The batter on the fish was way too thick, which took away from the fish itself. The Caesar salad was also disappointing--the dressing lacked flavor, and it was basically just lettuce topped with a soft-boiled egg. There weren't even any croutons. The only things we really enjoyed were the fries and the fried cauliflower. Those were actually great, but unfortunately, they weren't enough to make up for the rest of the meal. It feels like you're in a quiet area, but it's filled with people. They have outdoor seating, plus the main taproom counter, bar, and various tables. In the main taproom you'll find lots of takeout beer and the merchandise. I ordered a few new beers to try, always up to the consistently excellent quality. The staff were welcoming and friendly. It's a casual place, and you can choose your own seating. If you've never been to a Fieldwork, it's a great location.
