Steak sandwich was so tough I couldn't bite it, because the gristle was so much, I asked for medium rare got medium well, and so salty I got home, and drank 3 bottles of water. The fries were good, but a bit too salty. The burger my fiance ordered was soggy, and I asked how a burger can be soggy never heard of soggy. Then he did order a milkshake along with the combo, but he didn't get a drink cup for the combo just a milkshake. You order a combo it comes with a drink, but no cup and a full priced milkshake. We won't be going back anytime soon. The saving grace of this place was all the memorabilia was great. $46.00 for a soggy burgercombo no drink, a Steak sandwich was close to breaking my teeth it was so tough, and a $9.30 milkshake this place is way to expensive for the quality of food. read more

Not only does this classic diner serve up tasty American eats, but they also host a very convenient drive through. Due to social distancing, we decided to stick with the drive through instead of opting for their outdoor patio. The line was a bit long for Sunday lunch, so we had to wait for about 15 minutes to get our meal. Pro tip: The menu is incredibly large and overwhelming, so be sure to check it out on Yelp while you're waiting in in your car. I landed on the Garden Burger with added avocado, and the fried mushrooms. The veggie patty was average, but the fried mushrooms were definitely worth the wait.. especially dipped in ranch. They also have a pretty intense menu of beverages including sodas, smoothies, slushies, and frosties. My brother ended up ordering the Strawberry Banana Smoothie and I was incredibly jealous. Good ole classic American food. This place really is a blast from the past. You get a very authentic diner feel. And that is quite common with certain joints like in-n-out. But this place is unique, not mass produced. It feels like a hidden gem tucked away in Glendora. It's appeal and what makes it stand out is its atmosphere. With all of the decor and memorabilia covering the walls, the giant mural of a wave represents a classic California vibe. It's booths and even the music they play. The outside even looks like a relic from the 50s. As for their food, I got the chicken breast club with fries. Their fries are amazing and their club was also really good, but clubs are pretty standard. The food is more expensive than say In-n-Out but it is a restaurant and the portion sizes are huge! I split mine and was still full after the meal. The place was clean, the service was quick, the food was good, there was plenty of parking and seating. Got a response which I expected: I'll be specific of why my food order was awful: When you make a tuna melt the tuna fish should have some flavor beyond tuna fish and mayo. You need to add some spices an additional condiments. I don't want to teach you how to make your food even though I'm a gourmet cook so I recommend you hire a chef consultant to improve your recipes. When you make a tuna melt you must have a bread with structure that can hold up not absorb the moisture and turn into mush. Nobody wants a tuna melt with squishy soft gooey bread. Gross! Suggestion would be using a ciabatta or sourdough. If you're going to make zucchini fries the oil has to be screaming hot, the batter has to be really cold otherwise you get soggy zucchinis I basically tossed those too. Also, I get most restaurants such as yours will outsource dressing, but the ranch is bland- tasting. In other words, get a chef to fix your menu and train the cooks, source better products that you don't make yourself. BTW, I'm not the only one who thinks your food is subpar. People in our group agreed. I'm not going to go to a place where I barely hear anybody sitting next to me because you have horrible acoustics. It's painful. People update old buildings all the time My God what a pathetic excuse. Install acoustic absorbing tiles on the ceiling. Do it underneath what you have and it'll be hidden.Yes,v it's expensive so I'm sure that's not going to happen. I would say fix the quality and taste of your food food first. The portion size is beyond generous and such a great value for your money. They always give us extra dressing, napkins etc. and the food is packed so nicely for delivery.
