cannot schedule maintenance. this is the second day that I am waiting for a call back to schedule maintenance

My Grandmother (80 years old) purchased a Leaf system with a water softener at her house in DeBary, Florida about2 years ago - from a Leaf salesmen. She is on well water and wanted a system that had a warranty that would remove iron from her water. The system she purchased has a 7-year warranty on equipment. It's been two years - the system has never worked well - now it's ruining my grandmother's house. In March of 2026 she started seeing more iron staining in her house than ever before; her clothes were getting ruined and her sinks and bathtub were rust-stained. She asked me to call Leaf on her behalf about 4 months ago because she couldn't get help herself and was worried about drinking the water in her house. I had to call Leaf weekly to get a response from the company. They sent out six different technicians, none of whom could determine what the problem was. After three months of her showering at my aunt's house and buying bottled water, I asked Leaf to remove the system and refund her money so we can buy her a system that will handle the iron in her well water. In June, I finally reached the regional manager, Jason. I had to spend 40 minutes on the phone begging Jason to submit the refund request to corporate because he was refusing to send it. After he finally agreed to send the request, I got a call from a different manager named Cody who told me that nothing was wrong with the system so there is no reason for a refund. Jason yelled at me and swore at me, Cody hung-up on me. I stay calm, I don't yell and I don't swear at them but getting any help once Leaf has your money is like pulling teeth. Cody offered to send an expert from Leaf out to the house on June 25, 2026, to test the water going into my grandmother's home. The result is 1.9ppm total iron which is SIX TIMES higher than the EPA recommended level of 0.3ppm. The pH of the treated water is 6.3 which is enough to corrode the copper in the plumbing of her house. LEAF IS A SCAM. read more

This company overcharged us. We contacted the salesman, Brendan, several times. Each time he promised to have it credited back. Of course that never happened. We had to dispute the charge with our CC company; we only disputed the amount that was incorrect. Not the entire charge. This dishonest company refuted the dispute with paperwork that conveniently left off the amount THEY asked us to pay the plumber out of our pocket. I guess we have to rely on the justice system to get some relief from the SCAM read more

I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. My dad, who is a senior, had a leaf home water system installed 3-4 years ago. The water is horrible. The sulfur smell has never gone away. The last tech that came out made my dad pay him $100 cash to maintain the system. I have the text messages to prove it. This is out right senior exploitation. Upon notifying the company about the incident we no longer receive service. The last 5 appointments that were scheduled no one showed from Leaf. They didn't even bother to notify us of cancellation or call to reschedule. read more

Mark Sturgen installed our Leaf Water Filtration System and did a quick thorough set up at our connivence. The Leaf System was affordable with quality components. We have Port Orange public water but the chemicals they use are abrasive and not heathy. This system serves our needs for drinking water etc.... Equipment is not an eyesore. read more

ZERO STARS Frank, Jason Osborne- Zero care. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Leaf Home Water Solutions, and I want to share this so others know what to expect. The sale and install was fine. The lack of follow up, Ongoing issues. Since the week of Sept 29th, we have had multiple technician visits, more than five, and still no resolution to the issue that their own team diagnosed. Each time a technician arrived, they were either unprepared, unaware of the previous findings, or repeated the same steps that had already been done. This led to wasted time, lost revenue canceling the day to be home, and unnecessary disruption for everyone involved. We were told by their last technician that the tanks needed to be replaced, and we provided the bottled water requested immediately. Despite this, we received no follow-through. Phone calls went unanswered, texts were ignored, and the only message we received was that "another technician would be sent out"with no actual solution or action toward replacing the required equipment. The lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism has been incredibly frustrating. At this point, it has felt like a cycle of delays with no real progress. I hope this review encourages the company to take accountability and improve their service process, especially for customers who rely on timely repairs and honest communication. read more

Horrible customer service. Newly installed equipment was already malfunctioning within a month or so. After calling numerous times, they did not return phone calls nor communicate at all. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Do not recommend them at all. read more

Absolutely horrible service they rescheduled without notice, they failed to show up, they make you waste days at a time, they leave equipment behind, when they do come they don't do the job properly and you have to call back and have them redo it, every time you schedule a service it has to be elevated to some kind of manager to get it done correctly. Would stay away if I have the option, and if I try to get somebody else to service my equipment, it would void my warranty. Absolute worst, do not use avoid at all cost! read more

We scheduled a tech to come out because the water started to smell again really badly. They said they couldn't get anyone out until our 1 year mark. We asked if they could put in an escalation due to it smelling awful. That never happened so we ended up having to wait another month for someone to come out. The original technician who was set to come never showed up so they had to schedule another, they didn't show up either finally a third showed up over a week later. The guy tells us nothing is wrong we just need to add more salt. We added more salt and it still smells and the iron is turning all our showers and toilets yellow again. I have also asked for a supervisor 3 times to call me and still no call has been made. They also wanted to charge us over $100 for the service call but why should we pay anything when the problem isn't fixed and it took three try's to get someone to actually show up! Terrible customer service. Wish we went with a different company! --- Update: 4th attempt at getting a supervisor. Again, another agent tells me they have no way to contact a supervisor directly and that a ticket has to be put in but once they do then a supervisor should reach out before end of business day. Still yet again, no call back from a supervisor. All calls go unanswered. Water still stinks and is staining my showers, appliances and my small child and family have to bathe in this. Even after this review all we get is the same automated message here on Google with no resolution. Notice only good reviews are about installation but the bad reviews are all post install and bad customer service. read more

I bought an under sink RO water filter from them because of the warranty and customer service. I've contacted them for months because they ever charged me for installation. They didn't have to drill a hall. It fit where my soap dispenser was. And I cannot get anyone to call me back for months. No matter what number I call. It's the worst customer service ever. If it broke, I'm sure they wouldn't even come fix it even though it comes with a seven year warranty. Stay away from this company. read more

Anthony was your typical salesman. He made promises that he didn't keep. He said he would come and test my water after my system was installed to compare the difference. I tried several times and there were excuses each time. He also said the system would be ok outside, but my husband noticed the AC adapter said "Outdoor Use Only". That's definitely a hazard! The installer, Jose, was nice, but he drilled unnecessary holes in our wall and didn't patch them up. I guess the system works. I bought it hastily because I was desperate. My skin was very irritated and I wanted to get a water softener because I tried so many products and nothing worked. Before the system we didn't have pink bacteria-looking film in our sinks but we do now which shouldn't be the case because we upgraded to the UVR light to kill bacteria in the water. I bought a home test on Amazon and it says my water is still hard. read more

They were quick to install the unit. After that good luck getting them to fix it when it needs repair. I have until the end of the month left of my 1 year warranty and I was first told they that the local branch would call and set up an appointment. (never happened) I called back and was told they could not come out until next month but the warranty would be expired. I tried speaking with Tyler who I was told was there supervisor, but he would not talk to me, they would not give me any one else to talk to or any other costumer service number to call. Don't know where to go from here, I guess I will try the BBB next. Please for your sake no not buy from this company. read more

my home has no water pressure. the smell and color of my pool and running water is brown. and smells sickening. no one can help. leaf water is only serviced by leaf. not a sole in florida can work on this junk. i've had no water since 12/5/25. today is 1/1/26. no water pressure to hopefully run it to clear. no one will answer the phone. no one. and i don't mean today. on new year's day. i mean the hole month. they say it has power back up. no it don't. it lost power at some point and it set its self back to march 2000. if you go to buy a home and see this leaf water purified crap installed. take $20 grant off the top caz this is the biggest piece of crap. they should be sewed and out of business. someone did come out finally. it worked for 2 days. now its right back to where i began. he set the regen for 2pm. in the afternoon. who knew. not me. if you turn on your water it reinfects your house. i cant take this anymore. i have tried for days to get this guy to come back. nope. now i have to wait till tomorrow or monday. a month of no water. cant shower. cook. clean. do laundry. or fill your pool. please hear me. do not use this company. find a local company like my neighbors did. so when something goes wrong they can come right out and fix it. not this company. they are lazy thieves. so i am looking at spending another $10 grand. on top of trying to fix my pool. using other houses to shower. what the heck. i wish i could take pictures. read more

Today I felt really bad when the guy who answered the phone made me feel like a liar. I explain that I am buying a house and that I need an inspection of the water well that I want to replace it before closing on the house. So that the previous owner bears the expenses. But I'm the one who needs the estimate because the owner of the house is not in the state. And the boy tells me that it is not with me that he has to talk!!! Which is with the owner of the house!! I purchase this water system in 2022, I since moved to a new house in palm beach in sept 2023. the guys came out to install it then said I had an electrical issue. I since hired an electrician to repair the electrical outside. I've been trying to get Leaf water solution to come out and finish the job since January, 2024. we are now in July 2024. I call every week and get the same run around bounce from Orlando office to Fort Lauderdale. No one contact me to finish the installment. This really hurts because I really love the system but the company has no integrity although I'm still making payments on the loan. So first, let's start with the good. When you call, they answer the phone. That's where it ends. I purchased a system in April 2025 and by May, I was having problems with the unit. Starting out, it was great. First time since owning my home I could drink out of the faucet. But it was short lived as the water started smelling bad and staining toilets, sinks, and laundry again. I called them and they said they would send someone out to check...in TWO WEEKS. I patiently waited on that appointment and the tech was here less than five minutes, changed a bunch of settings on the unit and told me to use a different type of salt. Mind you, the system sold was to treat my exact water hardness, iron level, etc. Anyway, nothing changed. That guy told me to text him directly if I had any problems going forward, so I did. Shocker, he ignored my texts and calls. Fast forward, I call, explain my problem once again, and receive a text that says I can schedule service by reaching out to this number directly. After sending multiple texts and calling 16 times (voice mailbox was full) someone finally answered. Once again, in a hurry to get me off the phone, they said they would reach out when a solution was presented but never did. In conclusion, the system dumped all of the resin into my yard and is not filtering my water at all. The water smells like rotten eggs, stains my clothes with iron deposits, and I've spent $10 a day since it's been broken on water from the store. They keep ignoring my complaints and have yet to send anyone out. I'd love to change my review as I was very happy with the system when first installed, but having made one payment on a $12,000 system, I do NOT recommend this company simply based on their customer service after the sell. I bought the system and they had someone install it the very next day, but now all of a sudden techs are a rare commodity and show up less often than Santa Claus. It's atrocious and if you have ANY other option, please take it. Also worth noting, I'm sure the reply to this will look similar to Google by saying that I should contact their customer service and they look forward to helping me. I've made no less than 30 calls to their customer service and have never received any help. read more

Had an appt with sales rep He shows up and ignores 2 signs that clearly read" do not knock on door and if you have our number to call. So he knocked and my dogs went crazy. THEN he calls to remind me we have an appt. So after I secured dogs and opened the door I asked him politely if he read the sign and he said yes. He then said in a smarmy tone if I still wanted to keep appt? So I let him in and then he proceeded to ask again in a smart ass way as to what happens if other people don't have my number? Well then they go away without knocking. This guy is a clown and he is in the wrong line of work with his attitude. I had Leaf whole home filtration system installed a few months ago and I can definitely tell a difference. My skin feels noticeably better, and my houseplants like this water much more. I can confidently use tap water for cooking, and I've found that I'm using less soap because it doesn't wash away as quickly , compared to hard water. Plus, the water itself tastes waaaaaay better. The installer was fast but thorough so overall, we're quite happy with the system. read more

the service department is very disappointing. Each service tech blames the issue on the last service teach. The service techs don't show up within scheduled time frame. My system was installed in May, It is now November and I still have brown, stinky water that tastes bad. I bought their highest level system, changed the anode in a brand new water heater and have had multiple service tech visit trouble shoot with no resolution. The only reason I'm giving this review one star is because I can't leave 0 stars. The service in the beginning was great a gentleman came out recommended a system and made adjustments as necessary. The installer came out and set up the system and that's where the beginning of the problems began. Initially we could not use the system because the installer did not have the appropriate Parts to connect to the electrical outlet. My husband had to go and get the parts to finish connecting. After a couple months there were some issues that needed to be addressed. Numerous calls went unanswered. Eventually the uv filter unit fell off the post and was hanging onto the rest off the system by the water pipes. It took about a week for someone to come out and fix it. A month later the whole system begins to fail and starts beeping loudly. A week and a half later someone came out after numerous calls and complaints about the smell and taste of the water. The technician couldn't figure out the system and left it unplugged saying he would return the next day. A whole week and a half after and numerous calls and run around the issue is not resolved and they are refusing to give us a definite answer on when they will be out. Extremely upset as we have spent thousands and its as if the company doesn't care. I do not recommend this company. read more
