Videos to help streamline the installation process. Oliver was very straightforward. During the 3 days my car was being serviced, he kept me updated on the progress. This seems to be underrated with most businesses, but it's very important to a customer because nobody likes being left in the dark, especially when their car is left in the hands of someone else. Updates help build transparency and reduce the perception of being taken advantage of. Good communication encourages repeat business and referrals.
