As a long-time customer, today's experience was genuinely disappointing. After buying coffee with my kids, I met up with a friend and planned to sit down and watch the second half of the USA vs. Australia World Cup match. The café was already showing the game on a Spanish-language channel when we arrived. However, shortly after we ordered and sat down, an employee turned the game off for no apparent reason. At first, I assumed the shop was about to close, but I later checked and saw that closing time wasn't until 4 PM. We ended up watching the match on our phones instead. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that one staff member repeatedly moved chairs around near us, creating loud scraping noises. Maybe she was genuinely rearranging furniture, or maybe it was a not-so-subtle way of encouraging us to leave. Either way, it certainly didn't feel welcoming. I've been supporting this café for nearly two years because it's conveniently located next to the gym I frequent. Unfortunately, today's service and overall attitude left a very negative impression. Loyalty should go both ways, and for the first time, I'm seriously reconsidering whether I'll return.

This cafe is within a business complex amidst a couple other restaurants. A parking structure has free designated spots when validated at the counter. I ordered a regular hot latte and chose a chocolate & almond croissant from the available pastries. There are plenty of seats inside and a nice patio too. I sat indoors and noticed that although customers are supposed to bus their tables, many had trash or mugs left on them. Even though it was very quiet on my visit the staff had not come to clean any of them off. I guess it was my fault that I didn't specify I was having my order for there, so my latte was in a to-go cup rather than a ceramic mug as others had. The latte was okay, average and not memorable. The croissant was unique - half the filling was chocolate and the other half frangipane. The pastry itself was fresh and delish while both chocolate and almond flavors coalesced for a perfect taste combination. They also sold chocolates made by Leonidas, a famous Belgian chocolatier that I'd never heard of. I purchased three: one with praline filling with a touch of orange, one pistachio, and one dark chocolate. I thought they were all quite good and obviously premium chocolates, but honestly I've had better high-end, quality chocolates from other chocolatiers...but that's just me.

Food: 4/5 Pastries were good, definitely enjoyed the various eclairs! Many additional great options, really can't go wrong with any option. Service: 4/5 Staff was quick and nice. Great team. Ambience: 5/5 Very clean, bright, plenty of seating. Spacious location.

Pandor is located in the Lakeshore office complex. I'm always a little hesitant to try new places within an office complex because I have parking anxiety. However, Pandora's location and the parking complex is quite easy. Pandor has their own section for parking and it's easy to get in and out and access to the restaurant. I came at 8:30 on a Tuesday and they were not too busy. They have an abbreviated menu compared to their other locations. Their coffee is quite strong, which is great because I really need a strong coffee on this Tuesday. Simple latte does the check for me. They have a small pastry case with to go sandwiches and salads also. I love breakfast burritos and they have one on their menu which I will need to try in the future. Parking is validated. Casual. Indoor and outdoor seating. Please come and create your own adventure. Validated parking.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. They cleaned up the tables very quickly. The ambiance was noisy so if you're expecting a quiet breakfast, this is not the place. Their pastries were delicious. Bought some croissants home. Definitely will eat here again.

This is a tasty French-themed bistro in the Lakeshore Centre office complex. It's definitely a popular place, especially in the morning for coffee and other drinks. They have paninis, crepes, French onion soup, and lots of other different boutique sandwiches and iced teas, among other options. They don't have fountain drinks, and sell bottles and cans of other options. The décor is modern and clean, similar to the rest of the complex. Service is usually pretty good, though it can be a bit on the slower side when things get busy because everything is made to order. It can get a bit pricey but that's not uncommon for the area. Worth a stop if you're in the mood for a sandwich or other to-go type food.

Pandor. I love coming here for coffee and an omelet. Service is always grand.

I love having breakfast here as they serve it after breakfast hours as well as early mornings. I'm not an early person so this is lways perfect. Service is lways above and beyond.

This place was sooo tasty with kind staff who were happy to serve and offer recommendations as well as answer questions. I found the "caramelized croissant" (I don't recall the real name of it) to be an amazing treat to start my day! The coffee was yummy and the ambience was well decorated with many options for seating. Overall, great place and I'll be excited to return!

And I truly believe that they are not really made out to be a full-service restaurant as much as I like their dedication and drive. I had a reservation at 7 pm. I checked in at 6:45 pm. At 7:25 pm, they brought us in and did not have a table ready for us. They made a table then after a table left 15 minutes later, they rearranged us. I do not understand why you offer reservations if you will not actually honor the system. Around 8 pm, we asked if we could order as they had only brought water. Listen I understand. You're closing soon. You only had 1 server for the entire restaurant the weekend of Valentines. You have to go lean on the busiest last weekend ..? I don't actually understand. When all came to, they were not offering dessert because "they were saving it for Valentine's Day". No notification about when their kitchen closed and no asks if anybody wanted to order for to-go. On top of that, everyone did not have free parking and had to pay upon exit even with validation. You will do great as a ghost kitchen since the food was good and everyone enjoyed it. If you come back as a full service, I would seriously reconsider how you do business.

The lady who helped me - dark hair, really overly colorful eye makeup, and tattoos - processed the transaction but handed me the card without a receipt. When I asked for one, she spent a moment at the screen and then told me she couldn't print it because she had already closed out my tab. I was confused why 1) she didn't give me a receipt in the first place, then 2) she decided that was the only solution - to tell me it could not be done. After I asked her to find a solution as I needed a copy of the receipt, she finally asked her colleague beside her, who pointed her to the right place, and, voila, the receipt was printed. Leading with "I can't" is never the right customer service instinct, especially for something as basic as a receipt. I also tried to buy the butter they import from France. I stood at the case for several minutes with no acknowledgment. I finally walked over to the nearest employee (her name was Lucy) who was finishing up with a customer at the register right next to the butter section. I politely asked if she could help me when she was free. She looked at me, nodded, and said she would. Then proceeded to assist every customer who lined up behind that original customer without once glancing back in my direction. In fact, I had enough time to walk to the bakery, go through the entire gift card situation as mentioned above, and return to the butter section, and Lucy still hadn't looked over. I left without the butter. Moulin used to have fantastic service. I don't know where those regulars went, but two strikes in one visit, with two different employees, is hard to brush off.

The decor was very cute with a more classical Parisian Blue and gold accents mixed with an eclectic mix of art from American musical icons. We started with chamoagne by the glass. It was the perfect balance if sweet and dry. Croque Madame. It was perfectly crisp on the outside. The saltiness of the ham and the creaminess of the cheese were very balanced. The bernaise sauce on the side was the best part to a really delicious dish. -highly recommend The pear endive salad was good. We added the chicken because we were not having a lot of other protein for lunch, but I feel it altered the ratio of dressing to salad. I don't typically like a lot of dressing, but something slightly more acidic would have balanced out all of the rich food we were having. The greens and fruit were delicious and fresh. I would try it again, without the chicken. -recommend if you are in the mood. The french Onion Soup was delicious. It does take awhile, likely because they are making it fresh, so factor that in for time. The taste transported me to Paris, 30 years ago. Such a classic recipie. -strongly recommend. Creme brulee - we were stuffed. We didn't finish our soups, the salad, or the Croque Madame.... so that could have factored into my impression on the creme brulee. It was good and very classic. It was what you think of when you think of a very traditional creme brulee. I wanted it to be exceptional, but it was good. The espresso paired perfectly. - recommend for Creme Brulee lovers. My friend ordered the rice pudding abd she lived it. She said the pistachios were sich a lovely touch. I would definitely return and order the Croque Madame!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt incredibly genuine--even the waiters were speaking French, which added such a charming, transportive touch to our evening! We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday and were glad we made a reservation in advance, as the place has a great energy and fills up quickly. To experience as much of the menu as possible, we ordered several dishes to share. We started with the Burrata and the Butcher's House Pate. Both were excellent, but a special shout-out has to go to the bread and butter. The bread quality is top-notch, and the butter is divine--it immediately reminded me of the high-quality butter I've had in France. Before the mains, we shared the Butcher's Salad. It was incredibly refreshing and the perfect palate cleanser. We opted not to add protein to the salad since we knew we had a feast coming, and it was the right call. Since they are known for their butchery, most of our group went with steaks. Two friends ordered the steak and eggs, and I went with the classic Steak Frites. The steak was cooked to perfection and the accompanying sauce was amazing. Both the potatoes and the fries were standout sides--perfectly crispy and seasoned. Toulouse Sausage was a total hidden gem! It was incredibly juicy and flavorful. I tried a bite of my friend's cod, and it proved that they handle seafood just as expertly as their meats. It was delicate and fresh. While I didn't get a chance to try the cocktails this time, I noticed they have a full bar with a great selection. I already have my eye on the Espresso Martini for my next visit! Overall, a fantastic spot for a celebration or a nice date night. I can't wait to come back.

Making reservations is recommended since the restaurant is small but making it wasn't too difficult. We were impressed by how cute it was. It had a dark European vibe which we loved. It's definitely intimate and great for small groups, not so much larger ones. We brought in our own wine to enjoy with a corkage free. We got seated right away and our nice waiter gave us great recommendations and answered our many questions. We ended up ordering a lot between all three of us but that's just how we roll. We started with their bread & ham butter, pork pate, and burrata. The pork pate didn't come with bread so we were glad our waiter recommended it. The pate was really good and was different. It was on the dense side but still spreadable and full of flavor. The burrata had peaches, cherries and pinenuts. It was different but in a good way and we also ate that with the bread. It was more bland and nice with the pate. For dinner we got their steak tartare, mushrooms, chicken, and pork. The steak tartare was on the saltier side which I didn't mind. It was actually a large portion and sat on some toast. The mushrooms were a hit. They were braised with an onsen egg on top to mix. The pork was exceptional. It was flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend it for protein. My least favorite dish was the chicken, which was actually super tender and cooked just right. I just didn't like the sauce taste and I am not a fan of beans. We ended the night with some basque cheesecake which was not too sweet and delicious. What an incredible meal. Favorite fine dining / Michelin-star restaurant in OC! Can't say enough great things about it!…read more A super intimate, upscale-casual (smart casual vibes with no enforced dress code) restaurant located in the third-floor penthouse of SCP. The space feels intimate because it's on the smaller side, and they thoughtfully stagger reservations so the dining room never feels overcrowded. You can be seated in the main dining room, on the outdoor patio, or on the indoor patio next to the penthouse shops. I come here at least once a year for my birthday because the staff are genuinely warm and make every guest feel special. They clearly care deeply about hospitality and creating a true culinary experience. Honestly, the entire team is top-notch, but on our most recent visit, Kara took especially great care of us. She remembered our preferences, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed without needing to ask, and made my birthday feel special while also giving my husband and me space (I dislike when wait staff at smaller restaurants hover - they don't do that at all). The way the staff serves, takes orders, clears, etc. is like a really well-rehearsed dance - they want everything to be paced, smooth, and efficient (without feeling forced or robotic) and it really makes a difference. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, with thoughtful attention put into every detail of the flavor profile and color palette. They NEVER miss. I love how they refresh the menu a few times during the year to showcase seasonal ingredients while still staying true to the restaurant's overall identity. They also have a selection of dining experiences - I always go for the 3 course prefix during lunch and the portion sizes and timing of each course is perfect. Also highly recommend their afternoon tea on Saturdays. Couldn't find a more luxurious afternoon tea experience in OC! I genuinely hope they continue to do well! It's a pleasure to be a guest and feel pampered for a special day or an elevated casual meal with friends/family. Will be back many times in the future!

Definitely will be back for the dessert at least... and maybe the tasting menu. Apple (vanilla panna cotta, tatin, earl grey crumble, granny smith: compressed & gelee, green apple sorbet): You gotta come here for dessert. This was phenomenal. The earl grey crumble was delicious and plays well with the sweet tartness of the granny smiths. I'd say the component that felt out of place was the compressed pieces; they tasted like an fresh apple version of tandra which was too sweet and the layers meshed together. Main diver scallops (cauliflower, romanesco, capers, lemon confit, crostini): The scallops were so juicy and perfectly seared on the top. The cauliflowers were good but lackluster. The server told me there's cauliflower puree on the bottom which was yummy. Lemon confit who? There was an essence of lemon but nothing very present. Crostini was essentially like mini plain croutons. Wild Alaskan halibut (braised & fermented fennel, castelvetrano olives, preserved lemon): Only tried a bite of the fish and fennel. The fish was very nicely cooked and the crust on top was delightful. The fennel was sour due to fermentation but I didn't particularly enjoy it.
