being ignored. Will we come back? NO I'm sure this restaurant has plenty of customers and won't miss one family, but every guest deserves to feel welcomed and valued. A simple greeting or apology would have gone a long way. As for the food, it was good. But good food alone doesn't make up for poor service or for making guests feel like they don't belong. Dining out is about the entire experience, and unfortunately, ours was overwhelmingly disappointing. I'm typically a very generous tipper because I appreciate good service. This place has been on my radar for quite some time and I finally got to experience what it was all about. Since this is in a fairly busy commercial part of town, it can be a bit tricky to find parking. However, we were able to park only a block away and this was during the afternoon on Thursday 7/2/2026 at around 12:15pm. After making the short way to the business, I absolutely loved the exterior aesthetics and layout were represented. The business itself mimics a house complete with a large front patio area that actually snakes around to the side of the house for the more comfortable Reno days. The wooden tables with plastic chairs and covered tents to shield off the sun were a very nice touch. The inside also offers very generous indoor seating complete with ample space for a single person, a couple, or a family. Their menu are digitally presented on LED TVs complete with some of their specials that are handwritten on a chalkboard. My lady and I both decided to order sandwiches to get our fuel and energy for the day. I went with their "Char-Grilled Steak Baguette"; this came complete with their bistro steak drizzled with chimichurri sauce and topped with caramelized onions, New York white cheddar & sharp cheddar cheese and served on a cheddar poppy seed baguette. My lady went with their "Reno Deli"; this offered salami, pepperoncini & pesto layered with spinach, tomatoes, provolone cheese, and aioli on toasted sourdough bread. Both of our sandwiches came with a side house salad. Once given our number (we got Tahoe St), we decided to sit outside and take full advantage of the weather (as it was a perfect 78°F). What I particularly like is that the ambiance is the perfect vibe for daydreaming, people watching, and enjoying the simplicity that a city like Reno offers. Both our sandwiches arrived in roughly 10 minutes and were presented on white porcelain plates. My sandwich was made to perfection as the cheddar baguette securely held the fillings quite nicely. There was a lot of seasoned steak as the other sauces were not too overpowering. And considering the size of this, it got me quite full as I wasn't hungry until much later in the day. I will say that if you're looking for a reputable small business that offers healthy fresh ingredients, excellent customer service, amazing ambiance in a very desirable area of Reno, I highly recommend giving "Süp" a try. I added feta cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes (those come together), peppers, Kalamata olives, and red onion. Then they allow you to choose a few sauces, and I went with cilantro sauce and a Greek vinaigrette. I was shocked by how fresh-tasting everything was, how huge the portion size was, and how affordable it was. This place is a game-changer, and I wish there were locations all over. By the end of my order I really didn't want it but felt like a jerk after they started making the food so just paid. I ended up with falafel, lettuce, pita and 2 veggie toppings. They offered fries as a substitute for the rice but the fries were just sitting on the counter looking cold and miserable. I passed.

That said I do want to share one honest observation. On top of premium pricing -- which I'm happy to pay for quality -- Perenn also charges subscribers for their Substack newsletter. For an independent bakery scraping by, that makes complete sense. For a thriving six-location restaurant group with real momentum and expansion capital, it feels like a bridge too far. The brand story and the people behind it are genuinely compelling -- that content should be how you invite customers deeper into your world, not an additional revenue line. The food earns five stars. The Substack paywall earns a raised eyebrow. Share your story freely -- you've clearly earned the audience.

My favorite so far is kale salad. Despite being a small museum cafe, the service is wonderful, and the staff is very pleasant. I know they are open early in the morning (before the museum opens) so I might try them for breakfast soon. It's a local gem.

I am so full but completely happy. I wish I lived nearby so I could come here all the time. They have vegetarian and vegan dishes. I chose a prefix plate that included 3 entree offering plus yogurt, sweet rice dessert, rice and fresh warm roti. For me this was just enough to eat but the server/cook asked if I wanted extra servings. She had bunny chow , a naan pocket bread stuffed with potatoes in a rich curry sauce. Spectacular! Eat inside or at tables in the market courtyard or take away. There are several other restaurants in the market, so make the rounds and try them all. We did and enjoyed each one.
