OK, what about something like lobster with black bean sauce. Nailed it. Sweet, generous portion of lobster in a sauce so good, you can use it as a dip for your lobster and it's fantastic over the rice. EMPEROR'S CHICKEN (15.85) - My wife varied from her usual Sesame Chicken (which she thinks is better than any other Chinese restaurant) and is a lightly breaded and deep fried chicken fillet slices of ham over a bed of bok choy and mushrooms.
