Ledos was a delicacy and treat growing up as a kid since there was only 1 location in College Park and I lived in Rockville. It's been many years now as a franchise and like any other franchise it's all about how it's managed and the staff. I love the sweet sauce and the pastry like crust. No it's not NY style pizza - it's its own style. So don't complain. Toppings are very generous and the staff super friendly. They showed me the pizza before I paid. The staffer also offered me plates and napkins , red pepper and parm cheese packs. 2 people in front of me - very efficient- my wait time was max 5min. Advise for the people that gave low rating for kids menu, wait staff or non pizza orders. It's a pizza place - order the pizza - that's what they do best. Stopped in at 9pm Friday night place was empty. Wings are absolutely amazing crispy & juicy ( had garlic parm) Mediterranean salad (out of this world) highly recommend. My daughter got the fettuccine Alfredo ( she said it was very very good) we are from New Haven CT so the pizza was different than we are used to. But a good snack . Service was great in this place that just grew on us in size. Looks like a small place from the outside but it can accommodate a crowd. We were in the mood for salads and they had a few on the menu. I chose the Italian salad which had fresh crisp romaine lettuce, ripe cherry tomatoes sliced in half and olives. Topped with lil disks of provolone slices with salami and pepperoni. Also some grated Parmesan cheese and two crispy pizza crust like toast. Their house creamy Italian is really tasty and I enjoyed my salad, half came home as it was a plentiful serving. I also ordered the lasagna entree thinking the salad would be small. The Lasagna was basically in my summation, a few lasagna pasta noodles with ricotta spread on it and topped with more noodles, sauce and mozzarella cheese and then baked on the serving plate. There was a grease puddle on the plate. There was supposed be meat and sausage in it , but it was a couple crumbles. The flavor wasn't too bad but it wasn't traditional lasagna. Pizza and food was not my cup of tea. It tasted like someone opened up a can of tomato paste, put it on a tortilla with some cheese, and half baked it. I know everyone has their own tastes but if you are looking for Italian pizza this is not the place to find it unless you like chef boyardee. Waited 20-25 minutes in a booth. Never got served by the blonde waitress. Customers that even came in after us got served. The waitress walked by us several times, not even offering us drinks nor saying "I'm sorry, I'll be right with you". On top of all of this, the place was nowhere near packed. Ledo's is a good casual place to get some Italian dinner. My family and I always order pizzas, but this time we sat down to eat. The restaurant was not busy at all on this Wednesday night past 8pm and we got our seats immediately. They play pop music in the background. I forgot to take a picture of the entire menu, but they have a lot of options ranging from pizza (obviously) to pasta to calzones to chicken tenders. Our server was nice and was on top of taking out orders and getting us our food. She was nice. I ordered the Manzo Ravioli Parmesan and it was exactly what the menus said. The ledos sauce tasted good and the food was temperature hot. I could also feel the slight spice from the red pepper. I couldn't distinctly taste the Parmesan maybe because of the strong sauce taste, but everything tasted good and it was definitely there, so I'm not complaining. I didn't count, but they probably give between 6-10 ravioli. My cousin guesstimated 8. Inside of the ravioli, you can see the steak is ground up with the other fillings. There are some stray small pieces of onions inside though. Don't expect chunks of meat. The ravioli was big and filling and had a smooth pleasant texture. Overall it was delicious. And the garlic bread was some solid garlic bread. The pineapple pizza was also amazing. read more

I've tried to order several times don't matter if it's 7:00 pm or 9:00 pm they have the order on line shut down. You can't get an answer and when I finally did she said as rude and said yeah well we are closing early this was at 9:30 they close at 11:00. Although we've enjoyed the other franchise locations food, our food and experience at the Coastal Hwy location was PERFECTION!!! From the flavorful, Hot, Fresh roll Steak and Cheese to the HOT Fries(lightly salted) and Large Cheese/Pepperoni pizza perfectly cooked(we like our more done) and Tremendous, Friendly Service from Andrea(I hope I got her name correct). A lot of recent reviews mention undercooked crust. Maybe this location made an over correction. I ordered an 18" pizza last night and it was completely dried out and overcooked. There was no moisture at all in the crust or cheese. When I ordered online, I was shocked to learn that it wouldn't be ready for an hour. I suspect that they made the pizza right away and then let it dry out under a heat lamp for an hour. So disappointing. When you have a craving for Ledo, you want that familiar Ledo experience. Who ever runs this Ledos on 127th in OC, go into the kitchen and find out what is going wrong. Is it the quality of the ingredients used or the lack of attention by the kitchen staff... Ledo Pizza's location makes it extremely convenient for Ocean City beachgoers. We ordered our pizza over the phone from the beach, then crossed the street to pick it up 15 minutes later. Not bad. We designed our own pizza (banana peppers, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and mushrooms) - it was pretty good. Not anything to write home about, but better than Grotto Pizza down the road. The Greek salad was also pretty tasty, to our surprise it came with chicken. Two stars off of this place because of the high price and disappointing food quantity.
