Unfortunately Lees crown has fallen. The hours are odd, the place is dimly lit with half the menu screens turned off, and they got rid of the custard dessert machine and now only have prepackaged ones. Pricing is also surprisingly high compared to other shops and the quality of their sandwich has gone down - less meat, less veggies and my baguette was soft and spongy with zero crunch. If you end up coming here the only thing I can recommend is just their coffee. read more

I always go to different Lee's locations to buy bottles of their coffee. This location is by far the most disappointing one yet! Not only are all the workers Hispanic, and you can barely understand them, but when I went, the Hispanic lady said that there were only two bottles of the coffee left. I asked if there were any other bottled drinks such as the Thai tea and they didn't have any so I opted for the green milk tea and asked for no ice. Upon receiving the two milk teas, which I purchased in large sizes, they were only halfway full. I have loved Lee's for a long time, but this location has continuously been underwhelming. It's in a great location, but the space itself is both small and unappealing. It's fairly dirty and just looks unkept. The counter is so close to the entry door that most people stand outside. Most egregious has been both the increase in prices and quality of the sandwiches. Prices are now $8.69. It was just $6.50 a few months ago and I remember paying $3.00 just a couple years ago. The portion size has also dramatically dropped as the price has increased. Some of my bites tasted like soy sauce which threw me off. The bread was still good, but less toppings compared to other locations. I don't recommend the spring rolls. I like Lee's every few weeks. But the customer service is something that can be worked on. You'll stand there waiting to be helped and never be addressed. Loved the pickled veggies of julienned carrots and onions, fresh jalapeños, and cilantro. I was able to eat the whole thing myself and not feel too full. The pork is rather scant, BUT delicious. I was coming to this area to shop at Daiso since I was looking for some supplies and found that there was a Lee's nearby. My boyfriend is pretty particular when it comes to banh mi fillings and his favorite is Lee's #11 Special Combination, so I figured I would pick up on the way home. Upon entrance, I was stunned by the prices, but I still walked away with four baguettes. I mean, when is the next time I was gonna be in this area?! I got 2 #11s priced at $7.49 each and then I also got two other sandwiches (#1 & #2) at $5.99 each. I asked for veggies on the side since we would be eating these throughout the week for lunch. The bread was just as crusty as I remembered, the type that would cut up the roof of your mouth. It's even more intense when toasted, so I always make a mental note to eat with caution. I do enjoy the variety of cold cuts, but I'm unable to justify the price for the distance to acquire. The most recent time I visited here I got a #5 grilled pork, Thai iced tea and a baguette. I always get an extra baguette to take home. I like eating them at home with butter or olive oil. They are also always warm. My pork sandwich was great, always popping with flavor from the pork to the cilantro, jalapeno and pickled veggies. The Thai tea was creamy and not too sweet. I switched out Swiss for American cheese. I got about 1/2 a slice on each pice of sandwich. It came with tomato. I had one tiny piece of tomato on each half and there was literally one piece of cheap turkey meat on each half. I went home and added avocado to make the sandwich taste better.
