When I went to my appointment, they told me they didn't have Dysport and only had Daxxify. I ended up getting Daxxify twice and paid $500, which was almost double what I usually pay for my forehead treatment. It didn't work at all--no results. (I personally recommend not wasting your money on Daxxify.) I called them several times and asked for a refund. Eventually, they gave me another appointment for a Dysport treatment at no cost. But even after that, I still didn't get satisfying results. After all these injections and spending $500 just for my forehead, I personally do not recommend Ava Rejuvenation. I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience. Please do your research before choosing where to go for your treatment.

At the start of the appointment I told the lady doing my pedicure that I am severely allergic to lavender. So please do NOT use lavender on me. After about 10 minutes, she started trying to put a purple sugar scrub on my legs. When I asked if it was lavender, she looked shocked and said "oh my gosh yes I am so sorry" and switched it out with a Cherry Sage sugar scrub instead. The rest of the pedicure went fine, until we hit the massage part. She put purple lotion on my legs, so I again asked: "is that lavender" she said yes and started to rub it in as I jerked away and said: "I AM ALLERGIC!" she immediately grabbed some towels and water and got it off but by then I was already getting dizzy from the smell. She finished my appointment with no other accidents, but for my safety I will not return. The owner of this establishment really should have a talk with his staff about what the words "allergy" and "allergic" mean.

By management stress levels are high with me because I take risks, adapt to change and keep my head up and moving forward in life. Spa visits like 4 times a year including massages at locals spas I don't take Minh Ha care for granted. After my skin care analysis Minh got to her craft and did her work and face was cleansed and moisturized and had some extractions that were surprisingly less painful than most I have had at most salon spa service. This is top of the line work so expect to pay about $50 - $60 more than the average spa and or salon out their for a guy. The effects of the anti aging facial last I assume 2 - 3 months or 2-3 more times than the average facial, sans head and shoulder massage. I take pride in my skin I had one pretty significant accident tanning In Vegas in my younger days that left some damage to my face and cant afford lower if barely less self esteem if that makes some sense. Minh did a careful assessment of my skin, she followed up on the q and a, took pictures and asked some easy to answer health questions. I recommend Mihn Ha if you have the patience and time to work with her expertise and she is licensed for those that want to know. Be mindful of time and answer all questions to help with insight. Lavender Nail COVID-19 policies The safety of their customers is the top priority for this salon. They like to take any and all measures for you to feel comfortable, safe and clean while being pampered. They ask that customers do not touch products and they will give them to you upon arrival. You will scan a QR code (just open your camera and it but don't take a picture) this will let you check in and see the menu and all of the colors and designs to choose from. Upon entering their salon they will provide you with a new mask if needed. You will receive a set of reusable flip flops for your convenience and cleanliness. They will also give you a free bottle of hand sanitizer! You can get free refills with this bottle when you come back for a service. Slow service, bad products- should have thrown that bottle away. Then after 4 days, the nail polish already peeling. I definitely do not recommend. I could have gotten gel x at my usual spot without having to pay for take off. What a scam.

They are always highly decorated and she uses cat eye almost every time. So imagine my surprise when I come in to get a basic manicure and pedicure, and my total is $25 MORE ( $30 if you include the additional 3% you pay to use a card) for a more basic service. The nail tec used builder gel (I had not asked for it), and charged me for removing a full set of nails (I had one tip on my thumb from a brake and one broken nail that had a bit of acrylic on it to give it strength, the rest simply had gel). And this is what I dislike about nail shops. They should state this upfront, not after the fact. And when I pay more more my basic pedicure, basic nail polish, and no designs than the last time I came in and got glitter and a design nail (or about the same my friend pays for her design nails), then something feels very wrong. Unfortunately, I'll have to keep looking for a reliable nail shop with transparent pricing. Edit, update: this manicure was chipping the day it was applied (as the nail tech was filing the builder gel, a giant clump ripped off the base). But 2 days after, nearly early nail has lifting, chipping, and the natural nail underneath has broken, too. A manicure that lasts merely 2 days isn't quality work at all.

I came in for a pedicure and was unable to properly see my toenails during much of the service because one technician was working on my feet while another was doing my fingernails. Between the UV light and the large pillow in my lap, I could not clearly see what was being done to my toenails. The technician cut the sides of multiple toenails without asking my preference and changed the shape of my nails from straight to rounded. As a result, nearly every toenail ended up a different shape, including a noticeably lopsided big toe. The polish was also not applied evenly near the cuticle area. What was most disappointing was the response when I brought up my concerns. Instead of apologizing or attempting to correct the issues, I was met with a rude and defensive attitude and told that I should have said something sooner. It's unreasonable to blame a customer for not noticing mistakes when they cannot clearly see the work being performed and the technician never checks in about nail shape or trimming preferences. A professional nail salon should communicate with clients, confirm preferences before making permanent changes, and handle concerns respectfully. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard.
