I think some of the highlights are definitely the Tan Tan Noodles, pan-fried thumb print buns, and the green beans, which were an absolute crowd favorite. The green beans were cooked perfectly, and honestly both the quality and quantity of the dish were great. The different dumplings were delicious, with juicy fillings, and the noodle dishes complimented one another perfectly. When I had that first bite of the Beef BBQ Rib, I was floored. I'm pretty sure I took one bite and was just speechless, I'm not trying to exaggerate.
