I ordered pizza and salad on the app. They don't give you the option to leave an item off. Our pizza was supposed to be ready at 6:15. My husband had to wait 30 minutes after he got there. Horrible customer service. Unable to get a simple order of pizza with pineapples correct. I ordered online for pick up in an hour. I arrived exactly when I said I would and not only did they make a pizza with the wrong topping and crust, but it was not hot anymore. When I asked the counter staff what happened they said we have no control over the online service, which I guess gets orders wrong all the time. They offered to compensate my 7 year old for the wrong topping by adding hot peppers. Obviously they don't have kids. My daughter thought the pizza they gave us was "disgusting" so we threw it away and went somewhere else to eat. read more

On a rainy Friday we were looking for a tasty dinner and some drinks that was not the usual. We UMD grads and grew up with Ledo, so we made our first visit to this location. I've been eating at various Ledo's locations for most of my life and I think this location is definitely the best. Ledo's pizza is generally good (square, sweet sauce, flaky crust) but this location's pizza crusts are a lot crispier and flakier than other locations I've been to. I've been here more times than I can remember while visiting MD, and I'll continue to go back. The fries are also far better than they have any right to be. I normally wouldn't order fries in addition to pizza in any other situation but I can't help it, they're so good. read more

I have tried since they opened I would guess that the order is wrong more then right... I can see if they are busy. They had 1 pizza order and 1 couple in the restaurant at 4 20 pm on sunday 8/12/2018. I was picking up 2 pizzas for the grand kids because they like the pizza... They said 20 to 25 minutes .. it took 35 minutes to get pizza becuase they forgot to make one of hte pizza's I can see that if htey are busy but for real they had NO ONE there 4 girls out front with their hair laying all over the counter because they were playing with phones entire time.... I eat at other ledo's but this one sucks.. Wishthe parents would run this one and take away from their boys... So mismanaged.... 2 pizza orders 1 couple in restaurant and they Still cant get it correct.. This is just the last straw. read more

Other locations have great sandwiches and salads. The one I picked up from this location this weekend was horrible! Why would someone think it is ok to put only spoiled old brown LETTUCE on my sub? The white core piece with brown spots! Nothing remotely green!The tomatoes were so pale, I might call them pink. And we are in the middle of Peak tomato season. Very poor quality food over the last year. We order frequently from Deale Ledos since it is right down the street but have been going to Chesapeake Beach for better food. Ordered pizza tonight that had no substance and was super thin and floppy. Also ordered cheesy fries with no bacon but ended up with tons of burnt bacon and a dribble of cheese as well as a steak and cheese sandwich that had soggy bread and hair in the sandwich. Very disappointed. Deale Ledos needs pointers from the Chesapeake Beach location. read more

My wife just called in an order and heard some one mocking the way she said Italian in the background. When she asked for the manager no apology was offered. A "I can't control customers at the counter" was the closet thing we got. How can others hear through the phone receiver. In 20 years we have never had an experience like this. AVOID this place! Slow in restaurant and horrible customer service on pick up orders. Have had 3 terrible experiences: 1) Burned pizza (they "forgot" to show me and I didn't look because it took longer than promised) - got home and surprise! When I called, they argued with me - had to bring it back in for them to acknowledge it was, indeed, burnt. 2) Pizza took over an hour to be ready. Placed order, went at 30 minutes and waited for over 30 minutes to receive. NO ONE apologized. My 6 year old son was crying b/c he was late for his soccer game and knew he would not be able to eat dinner before the game. Truly horrible. Complained to corporate with these two items and only response I got was that they were forwarding my complaint to the Deale Ledo's. 3) Had large crowd at my house and printed off a coupon for large cheese pizza package (w/salad & breadsticks) - while on the internet, I noticed a "special" for veggie pizza and a salad. I asked while ordering if the offers could be combined and was told yes. When I go to Ledo's to pay, I was told that I could not combine offers. When I said that I had been told by and employee that I could, the manager was asked. The cashier came back and told me the manager said I had to "pick one." I refused and the manager came out and said that it must have been a miscommunication and that he would not waiver. I explained that I was sure that his employee had misinformed me, that my order was based on getting both specials and that I would know in future the store policy regardless of what I was told on telephone, but in this instance, I thought I should get the deal I was promised. He did not waiver and did not apologize even after I told him this was my 3rd experience with HORRIBLE customer service. So I told him if I didn't get what was promised, he could keep it all. His only response was okay. I would complain to corporate, but after their response the last time, don't want to waste my time. read more

Ordered pizza last night. Pizza was made wrong. Asked if we wanted to wait another 40 minutes for a pizza as a carry out. Seriously NO I do not want to wait another 40 minutes. We had other food with the pizza. So they offered after I had to ask for a manager a smaller pizza than what was ordered and made wrong. You offer the same size and kind of pizza that you got wrong in the first place. If you had did it right in the first place we would not be where we are now! read more

The pizza was very good BUT the service was beyond bad! Not only did the waitress not fill our drinks due to the fact she was too busy giggling and flirting with the guy staff but when we did have the manager come over NOBODY came over and even checked to see if things were o.k! We have been there several times before BUT NEVER AGAIN! The entire staff began staring us down like we were the bad guys WAIT we are the paying customers and I don't think it is too much to ask for refills and never get them when there are only 2 other tables in the place and then nobody thanks us for spending our money there! I've been enjoying Ledo's pizza since the 1950's. This particular store manages to get the crust done right. The original Ledo's used brick ovens. It is difficult to replicate that crust with the conveyor belt oven. These folks manage to do it somehow. They have the best crust (and pizza) I have had since eating at the original. All the rest of their offerings are similarly tasty. Good food, good service, and reasonable prices make for a popular destination for us. I highly recommend that people try these folks out. Oh, and while they aren't on the menu , try the onion rings. They are really good! read more

The food and service here is always good. Every time we go to this Ledo's we are welcomed with smiles and have nothing but great customer service. The wait staff is very attentive to the tables regardless of how busy they are. My family has been in there on nights where we are the only table and we've been in there on Fridays and Saturdays when there is a line out the door, and have the same great service every time. I'm not sure who Linda R. is and why she is complaining about this restaurant, but she is by far wrong. But she may be one of those people just looking to get something free! read more
