Extremely disappointed with Alpha Pet Mobile Grooming. I booked grooming with Henry for my two cats (tabby and calico), and each appointments lasted only about 15 minutes for a wash, cut, dry, and nail trim. It was obvious afterward that they were not properly washed and their nails were not clipped. I'm attaching the photo I took of her nails after they said they completed the nail trim. Clearly you can see they are still over grown. When I reached out, I was told someone would come back to fix it- no one ever did. Later, they falsely claimed a groomer had already returned. After I called that out, they said the groomer wasn't comfortable with my cats, which was never mentioned during the appointment. Poor service, lack of honesty, and no accountability. They refused to offer a refund. I would not recommend. read more

He communicates very well and kept me updated by sending photos and videos of the care he was giving Luna. He even gave her a cute little bowtie! Egnaldo was absolutely amazing! He asked what my concerns were and what kind of cut I wanted for Lil Moo. I told him to make him as naked as possible (Lion cut)! Upon his return of Lil Moo, he showed me a video during the entire process where Mr. Moo was oh so sweet and let him do whatever was needed. Haircut was too short and he cut all her curls off. I don't understand why u wouldn't use the 5 guard first to avoid cutting too much off. Please don't trust Alpha Grooming Pet Salon. Their groomer, Hernando, brought our dog back to us with this horrible injury. The animal hospital we brought our dog to confirmed that this wound is consistent with other clipper injuries they have seen. Our sweet boy had to be put under and receive stitches. We could forgive this, however, the grooming company is not accepting liability or providing us with their insurance policy information. Instead, they are trying to pass liability to their groomer because they claim he is an independent contractor. Now that I'm diving deeper into this company's Yelp reviews, I see that others have dealt with injuries to their pets. So upset we didn't notice this sooner. I'm sure a representative of this company will reply to my review explaining why this is not their fault. Please don't fall for their tactics. Take your beloved dog or cat to a reputable groomer. It's not worth booking a last minute appointment with an untrustworthy company. UPDATE: Found a yelp review for this groomer from nine days ago. The reviewer also complained about a very bad experience with Hernando. Why did Alpha Grooming keep this person on their roster after acknowledging such a serious complaint? read more

They're both 15 years old and, as far as I know, had never had full grooming before, only nail trims, so I wasn't sure how they would handle it. I grew tired of PetCo/Petsmart, when I've been going, as you can't schedule online for a brachycephalic (like Frenchies), and they never pick up the phone. He didn't contact me during the appointment and only afterward blamed her condition on supposed "allergies" and "infections," none of which exist or were ever documented by our vet. I messaged the company directly and explained everything clearly. While we exchanged a few texts, they ultimately refused to take any responsibility or offer meaningful help. A business shows its true nature when something goes wrong. Both Henry and Alpha Grooming showed a total lack of empathy, professionalism or basic humanity. They hurt my dog and tried to deflect blame instead of making things right. If your pet is family, stay far away. read more

This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any grooming service. I booked an appointment several days in advance for 8:00 AM, and no one showed up. Even worse -- no one called, texted, or emailed me to let me know the groomer wasn't coming. I waited, thinking they might just be late. I spent two hours trying to reach someone through their call center, only to be told they didn't know why the groomer never came. They rescheduled me for 1:00 PM with a different groomer -- and guess what? It's been an hour and a half past that time, and STILL no one has shown up. I've wasted my entire day waiting for someone who never arrived -- and this was my only day off. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and organization is absolutely unacceptable.
