If you are fortunate to have access to a mobile phone with apps it is best to use the laundry app. 2. Choose your laundry program before sliding the toggle. Otherwise default is cold 3. So I would be mindful of this, as I was not aware and unfortunately got there 3min after 9pm Luckily, the staff was super kind and allowed me to do one load and I am super grateful as it was very important, our washer and dryer stopped working suddenly again and I really needed to wash my husband's military uniforms urgently. I was able to run a quick 26min wash and a quick 16min dryer and leave before 10pm closing time with clean and fully dried clothes! I eventually switched to the app, which was much easier and surprisingly cheaper; the app allows you to set the load temperature to cold, which costs less than hot or warm. Definitely download the app before you start your loads! Aside from the card reader issues, I was very happy with the service.
