I've been in the market for a car for awhile now and after months of research, finally decided to start checking out dealerships. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly, answered my questions and even tolerated with my ridiculous jokes (bonus points). Specifically though, the guy with all the tattoos helped me throughout the entire 4.5 hours I was there, answering my questions, showing me different editions of the car I liked and explained my options and was helpful getting to a payment I was comfortable with. After 90 days My car needs, a Transmission flush Radatior flush ,fuel filter, I no cars have mate ice, that needs to be Done, but not All this is 90 days, I called in after I 1lst got the car complain about grinding sounds they fixed the front brakes but told me I Really Didn't need them , they only did it for my peace of mind, took it back in they said I need ball joints! Like Really!!! Well if you checked the breaks the 1lst time like you claimed you would have SEEN that the car needed that!!, took it to another place was told I dont need ball joints back roaters,and brakes. I really liked this place! I recently bought my car from here and it was a pleasant experience. Not something you can easily say about buying a car. The sales guy was not pushy and he was very informative about the specs of the 3 cars I looked at. He introduced me to Arturo who is the guy that you should ask for if you want to make sure you get the best interest rate. They were able to work with my far-from-perfect credit score and still get me a monthly payment that was lower than the one I had for my 2010 car. We went to pretty much every lot in the area including in Puyallup and even a few in Tacoma. Shopped til we almost dropped. Found a few good cars and a few good salesmen, including Kevin from Legend. He seemed "real", made us feel at ease, and we felt comfortable asking questions. A manager came over, and when he asked if we wanted to try to make a deal now, and we explained our process, he wasn't pushy either. We went back out, made a few more rounds, narrowed it down to a few cars, and decided to go with the Ford Escape at Legend. We looked up Kelley blue book, and the price wasn't too ridiculous. Worst car dealership I have ever been to. MJ, one of the managers, was rude and completely a 1980's-dirty-car-scum-bag type. They will not only mislead you, they will lie directly to your face. The reviews posted on Google are mostly self-generated which is easy to spot if you simply click on the names or pictures. This is yet another way they deceive their customers. We will be filing a BBB and Attorney General complaint against them. My advice: Stay away, there are quite a few reputable dealers right down the road. read more

0 stars! I would never buy a car from here. I saw a car on line that seemed like a good deal. Went in to look at it, and I should have known from the beginning they were not a reputable dealership to be buying from. They had to jump start the car I wanted to test before they could even bring it out to me... Apparently someone "left a door open" which killed the battery.... Way to take care of your inventory... The car was a 2013 and in very poor condition on the inside. It had an "extra clean" sticker on it, even though there was cat hair everywhere throughout it. The animal probably attributed to all the scratches and general poor condition of the interior. There were just a few external damages to the car, but the sales guy and his manager both INSISTED to me that there were no accidents reported on the carfax. I had agreed to take the car to my mechanic, because honestly I don't trust used car mechanics to tell me the truth. I went home agreeing to pick up the car the next day because I had a bad feeling about the condition of this car. I looked up the carfax they had listed on their own website. Turns out it had been stollen twice and in two accidents in the last year. Legend auto sales lied about information blatantly published on their own website! If they lie about easily accessible information, what else will they try to get passed you?! I may be a blonde 24 year old girl, but I am no idiot when it comes to buying used cars. read more

I went here May 31, 2015 and my boyfriend was interested in an Acura 2008 he had seen online. They told us they had already sold it, when in reality it was the dealership nearby that had it. We only saw the car when we were doing our test-drive of another Acura they were really pushing to sell us. It wasn't the car my boyfriend originally wanted but they kept rushing and pushing the sale so he had no time to think. Nice strategy btw. The headrests in the backseat were missing but they insisted that to come in in a week and they would have them ready. We came back a week later and Jon and Steve, both our salesmen were missing. We came back another week and they were again missing. We called multiple times and no one was there and no one else could help us except Jon or Steve. Missing headrests are especially important because if you get in an accident the people in the back can snap their necks. We came back again and the guy said Steve would be there in an hour. An hour later no Steve. This place is extremely shady. We went back and talked to the manager who said he would ship headrests to us directly within 3 days, he and my boyfriend shook hands on it. One week later no head rests. We continue to call and no one can help us. We plan to continue going back until someone gives us the headrests that were promised. The sales people are only focused on making the sale and do not honestly care about you as a customer. It is obviously commission based. And they keep lying to us about who is there and what will happen. I do not trust this place, they are extremely dishonest. I will keep you updated if we ever receive our headrests. read more

I stopped by here looking at a car I had seen advertised on cars.com. I was looking for something specific and they happened to have one, so I decided to take a look knowing full well this was going to be a shady dealer. My plan in this situation is to be polite, know exactly what I want, stick to my guns, and be ready to walk away. So of course the car I wanted to see was getting detailed. This is odd because they already had pictures posted online that looked pretty clean (I later noticed ads on craigslist for the car posted three weeks earlier). They tried to start the car and the battery was dead, and they said the detailers were listening to the radio and killed the battery. They finally got it started and I took it for a test drive, and it went OK. I followed up by having it taken to an auto shop (Community Automotive, *highly* recommended!!) and it had a long list of items that needed to be fixed. Some of them I can understand, but others were big warning flags for me. For example, the codes had been cleared on the computer to shut off the check engine light, but the problems hadn't been fixed (like a bad catalytic converter). This is why you can buy a car and a day or two later the check engine light comes on, because the computer flags the existing problem again. Also, the navigation DVD was missing and nobody had mentioned that when I was looking at the car. All in all it needed about $2500 in repairs. I found what I wanted elsewhere in much better condition. If the car was what I wanted I would have tried to make a deal, but at a place like this you have to make sure to protect yourself and verify everything. read more

Bait and switch. Went in from seeing a ad on Craigslist. For being a special listed on Craigslist it took the salesman about 5 minutes to find the car. Then had to find a jump box. Car drove great and I started to do the negotiations. After going back and forth we were about 1k apart and I decided that it wasn't going to get better so I thanked them and left. As I was driving away I was flagged down by one of their "managers" who offered to split the difference and meet in the middle on price. I still drove away becasue I wasn't comfortable with the price. (this was a cash sale) Got a call from the salesman the next morning. He was out sick but wanted me to call the "manager" that had talked to me in the parking lot. The '"manager" once again offered the lower price to me so I told him I would think about it and call back. I called back about 6 hours later to accept the offer. All of a sudden that offer was no longer on the table. And the "manager" couldn't remember who I was or that he had even talked to me. I did not buy the car and will not buy from this dealership. I understand that there is a bottom dollar price on cars and businesses have to make their money to. I am just disappointed that when a representative of the company says one thing then within the same day backs out of it. The business should stand behind what their employees are saying or should not have the employees putting those numbers out there. read more

Despite all the negative reviews... they had a car I was interested in so my husband and I took a chance. We arrived on a wk day mid afternoon, we were greeted and the sales man asked us a few questions regarding what we were interested in. We asked if we could look around and we actually got some actual space to look around(no one hovering or being creepy or over baring). We found the car I was looking for, took it on a test run and it was great! We negotiated with the salesmen for a bit but in the end we came to a number I was happy with. The financing part was a breeze! I asked for carfax and repairs that had been done to the car and there wasn't a problem. My husband and I have had the car for a few months now and still HAPPY with our purchase. We have recommended a few family and friends here and they haven't had any issues. read more

Ever since my last review of this place, their office manager had reached out to me multiple times to apologize for my experience, also offered to make things right with complementary car wash & vacuum or anything else we would like. I have politely declined their offers because my parents do get all those services from their current dealership where they ended up buying their SUV. Yesterday, their Sales Manager (the person who talked to us and offended us that day) had reached out to me through messaging to expressed his deeply regret about how he treated us. While there is nothing could be done to undo what already happened, it is important to note that their staff (office manager, the sale man we worked with, and the first manager who spoke to us that day) did a phenomenal job at showing great professionalism and good customer service.
