It's a shame there aren't more of these around and less of the other competitor. I was in the area and opted to get a cold beverage. The order taker, although those rather busy was friendly and helpful. I wasn't ready so I gave her a few more minutes to assist other customers in the store. When it was my turn, she helped me decide between the vanilla cold brew and the Vietnamese coffee but I was also interested in the dark chocolate blended. I opted for the vanilla cold brew with a little extra ice. It was well prepared, cold and tasted delicious. Really solid coffee beverage. I use the drive-through, but there is parking around the location. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area. read more

This was my first time visiting The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and it was disappointing. I stopped by this location because it has a drive-thru and ordered a large iced vanilla protein latte, listed at $7.45. The employee rang it up incorrectly by charging the protein as a separate add-on instead of selecting the protein latte itself, so I ended up paying $8.20 for the drink, not including the extra shot. I didn't notice until after I left. The drink had a strange aftertaste (maybe the vanilla or the protein) and was very subpar for the price. I also ordered a turkey pesto sandwich, I know these are reheated, but I still expected it to taste better. The meat didn't taste good and the sandwich was very mediocre overall. Compared to chains like Starbucks or Philz, this didn't come close. I don't plan on returning. read more

This coffee shop is one of my favorites. My parents moved to a place nearby and I always go here in the drive thru when I'm visiting them. Their standard sized cappuccino tastes great (with almond milk). They also have a lot of good healthy breakfast food options. I personally like the egg whites on English muffin (I ask to skip the bacon and cheese). Every time I order coffee here the person at the drive thru is happy to work there and very friendly. read more

Disappointed. Their iced matcha latte is so watered down. Could barely taste the matcha and it's so bland I had to throw it out. It's like they just put a pinch of matcha and filled the rest with milk. Should've saved my money for Starbucks instead. Look at the photo and judge for yourself. They would get five stars alone just for the Original Iced Blended, which is available on many different flavors. This is hands-down, the best cold blended coffee drink I've had anywhere any place. What really makes this drink work is there flavored coffee powders which work and taste so much better than syrups used in other such drinks. That said this particular location is very convenient. Standing in line with my 20lb dog. She was wagging away and every one was visiting with her and enjoying her. Perfectly behaved little dog. Rude staff. Wanted to try out this location early in the morning and politely asked to use the restroom first. They asked me if I was going to buy something which I responded yes. Then they said, "If you buy something first, then we'll give you the bathroom code." Not only was that rude but her attitude was rude. I said "You know what, I'll go somewhere else. Every time I visit my fam we hit up this Coffee Bean. We have been getting the Vanilla Dry Iced Americano with NSA vanilla & light caramel and cream- it's fantastic!! The app always has coupons so make sure to download that and sign up for their rewards program. Order on the app and pick up in drive thru is where it's at. Service is great. This is a great spot to grab a toasted bagel with cream cheese, an iced matcha or an easy lunch, such as a sandwhich. They have an all-day breakfast menu for those who want eggs after 10:30 am. The customer service is good, but they can run slow sometimes. They make up for it with friendliness and an uncomplicated drive-through. read more

I love everything about coffee bean & tea leaf! What do I love? What do I super recommend? The Tropical Passion Tea Latte! Extra Hot! That is absolutely my favorite. Everytime I order it, it always hits the spot, and is fruity, not coffee (sometimes I'm just in the mood for a hot beverage - not coffee), and it's the best. They just revamped their rewards program, so I also recommend that you download the app and start collecting rewards and get credit for your purchases! This location is cool because they have a drive-thru AND ample inside seating, along with some tables/seating outside too! It is not tremendously large inside, but enough to have some comfy chairs, plug in, get some work done, or also just meet with someone for coffee. The baristas were friendly, quick with getting our orders out, and my drinks were perfect. They ran out of one of the pastries I wanted but there were plenty others to choose from, so it wasn't an issue. Parking is also not an issue. As it is in a shopping center and plenty is available. Just be sure not to park near the drive through, juuuuuuust in case it gets backed up and if you get locked in! Will definitely be back to this location! Glad to have one in the area! read more

I pretty much buy Coffee Bean a minimum of three times a week and this is the worst Coffee Bean. I've been to in my entire 50 years of life. The guy that took my order completely got it wrong and it was just tea. I had to literally pull over get out of my car go in there and show him what I wanted and he still look confused and then the barista making the drinks named Thomas had the worst attitude or maybe it's just his bad personality one or the other he made me uncomfortable and I just felt very uncomfortable because they made all these mistakes and couldn't fix them like he literally made it three different times wrong. I'm not sure if they got trained or this is just how the store runs, but I won't be back here. That's for sure. read more

To be clear, I personally like the interior of this Coffee Bean, as it has lots of comfy chairs and is always air conditioned. But - and I think this is an industry wide thing with coffee chains these days - the service is on the slow side. Also, because of how swamped with mobile orders they are, the servers are generally unattentive. Just like the Coffee Bean on El Toro, I come here for the tasty drinks, but, I do hope Coffee Bean in general improves its customer service. read more

I'm obsessed with this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf! I've been going here for years and they never disappoint. Sometimes I go inside but most of the time I go through the drive thru. I pretty much know everyone and they know me. Super friendly and they all memorize my drink. I was bummed when they didn't offer the sugar free dark chocolate. These girls do not know how to do their job, they look at me just dont say anything. I was a barista for three years, I know it gets busy but forgetting a drink so I have to go inside and you ignore me is just unnecessary. They are always so slow and run out of everything. I am surprised this location is still in business because every time I go here I think it will get better but the wait times just get longer and the coworkers just ignore you.
