I've been coming here to get my nails done for a couple months now with Tina, and unfortunately she doesn't work here anymore. Since then my experience has gone downhill. I got my nails done by this girl name Katy. The first time I got my nails done by her she complained and spoke in a different language to a lady across from her after raising my hand and showing her) about how long I wanted to get my nails done, which shouldn't matter if I'm paying for them and giving you a tip. I felt that that was rude and definitely didn't want her to do my nails again if I came back even though she did a semi good job. I came back the second time and another lady did my nails, but eventually had told me she wasn't doing my nails anymore because she needed to help another customer and another lady would be doing my nails. I got the same Katy woman doing my nails from the last time! She wasn't very personable or helpful when it came to doing my nails as I was interested in the same designs she had on her nails. She was just in a rush to finish them and to get back on her cell phone. I complimented her on her nails and asked her who did them and she wasn't really keen on telling me who specifically did her nails at this nail shop. I just feel like this place is just money hungry and doesn't give that great of service the times I've been in there. I mean at least ask me if I like my nails or something before running off. They are just quick to finish up and leave or go to the register when their donI got the worst pedicure my 3rd visit. Unfortunately, this use to be my favorite nail place, now it isn't anymore. I won't be back at all. Update: I went to another nail salon and was told that this nail salon almost took my real nail off by using the machine too much for Nexgen... so disappointed. Let me start by saying that his place has issues. First I made my appointment via online. I received communication that I had to wait until owner saw appointment to verify. That verification never came through so I called and was booked then. Upon arrival I told the host the color I was looking for. He seemed confused and was walking as if intoxicated. I was sat in a chair that already had lukewarm water in it. I waited for about 10 min then Steven finally came with an array of messy products in pouches. The problem here is he half ass did my pedicure leaving rough skin from his lack of attention (chatted with a coworker for 25 mins of my service time) massaging only my toes over and over. My nails are all different lengths and one nail so sharp I had to file it when I got home. I DID NOT GET THE SERVICE I PAID FOR AND I AM PISSED TO SAY THE LEAST. I was recommended to go here by a friend and didn't ask for anyone specific which might have been why I had such bad result. Amazing service here at Legacy Nails & Spa! They were super busy when we popped in after shopping on Friday, but they had enough staff to ensure you got taken care of quickly. The spa is very clean and the staff is friendly. We came in for a regular pedicure and loved every minute. They had a variety of colors and the service was great. I used to come here regularly. They had great service and amazing nail techs and did a great job. However, the service has been going downhill lately. I went in for a pedicure today and opted for the Legacy Pedicure. I definitely only got a 5 min massage and the whole pedicure process took 30 mins when it used to take 45 mins. They poorly painted my toenails and layered so many layers of polish. Now my feet look worst than they did before I got my pedicure. I definitely will not be returning here. read more

Value This was an absolutely horrible experience that lasted for days! The salon advertises that they offer complimentary wine and soft drinks but I was not offered anything for the almost 2 hours I was there. My manicure and pedicure seemed fine at first but a few hours later, at home, I noticed a good amount of dead skin still on my feet that I had to take care of myself. The next day I had to clip my fingers nails and a couple hang nails. Not something I would expect to have to do within 24 hours of paying $60 to fix those issues. While I was receiving this rushed subpar service my wife was in the back receiving a Brazilian wax job that resulted in a severe infection. When she informed the manager of the infection that they caused and showed the manager a note from our doctor, they were still unwilling to do anything but provide a gift card. For obvious reasons we were not satisfied with this remedy given our initial experience. Hopefully legacy nails will assuage this situation themselves and we do not have to pursue other avenues to remedy this situation. read more

I wont be going back to this salon for dip powder nails again. Pros: beautiful salon, not a long wait time at all. My aunt got a wonderful pedicure from here. Cons: instruments that were used did not look clean. They rushed me into picking a dip powder color. The lady i had was very rude and impatient. I left the salon with weird lines all in my nails and very uneven. 5 days later my nail had broken (this has never happened to me). I went back to get the nail fixed and asked her to buff my nails out to remove all the lines and bumps. I left the salon with my nails looking worse than before. More BIG bumps in my nails. I don't recommend this salon if you want your dip powder looking nice. It's unacceptable to go in to get your nails fixed and leave with them looking worse than before. read more

First time here and I'm not coming back for sure. First of all I told the nail tech I wanted to change my shape and she said okay but when she got to the part I told her coffin and she told me that it was too late because I never told her I wanted to change my nail shape. I was okay with that but I wasn't okay with the fact that she cut my fingers a ton. Now my fingers are tender and sore. You can see all the cuts on my fingers. My nails are also not even and not smooth. You can see and feel lumps on my nails and the ridges. I'm not happy and I will not be coming back. Only reason I'm not giving this place 1 star is because I like the colors here they have a ton and the price is $35. My friends even looked at my nails and said that these nails looked bad and the cuts look painful--they are. read more

First let me say, I've been coming to this nail spa for 4 years. It's been the best place I have found for pedicures and manicures until today. I usually come in on the weekend but came in on a week day. Pretty slow, but it's Wednesday at 2:15 and they were able to take me for both pani/medi...just the basic for both which is what I've always gotten. I work in hospitality so I'm always aware of this...no one smiled the entire time I was there. I watched all the techs, some masked, some not. No smiles, all look very robot like. Even the receptionist/mgr? No smile from her when I walked in just "what would you like". Very unfriendly from the get go. I am always respectful and it's fine if you don't want to talk, but atleast make me feel welcomed. My pedicure was done by Gordon, boy, he absolutely did the basics. Barely scrubbed any callus offe my feet, did not wrap my feet in hot towel, just laid one across the top and went away for a few mins. I felt like he was doing me a favor doing my pedicure. My manicure was fine, the gal barely said 2 words to me, but manicure was acceptable. I even asked the receptionist lady if the business was the same or a new owner. She said no there is not a new owner. So you must have your A game people on the weekend's and our B team on the weekdays. Will be going to a new salon after this experience. read more

Best experience at a nail salon. I had bitten my nails down to nothing and too ashamed to post photos ha! You'll just have to trust when I say these people are miracle workers. I walked in telling them I'll pay extra if they can somehow add tips, do nextgen, all without touching/hurting the skin around my nails. And, don't file on my nails too hard since they're very sensitive. They smiled, agreed it's definitely not a problem as if they've seen this before. Of course I wasn't charged extra, but I tipped well because they didn't hurt at all during the process, my nails look amazing, and I wasn't even lectured about biting my nails. Price wasn't crazy, I got nail extensions with nexgen color 46 and let me tell you, the nail tech was male and I made the mistake of not getting his name, he was so careful and very gentle on my nails with the drill and making sure everything was meticulous. This is my first time coming here and it is the first to the next many times I will be back. My nails are even, the perfect length of what I wanted, and are just amazing. It was around 2:30 pm, sat immediately when I came in and I got out within about an hour with no appointment! The salon was very clean, modern, and they even opened a new pack of tools in front of me (clean, very much appreciated). Comfy spa massage chairs as well. I love the scent of citrus and lemon so I chose the classic pedicure ($28) which includes the scrub, leg massage and hot towels. Great technician --I have sensitive feet -which is sometimes difficult and it's always a gamble as to whether I will love or hate the experience --. I have a big event this weekend, so I went in to get a mani-pedi. The lady who did my nails was terrible. She cut them way too short (now I have no length on my nails) and also cut my cuticles so short that they are now bleeding. She also did uneven coats and it looked pretty bad. I also asked her to chose a matching color for my toes, and she used one that did not match at all. They brought a different staff member, Jay, to redo the work, and I left the store with slightly better nails. However, you cannot fix length or cuticles. I only paid and tipped because they had someone come over and redo everything, but I regret doing so because they wasted 2.5 hours of my time and a lot of my money. Don't go here. read more

All that was said to me was "what service do u want." The nail tech kept twisting my wrist and fingers. He told me several times to relax and stop trying to look at my nails. Which I wasn't I just think he didn't know how to do nails and was uncomfortable. When I asked for my nails to be filed down to look more natural I received a very abrupt response of "I'm not even done yet". My nail shape was still not what I wanted but I was afraid to say something bc his attitude was so bad I didn't want to offend him.
