You get a complimentary margarita with your service. I highly recommend this place as I have been going here for a while. The service I get is the lavender special . A super low key and quiet vibe. I cannot recommend this enough. Friendly staff as everyone is accommodating to all guests. Ask for Jenny she is the best!

Kelly and her team are amazing! Not only are they skilled, but they take their time and make your experience enjoyable. Kim and Holly are true gems at Lavender. They were my first amazing dip experience and the standard I hold all other dip salons to! It does get busy so make sure you call ahead. They also keep up on seasonal colors so be sure to ask if you don't know which are the newest. Finally, they have several nail art options (foil is among my fav!) so be sure to ask if you're interested. P.S. They offer mimosa, margarita, and more with service! I wish I was still in the area because I absolutely love them!

They over charged me I intentionally.. I went in and tried to get it fixed the owner lied to my face. Charged me 62 dollars for a "fill". I got pink and white power on already existing tips. Online it says for a brand new full set pink and white powder is 58. So why am I charged 62 for mine when I already had tips. Oh and it looks AWFUL.

I really like this place. I heard a lot about dipped powder and was Yelping to find a place that provided this service. There's not a lot of nail places in the bay that does this service. So glad I stumbled upon Lavender Nails. They use the SNS brand which has lots of good things in it for your nails. I got my nails done for $40 and it lasted for four weeks. It could have lasted longer but I decided it was time for a new color. I even tried to purposely peel it off and it wouldn't come off. If didn't even chip at all! I was able to get the powder on my real nails and avoided the acrylic ones. However you can still get it done with acrylics. It's a bit pricier than other places or if you were to get gel, but it was pretty worth it. Normally the dip powder finish is more matte looks but if you want the gloss shine like the ones in this picture, you have to ask for the led lights at the end. The healthier way is without it but I just like the last step of the Light for the shine in my nails. They also have wine and mimosa served to you!

Update: I had Kim today for my gel nail pedicure, I did the Lavender mist pedicure and I felt very welcomed and taken care of! Kim was very professional and very nice to me! She took very fine detail and precision into my pedicure and it is exactly what I needed today to destress! Thank you Kim!

Update- Continue to Love this place and the people that work there! They do such an amazing job - They take so much pride in making sure your nails are perfect and exactly what you are looking for. If you aren't absolutely in love with them (which really never happens) they will quickly adjust them to make sure you do Love them. I do try and make an appointment everytime, but they are always accommodating to my schedule. I walked into this salon swearing I hated Dip and being someone who never really found a place they loved for my nails in general. To being a Huge Dip advocate, and this being my go to place! If you have ever done Dip elsewhere and didn't like it, try lavendar nails they are the best! Everytime I love them and if I come in with an idea they make it turn our better than incould ever expect!

Really great service and a super clean place! I got dip nails and I loved how many color options they had for that specifically. The only problem is that dip nails are suppose to last 2-3 weeks, and mine started falling off after 6 days:/. The length of time that they started falling off was not worth the price! read more

Kim and Holly are my go-to for dip and pedicures. My dip nails last at least 3 weeks here. The salon is clean and everyone is very friendly. I usually make an appointment and they accommodate me as soon as I walk through the door. They have tea, coffee and treats. I highly recommend this salon. read more

Kim, where have you been all my life?! Her work is immaculate! I am still so amazed that I can close my eyes for two hours and wake up to a perfect mani and pedi without any guidance. All I have to do is tell her what I want in the beginning, drift off for a nap, and wake up refreshed to see my nails to exactly my liking. This was only my second time here and I'm convinced that she is the best nail tech ever. Thank you, Kim! You are perfectly perfect! LA is too far of a drive for me, especially through the grapevines in the rain. I'm so happy I found Lavender's in San Jose so I can continue to feed my superficiality. read more

Great service. Super happy with the results. Spa water, mimosas, tea.. Great color selection. Been twice and both times got the SNS dipping powder. I came here to try SNS dipping powder for the first time. I was very excited, but unfortunately, the lady that did it for me took that excitement out of me. First off, she was very rude. She kept wiping her hands on a towel and saying my hands were too sweaty. It made me feel uncomfortable and awkward, because it didn't happen once or twice. It's as if she was trying to insult me. Secondly, I noticed that 1 of my nail beds looked crusty and like it had been grown out for a week, so when I pointed that out to her, she seemed frustrated and like it was a burden on her to fix it. I am never one to point out flaws while getting my nails done, but I saw it necessary this time because it didn't look good. Another thing I noticed was they kept people (who had appointments) waiting for a minimum of 20 minutes because they were under staffed... on a Saturday. Overall, my nails turned out okay. They definitely did not look perfect. I would not recommend this place. They seem very unprofessional. read more

The best dip nails EVER, they lasted an ENTIRE month before chipping. $36 on a Monday because of the 10% discount- so worth it. It's far from house but I've been making the drive because of how long they hold up. Took their time and have SO many SNS color options read more

I live near SF but my friend is a regular here. She wanted to come here for her birthday to get her nails done so if course I said yes! We got here and they got us in right away and were very accommodating, friendly and the place is oreetty quiet. I got a regular manicure with clear and a geL pedicure. I do pretty simple stuff and the they did a good job for the most part. My hang up is my eyebrow waxing. I told the girl I wanted very simple,, natural, just clean them up. She waxed them on the pedicure chair and waxed one way too thin. Then she had the audacity to tell me one is thinner than the other and if I wanted them even she would have to wax it more. She was really nice but didn't even acknowledge what I asked for or apologize for messing them up. Hands down, the worst eyebrow waxing on my life. She did well on my upPer lip. I was so sad that I was just quiet after and asked her to leave my eyebrows alone. read more

Today was my first visit to Lavender Nails for the SNS dip nail color. They did not disappoint. Holly did my nails. I wanted them to look like snow but no snowflakes. Holly started with a pure white base then added two different types of sparkles for an ombre effect because I wanted to avoid a harsh glitter look. They look phenomenal. Kim did my pedicure and I was in total bliss with her massage skills. The salon was very clean and on a Thursday morning pretty quiet. I made an appointment via Yelp and they answered within a few minutes. I've already made followup mani/pedi appointments for me and my daughter. read more

I'm so happy that I finally found a place that knows how to do the SNS dip powder nails! The price is very reasonable for all the services and to receive the 30% you must check up in let Kelly (the manager) know, btw! The staff is so friendly and the environment is very welcoming. The salon has a smell of actual lavender or essential oils so you can't smell the acetone. Overall, I left very happy and pampered. I can't wait to come back in 2 weeks! read more

This nail spa is great.I am totally sold on the nail powder method.My polish lasts longer and always looks as if it was just done. It is relaxing and quiet at this salon. Nice music is playing and no blaring television at all. I also had pedicures and waxing here and been pleased with the results.You can also have the more traditional manicure here. I am sure you will be happy with a visit here, Kelly will make your nails very glamoourous. read more

I really liked this spot and wanted it to be my regular spot. I went in twice to do SNS dip but both times I had issues with my nails breaking or coming off. The first time was barely after a week and the second time was a week and a half. I have issues with paying for something that has typically lasted me 3-4 weeks from other salons. I typically get the basic pedi too but my nail polish always chips by week two. They are very very nice here, easy to talk to, and sanitary. I see per the reviews not everyone has the same experience as me which makes me believe maybe my nails are thinner or don't take to the SNS powder. Sadly I won't be coming here anymore but I do recommend it still bc of how clean it is and and how nice the technicians are. Also, per the pictures, they do a really good job their powder just doesn't work with my nails. read more

One of my favorite nail spa in my area. I tried many nail spa before but I never met such a caring and professional lady who always give 1st priority for customer satisfaction . Last 1.5 months I went this nail spa to get it done my nail almost 3 times tried new thing which is called "SNS" which I loved it Bcox it stays long also have minerals which is good for nail to keep healthy and strong. After I research on this product also got experienced on this product I don't like any more regular nail polish and gel. I m very much conscious on the product which i always use specially for my skin, nail and my hair. So I would recommend if anyone really likes to take care of their nails it better to use "SNS" dip power also I would recommended the nail specialist Kelly to do the nail. She is very amazing, caring and professional. She always think for customer satisfaction no matter how long she needs to work with the customer.After I did my nail 3 times in this place meni+ pedi now I became their permanent customer also I always recommend all my friends and co workers too. They also get same experience which I mentioned about kelly and this nail spa. They also become permanent customer too. i came in for the first time the other day to get a pedicure and a refill on my acrylics because they were open later than the place i usually go to. they were accommodating even though they were sort of busy. the girl who did my pedicure did a nice job and she was kind enough. my real issue here was with the lady who did my fill. i didn't get her name. she was a little rude, she kept pushing my fingers away if they were even a little bit in her way and she pulled on my hands a couple of times which i thought was unnecessary. the filing and shape of my nails is perfectly fine but the polish is already chipping off on the tips which is really annoying considering i paid $40 for a fill when it said it was supposed to be $20. do they charge an extra $20 for the polish and the matte top coat? i'm not sure how this works i'm still kind of new to it. anyway my overall experience left something to be desired, and i wish my polish wasn't coming off after two days. especially for the price. not sure if i'll be back. the business owner messaged me but when i told her i couldn't come in immediately i got no response and the color is peeling off. really upset i paid full price for a manicure that only looked good for a day :( read more

My anxiety was pretty bad when I walked in. Lab was very respectful to my need to listen to music and close my eyes as she pampered me. She is extremely skilled at her craft. Everything was perfectly hot. She made my toes and feet look and feel amazing again. By the time I left I had been able to completely relax and I was able to breath better. The nail tech was super sweet (i think) and the place is immaculate! Super clean!!! As for the nail lady: overall she did an ok job. (I guess) let's get into it. -- sooo during the process I saw that she made two of my nails extremely crooked. The first nail, I noticed was my ring finger. I asked her if she could please file it more because it looked like it was going to too much to the right. Immediately, she said something in her own language to her friend sitting next to her I did not want to assume they were talking about me, but I had a feeling. She did file it and she asked me if it was better and I told her " almost" I requested she file it just a little bit more so it looks more straighter and she started saying something to her friend again. I went from assuming they were talking shit to they most likely were because they were talking in their own language and all of a sudden her friend said in English " she does a good job" and then continue to talk to themselves in their own language so it was very obvious, they said something about me in my request to make my nails straight. This already made me feel uncomfortable to tell her about my thumb, which was ridiculously crooked and very noticeable but I did ask that she would fix that one also and she got my thumb and filed it quickly and was like "is that better?" I just told her yeah, even though it was not better. I didn't want to make a big deal about it but inside I was super annoyed. Nails are expensive and when you go for a service you want it done correctly you don't want to come out with crooked nails. I also asked if she could do a small gel design and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was absolutely nothing like I showed her. The design she gave me look like she spilled glue on my nail and was like whatever about it looks nothing like the picture I showed her. I was upset. I just didn't say anything. I'm going to post a picture of the gel design of what I wanted versus what I got. The gel design that I requested was supposed to be what looks like a swirl and thick as I mentioned above, she looks like she just rubbed a glue and the line was super squiggly . As a professional nail tech....like why???? I feel like the potential for this nail tech is absolutely there I just know that I can't ask for a design the next time I try her again. (which I will be going back to her to give her another chance.) I will share a picture of my nails. It wasn't a horrible job, it was just OK. Moving forward if I go with the nail tech again, I will not be requesting for her to do any type of design just because what she gave me was not what I asked for. I'll do an update if I ever go back

To her credit, she was polite enough to double-check with me that the nail polish color would be quite sheer. The entire service wrapped up by 2:40 PM. If you are just looking for a rushed, quick appointment, this place might work for you. However, if you are looking for a high-quality, relaxing experience, I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Lavender Nail COVID-19 policies The safety of their customers is the top priority for this salon. They like to take any and all measures for you to feel comfortable, safe and clean while being pampered. They ask that customers do not touch products and they will give them to you upon arrival. You will scan a QR code (just open your camera and it but don't take a picture) this will let you check in and see the menu and all of the colors and designs to choose from. Upon entering their salon they will provide you with a new mask if needed. You will receive a set of reusable flip flops for your convenience and cleanliness. They will also give you a free bottle of hand sanitizer! You can get free refills with this bottle when you come back for a service.
