    OMG Latte

Update: Matcha Latte (6.9/10) - I don't think they have good quality matcha, it was mid. Don't get it. Honey Lavender (8.6/10) - I am not a huge fan with floral taste in general, so my rating probably doesn't give it justice. The honey lavender flavor goes well with the bitter espresso, and you can smell the floral scent as you drink it. It is not as sweet as the OMG latte. It is just not my type of drink.

Nice and cool staff, always clean, providing strong customer service especially Karina and Nancy are the best employees.

This cafe is within a business complex amidst a couple other restaurants. A parking structure has free designated spots when validated at the counter. I ordered a regular hot latte and chose a chocolate & almond croissant from the available pastries. There are plenty of seats inside and a nice patio too. I sat indoors and noticed that although customers are supposed to bus their tables, many had trash or mugs left on them. Even though it was very quiet on my visit the staff had not come to clean any of them off. I guess it was my fault that I didn't specify I was having my order for there, so my latte was in a to-go cup rather than a ceramic mug as others had. The latte was okay, average and not memorable. The croissant was unique - half the filling was chocolate and the other half frangipane. The pastry itself was fresh and delish while both chocolate and almond flavors coalesced for a perfect taste combination. They also sold chocolates made by Leonidas, a famous Belgian chocolatier that I'd never heard of. I purchased three: one with praline filling with a touch of orange, one pistachio, and one dark chocolate. I thought they were all quite good and obviously premium chocolates, but honestly I've had better high-end, quality chocolates from other chocolatiers...but that's just me.

The parfaits are excellent. That's the frustrating part.

The parfaits are excellent. That's the frustrating part. I've been here enough times to notice a pattern. As a Black man, I've gotten an awkward, unwelcoming vibe from some of the staff on multiple occasions. Maybe it's intentional, maybe it's unconscious--I can't tell you what's in someone's head. I can only tell you how I've consistently been treated. Here's the funny part: I'm not just some random guy wandering into the neighborhood. I work in one of the finance companies right here in this business complex. But honestly, that shouldn't even matter. You shouldn't need to find out where someone works before deciding they're worthy of basic respect. Whether I worked next door or nowhere near here, I'm still a paying customer. I'm buying a $10 parfait. Treat me like every other customer. That's it. One employee used to be genuinely friendly. We'd had several normal conversations over multiple visits. Then suddenly the energy changed. Did someone tell her not to talk to me? I have no idea. Maybe. Maybe not. Either way, the vibe shifted, and it was noticeable. Here's the reality: I don't need anyone here to like me. Focus on the task. Be professional. Be respectful. That's all customer service is supposed to be. And yes, I'll probably be back because I can afford it. I just wish the energy matched the quality of the parfaits.

Food: 4/5 Pastries were good, definitely enjoyed the various eclairs! Many additional great options, really can't go wrong with any option. Service: 4/5 Staff was quick and nice. Great team. Ambience: 5/5 Very clean, bright, plenty of seating. Spacious location.

Pandor is located in the Lakeshore office complex. I'm always a little hesitant to try new places within an office complex because I have parking anxiety. However, Pandora's location and the parking complex is quite easy. Pandor has their own section for parking and it's easy to get in and out and access to the restaurant. I came at 8:30 on a Tuesday and they were not too busy. They have an abbreviated menu compared to their other locations. Their coffee is quite strong, which is great because I really need a strong coffee on this Tuesday. Simple latte does the check for me. They have a small pastry case with to go sandwiches and salads also. I love breakfast burritos and they have one on their menu which I will need to try in the future. Parking is validated. Casual. Indoor and outdoor seating. Please come and create your own adventure. Validated parking.

This is a tasty French-themed bistro in the Lakeshore Centre office complex. It's definitely a popular place, especially in the morning for coffee and other drinks. They have paninis, crepes, French onion soup, and lots of other different boutique sandwiches and iced teas, among other options. They don't have fountain drinks, and sell bottles and cans of other options. The décor is modern and clean, similar to the rest of the complex. Service is usually pretty good, though it can be a bit on the slower side when things get busy because everything is made to order. It can get a bit pricey but that's not uncommon for the area. Worth a stop if you're in the mood for a sandwich or other to-go type food.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. They cleaned up the tables very quickly. The ambiance was noisy so if you're expecting a quiet breakfast, this is not the place. Their pastries were delicious. Bought some croissants home. Definitely will eat here again.

Pandor. I love coming here for coffee and an omelet. Service is always grand.

It advertises itself as a more premium pastry brand and I don't mind paying a little more for quality pastries. For this last trip, it sorta fallen off a cliff for me. I got their cream puffs this past weekend and I was gravely disappointed. It had labeled a use date of 7/14/26 when I bought it on 7/11/26. I tried it with my wife today on 7/13/26 and the cream tasted sour... Wait, what? How??? Why??? We wondered whether it was a "new" flavor or something and realized that no, this just went bad. Granted that you are paying $12 for 6 of these, for $2 each puff this is not really acceptable at all. Sure, I called the store and they refunded me this purchase. By letting them know that they should probably throw away the rest of this batch, will this happen? The store clerk told me so, but who knows? The fact that you have to question premium stores really puts a sour taste in your mouth. It does make you wonder whether to come by again in the future or not. And that's on top of whether to trust any of the labels they provide or not....geez...

Only recently was I able to visit and try their croffles and other sweets. Did NOT know that this was inside the H Mart food court in Diamond Jamboree. Parking is horrendous and the driving there is horrendous as well. Probably the easiest and least horrifying option just to automatically default to is to just park in the overflow lot right next to the plaza. There's no indicator for the parking garage so on a particularly busy day, you can head all the way to the top, find nothing and navigate through the hell crowds trying to leave. Ambiance is a very casual, counter order business in the food court. There's seating there, but we ate really close by. Definitely something you have to eat immediately or the texture will not be optimal or it might get soggy. We got the tiramisu croffle and they toasted it and put it together for us there. The lady working there packed it up nicely in a to go box and we got some cookies (regular ones and almond crisp ones). It's a bit sweet, but they're dessert pastries so that makes sense. Goes great with a brewed cup of tea. Croffle had a nice semi-chewy texture and the tiramisu flavor added a bit of a coffee taste to it. Good balance of the cream and croffle. The cookie wasn't too bad either. Overall not a bad to go dessert spot.
