I was super impressed by this lovely little spot! Location is so lovely, right next to a big park (hence the name). The inside is rather small but there is lots of seating outside. The special Belgian crepe was honestly sooooo good!! The chocolate was so rich and paired so well with the fruit. I also enjoyed my latte as it wasn't overly sweet. Service was super friendly and I would definitely come back here.

I tried this place out on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately only the pepperoni is halal, so i had to order a egg croissant without the turkey bacon. For $9, I would have expected a lot more flavor. It was pesto sauce with an egg and cheese and croissant. It wasn't very filling, unfortunately, either. With so many options available nearby, the price point and amount of food, I think I would prefer going elsewhere.

Egg and Cheese Waffle Sandwich Dubai Chocolate Waffle

We stumbled upon this hidden gem it was definitely worth the find we got four items total the Dubai waffle the breakfast sandwich, which also comes in a waffle a Biscoff hot chocolate and a Americano it was definitely a 10 out of 10 the waffle came out so warm and the amount of Dubai toppings that was added to it was insane. Definitely they do not compromise on quality over quantity they literally bring it both to the table!

Straight to business - came for the Sushi Crepe and my god it was perfect. Banana on the inside, strawberry on top, and Nutella drizzle all around. And they weren't shy with the Nutella (thank goodness)! This cafe is cute. Intimate and cozy-looking yet surrounded by the most spacious courtyard and plentiful seating both indoors and outdoors. We did come pretty late at night so I'm not sure if this place is crowded during the day. At night, parking was readily available. Sushi Crepe was a 5/5. There were so many desserts on their menu that my sweet tooth must try but I do have to say that the price point was a bit higher than I expected. I have my eye on the chocolate strawberries cup next!

Dubai Chocolate Fettuccine Crepe Grilled Buffalo Chicken Flatbread

This was a cool semi hidden spot near Irvine Spectrum! Giving cafe vibes with a nice park view and a dog park nearby! Service was very nice & friendly! I got the dubai chocolate cheesecake, Fettucine Crepe & the buffalo chicken flatbread! My favorite was the flatbread! It was bomb. If you got a sweet tooth the cheesecake & crepe are for you! The Crepe was loaded with nutella. Definitely recommend this place!

This place is located in The Park Apartments, and is convenient when you need to grab a coffee, tea, or snack. I have actually never tried their breakfast items. My go to is the hot chai latte or the dirty chai latte. They are very flavorful and not overly sweet. I would definitely pick this spot any day over Starbucks. The only thing is, the drinks here are quite expensive and the coffees and lattes are about $10 each. Service is pretty quick and the staff is very nice. Beginning around January 2025, Le Cafe began offering Dubai chocolate items on display, which include a Dubai chocolate cup with strawberries, the viral Dubai chocolate bar, a crepe, and even brownies! I am happy to say I finally have tried the chocolate bar. The prices for the Dubai chocolate items are quite high due to the expensive cost of the kataifi (filo dough) and pistachio filling. The small bar costs a whopping $12! The strawberry cup is $17, and the crepe is $19. You can also preorder a giant Dubai chocolate bar for $50. So on to the taste test of the viral Dubai chocolate bar... The milk chocolate was pretty standard, but the filling was quite good and buttery, with a slight crunch from the kataifi. However, the filling could have been thicker as the bar was mostly chocolate (There were 10 bite sized squares so I had already eaten 2 squares prior to taking the picture). I would like to try some of their other items such as the brownie and crepe in the future. Happy eating!

Mini BBQ Chicken Flatbread and Strawberry Lemonade

Was at the Irvine Spectrum area when I was looking to try a new coffee spot to get some work done. This one looked nearby, so I decided to drive over and give it a try. This is a little cafe in the middle of an apartment complex. Parking is a little of a hassle but if you go into the garage area, there are parking spaces available for visitors to park. I was able to find parking nearby and walked across the street to the cafe. There were tons of options, but I had just gotten some dental work done, so opted in to try a strawberry lemonade and a mini bbq chicken flatbread. I did not initially look at the posted menu, but there are ordering kiosk which I was exploring. The menu on the kiosk did not seem to match the posted menu of the items they had. BBQ Chicken Flatbread: perfect size, as it was 2 slices and just what I wanted. The temperature of this just seemed like it was warm, not hot. Nothing too special about it, but I did like how it did not have any onions like a lot of other bbq chicken flatbreads or pizza. Strawberry Lemonade: I couldn't find the matcha on the kiosk and was not feeling coffee so I went for a strawberry lemonade. Also nothing too special about this, but I wish I would have been able to find the matcha. Overall, this is a quiet little place that had an extensive menu and quick service. The seating space is a bit small, but there are definitely a number of seats and outlets if you need to charge up. I would have to come back and dry their desserts, as that is what they are known for! Sushi crepes looks interesting!

I love love love crepes. I found out about the existence of this cafe when I visited my friend, who lives in this Irvine company apartment village. I never knew they have shops in these mega apartment complexes. The fact that they had crepes was a calling card for me to come back and come back I did. I ordered the fruit crepe with Nutella and pistachio sauce, and it has ruined all crepe experiences for me. This is the most amazing and delicious crepe I've had ever. The crepe itself is on the chewy side, which is so good. The sauces were decadent and I would be lying if I didn't say I was licking them off the packaging. The fruit was fresh and abundant. When I came back in and took some pics for the Yelp, I told the employee that this was the best crepe I've ever had and he recommended the Belgium one for next time as it has Belgium chocolate on it along with bananas and strawberries. I told him, why wait, and I ordered the Belgium to go. I did split it up into 3 servings for the week, but the chocolate sauce is devine. They serve illy coffee, which complements the crepes. I am beyond excited I found this amazing crepe destination. Parking is tricky on street level, but there is garage level visitor parking also. Service is amazing. Outdoor seating is comfortable. Quick service and tons of options. I come here specifically for the espresso **illy** I don't think it's Turkish coffee I rarely treat myself to a coffee and when I do this is my go-to. I live in lake forest and pop in here and there. CONS: skip the pizza, parking is very very limited. Typically, I'd resort to turning on the hazard lights to run in and grab my online order- underground visitor parking available but it would be tough with kids in tow. Not a lot of shade available. PROS: it's a nice stroll around the quad with a play structure on one corner and a dog run in another. I know this place must be a gem because I saw a couple of police units having lunch here. I took a photo of a few new menu items with viral Dubai chocolate concept because I noticed it was off menu and not available for online ordering.

Jad and Malik were working today! I came in today around 11:30 close to lunch time and and boy!!! The area is so nice. It's in the middle of some apartments and really owns the spot! Anyways I got the egg cheese, turkey, bacon croissant with a large Spanish latte recommended by jad and looks like Malik was handling food orders. Everything came out quick and the experience with the setting made it a 10/10 experience:) thank you to Jad and Malik !

What a pleasant surprise to find a cute little coffee shop in a hidden area. Though the cafe is in the park in the irvine apartment areas it is open to the public. The only problem maybe the limited parking that they have for guess. They have wifi and a couple of plugs. It's a relaxing place to study very quiet. The grass and palm trees makes the surroundings nice. read more

This was probably one of the worst yelp outing I ever had with Van D. It hurt her pride as a yelp elite, it damaged her credibility. TSK TSK TSK Van D. and I wanted to take our friends that were visiting from San Jose here because there has been good reviews and it has a nice area to sit around or walk around the park. This place fails with their drinks. Of course being the gentlemen I paid hoping the girls would enjoy their drinks but they did not. My friend ordered a affogato...normally they put the shot of espresso on the side - they put it in before she brought it out so it was already melted b/c it was hot outside. This was a major fail on their part. One of them did not even drink their drink b/c it did not look presentable nor was it the drink she actually wanted. Maybe we went during a bad shift but still, they were unhelpful and one of my friend said she wanted some nice latte art, turns out nice just means a basic heart. This place pretty much added on to the bad start of a July 4th weekend. I honestly like Starbucks better than this place. Looked like a fool taking my friends here after hearing good things about this place and turned out it was not even close to what was expected. read more

Intimate and homey café that overlooks the field in the Park Apartment homes by Irvine Spectrum. A friend of mine who lives in the apartment complex recommended this place to me. They surprisingly serve up beer, wine, sandwiches, waffles, ice cream, other snacks, and beverages. I tried the Illy coffee which is one of my favorites along with a packaged sandwich they re-heated for me and brought to me on a plate. I also split the waffle with my friend. The waffles had berries and whipped cream to top it off. Service was superb and friendly. You can tell they know the residents and this is a hang out spot for the people who live here. The turkey artichoke and chicken bruschetta panini sandwiches were both really delicious especially for packaged sandwiches. I was very impressed. I will be back when in the area! read more

I was hanging out at the Irvine Spectrum and looking for good coffee. Disappointingly, they only had the usual Starbucks and Coffee Bean so naturally we yelped a local coffee spot. Found this place seeing that they had ILLY coffee and they were the only ones still open past 8pm. It's tucked in a little apartment complex area with lots of parking. Such a cute area to live in and lucky for them to have a coffee shop to walk to. The guy working was really nice and really knew his coffee. They also had milk alternatives which is always a plus for me. There's desserts, food, and even alcohol served here. This is definitely going to be my go-to coffee shop when I'm in the area. read more

Stumbled across this cafe will searching for a quick coffee spot by CSUF Irvine campus. It is located within an apartment complex, which was a bit confusing at first but once I arrived it was easy to park and find. Good selection of drinks and food items, staff was friendly. The bathroom however is an other story. I ordered my coffee and sandwich and asked to use the restroom. They're located along the back of the cafe and to my surprise and disgust, I walking into what looked like a murder scene. Blood and sh*t everywhere. Needless to say I lost my appetite. Although the lavender latte and turkey bre sandwich I ordered were good, I couldn't fully enjoy it due to the lingering visual in my head. read more

Dave and I just love Le Café Du Parc. It is close to where we live, and we now are regulars. We are treated very well. The food is excellent, and the coffee drinks are artisan crafted. I love it that we get art in our foam. Love! This morning we had brunch there, and I just loved it. $9.99 for all you can eat, and for what we had, we will go back. read more

What a cute lil cafe at The Park within the Irvine Spectrum Center . I grabbed an Irish cream sugar free almond milk latte and was pleasantly surprised at the deal - buy one get one free ! The service was excellent and if I was hungrier I would have tried any of the delicious pastries. It's a great spot to have a coffee and lounge in the grassy quad of the park and soak up some rays. Definitely beats my usual Starbucks run ! read more

This place serves ILLY coffee which tastes so good!!! On Fridays they have Rusta night and the guy who performs is awesome!!! Anyways I conduct many business meetings here. Inside if it is too hot or outside most often. It is a nice environment, fresh air right by the park and beautiful people too!!! Love living at the park and having a great little meeting and fun spot to go to! read more

This place is 2 minutes away from my home the staff is really friendly but the prices at little to high compare with Starbucks. Plus they only have small and medium size drinks . I think walking the extra 5 minutes to go to Starbucks is probably the way to go . They only get 2 stars because the staff is friendly and fast all the time . read more

Came here to get a creme brûlée latte and red velvet latte. Taste nothing but like sugar water. Doesn't even taste a hint of caffeine. Asked for less ice but more than half of the cup was still filled with ice. What a waste of money. read more

We saw the good reviews so we selected this place to meet for breakfast before our meeting at one of the offices nearby. Also we met at 7:30 and nothing was open at the Spectrum before 8am. I think all the "good" reviews must be from the people that live in the nice local apartments in the complex where this is located. This is a NOT good venue to meet unless it is JUST for coffee. I struggled to find it using WAZE and YELP! I ended up parking in the visitor lot in the apartment complex and HIKING over to the restaurant. Fortunately it wasn't too hot bc I was in a business suit with heels, carrying my laptop, papers etc. There is NO breakfast, just pastries. We should've just gone to the Starbucks...very disappointing. Also we sat outside and my colleague was constantly having to waive flies away...ew!! Again if you live here (and I don't) I'm sure it's convenient. read more

This coffee shop is located inside the Park. I walked over and had a hot vanilla latte with almond croissant. This place is cute. Seating is limited inside. Looks like they have parties and cold sandwiches. Service was quick. There is a dog park nearby. read more

Originally from Damascus, Syria, I’ve always had a passion for desserts, especially chocolate and crepes. Growing up in a city rich in culinary traditions inspired me to create sweet treats that bring joy to others. When I moved here, I wanted to carry that passion forward and share it with our community. Family is at the heart of what I do. As a proud parent, my kids motivate me to create a warm space where families can gather and make memories. I believe food has a unique ability to bring us together, whether it’s over a delicious dessert or a comforting meal. I ordered my jasmine tea less sweet and with extra sea salt cream, and it was amazing! They really piled on the cream and it was so rich and delicious, quite a treat! The "less sweet" version was still very sweet, in my opinion. I'm someone who typically drinks black coffee and plain tea, so maybe my taste buds are accustomed to less sugar, but I think it would be nice if they could offer an even lower sugar option like 25%. But overall I was really happy with my drink and it's a nice way to treat myself - as long as I plan ahead with advance online ordering!

After waiting a few minutes, looking at the bowl, it didn't look like much and sadly it didn't taste like much either. The almond butter was globed on top and made it really difficult to eat. After bypassing the almond butter I was able to get into the açai which was way too sweet. I'm not sure what type of açai they use, but it did not taste like a freshly prepared açai it tasted more artificial and overly sweet. It may have also been sweet because of the honey I believe they put on top of it. The combination of the açai with the honey and then almond butter was way too sweet. The mango was OK not as firm as I would want it to be and the granola was at the bottom at the bowl and also sprinkled on top, but unfortunately it was the worst acai bowl I've ever had. Parking is free and they do offer a few seats inside. The staff was also really nice but unfortunately, if I do decide to come back maybe I'll try a smoothie instead.

One of the chairs at our table was already damaged, and a member of our group unexpectedly fell backward when it gave out. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt, but it was a scary experience. We showed the staff that the chair had already been broken. The chairs are quite small and delicate, so I'd suggest checking your seat before sitting down and being a little cautious. Overall, it's a nice spot if you're looking for a cute café and don't mind waiting, but I'd recommend visiting during a less busy time and customizing your drink if you prefer it less sweet.

Most drinks, aside from the pour-overs, are around $4.50 to $7, which is a far greater value for what you're getting in sheer quality. There are way too many cafes these days that focus on aesthetics and end up sacrificing quality. This place feels like it's run by people who genuinely love coffee and it shows in every order. There were strawberry slices on top with a few mochi pieces, and a little condensed milk drizzle on top. The middle and bottom layers were just crunchy ice. This was also gravely disappointing. Parking on weekend evenings look to be challenging as it was for me.

Lovely workers, lovely drinks, and lovely food! Sure, yes it gets rowdy sometimes with children however.. it's a family area! It's not the cafe's fault. They have treated me well and I have seen multiple faces works in the cafe over the years. They will always let you know before if your order will take longer than expected because sometimes the baristas are by themselves and have to fulfill a long list of orders on their own. Every time i come here i feel relaxed and love the view, My favorite place to come to chill and relax, especially their latte art, all the Baristas are professional and welcoming. We enjoy going here frequently, we go enough that they know us by name and our order. The variety is good and also serve alcohol if you're in the mood and able. The area outside is wonderful, lots of shade to sit and a really beautiful environment. The only issue I have is with the area around it, a lot of smokers that don't abide by the non smoking areas and it apparently isn't enforced either.
