I've been going to this shop since the early 2000s. I've always gotten my brake jobs, purchased new/used tires and my inspections and other minor work done here. Service is always top tier and I've never had any issues with they've even helped me when I needed it by letting me bring in my own parts. this place has horrible customer service, they are extremely rude. I took my vehicle for an oil change and after it was done I was told one of my oil sensor was not functioning and needed to be replaced they asked me to pay upfront and at the end they told me it wasn't that sensor so I asked for my refund and they offered me a credit which of course I refused to get a credit since it's obvious that they don't know what they're doing because both of my oil sensors are perfectly fine and that's when they started acting so rude and bothered. So now I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for my refund according to them. I'll definitely not be going back to that place and I'll make sure I let all the people I know that normally go there what to expect from those rude guys which is the OWNER and HIS SON. read more

Pretty fast service however I've gone three times in the span of a few months for a tire and they've raised the price every time. They also have stopped selling used tires about a month ago, so your only option is to patch or buy a whole new tire. I figure they make up prices based on the person because a friend just visited and was charged nothing. Be weary!! read more

A year ago, the starter on my car stopped working, so altogether, the car didn't run anymore. I took the car into Legacy Tire & Muffler, glad I was finally going to resolve the issue for a really long time--maybe even for a lifetime,-- got my $20 diagnostic, my $350 estimate for parts and labor, and happily went back home. I picked up the car once it was ready, and it seemed to run totally great--they even gave me a receipt stating I could get my money back if anything went wrong within 90 days. A year later, the car started having issues when cranked, and not knowing what it was yet suspicious it was the starter I had replaced a year ago, I took it into another mechanic, which told me the starter had been sourced at a junkyard. Obviously, knowing repairs usually last longer than 90 days, the owners seemed to devise this guarantee to increase their profits, rendering the guarantee itself useless. I spent almost $400 on a repair that failed a year later yet promised to work for a lifetime --all because this shop decides to source their parts for dirt cheap to maximize their profits without taking into consideration their customers' welfare. read more

These dudes are legit. Removed a nail from my tire and patched it up and didn't even want money in return. I still gave each amigo a crisp veinté bill. They don't speak english but damn can these boys fix cars and tires. read more

They were so nice and replaced my two front tires FAST.. I got used ones instead of new but they had a ton of tread left at a fraction of the cost of new ones They do state inspections and almost anything auto repair from the looks of it.. I highly recommend this establishment read more

These guys are awesome. Honest, hard workers that will get the job done for a fair price. I spent most of my weekend trying to do a catback exhaust install on my car. There were two seized bolts that I couldn't get by myself, so I drive in on a Sunday morning with no appointment, and they had my car up on the lift within 15 minutes. Being a car enthusiast, they didn't mind that I watched the installation up close, and even let me get under the car with them to help at times (this was voluntary on my part). The installation was perfect, and they offered me a discount for being a "hands-on" customer. Everyone there was just as happy as I was to hear that sweet exhaust note. Don't let looks fool you. The shop may seem a bit run-down, but they do good work and i'd definitely recommend this place read more

Legacy Tire and Muffler is not your typical mechanic, which is awesome! You drive up, someone comes out, you tell them the issue and they can fix it... literally any issues. They don't do transmission work that I know of but do dang near anything else. From your state inspection to getting a new catalytic converter put in they are top notch. The are always busy but it never interferes with their service. Fair prices, too. read more

This place is good, cheap, and fast -- a rare combination. I recently had a nail in my tire and drove 30 miles to come here. They fixed it and reinflated my other tires for under $10 and in under 15 minutes -- as I knew they would. The place looks unassuming -- don't let this fool you. Really bad service workers got break fluid all over my engine bay (refused to clean). They also didn't screw in my hub caps on my rims properly (unscrewed on the highway and almost fell of) and forgot to put 1 screw completely. And their engine service and repair is prompt and done correctly. They'd are open 7 days per week and are completely trustworthy. Don't judge a book by its cover. These folks are very skilled in so many different types of vehicles and actually fix the problem, not just throw new parts at it, until it's fixed. I am a car dealer for 41 years and I am always looking for a good shop and fair prices. Purchased 4 new tires April 2014 and was given 1 year mfg warranty. August 6 went in had bubble on side, I was told they would order one come back tomorrow. Went back was told manager had to approve, won't be back till Monday August 10. Went in he told me I hit something no warranty. I told him no I had not hit anything you could see there was no scrapes or marks on tire. Showed him two sites from Internet stating bubbles could happen from manufacturing process. He said no I hit something. I have the tire and I am taking it in to be analyzed. This manager refused to talk to me anymore and walked off. Would I go back NO WAY EXCEPT TO SERVE HIM WITH A LAW SUIT ONCE I HAVE MY TIRES LOOKED AT. WILL POST WITH RESULTS. read more
