While I don't recall ordering food there, we had ordered drinks on several occasions. We also saw the food being brought out for others, not from our group, on several occasions. The service, the staff, and the drinks were all great! The 1912 Lounge can provide a cold beer, some handcrafted cocktails, or a variety of dishes, from appetizers and salads to burgers and other large entrees, and desserts. They have bold wines and plenty of domestic and imported beer options. The atmosphere comes across as friendly and cozy. The signature cocktail that was the biggest hit with our group was the Blueberry Gin Fizz with Empress gin, blueberry, citrus, and a soda float. The 1912 Lobby Bar and Lounge serves food until 10 PM on weekdays and until 11 PM on weekends. It is open until 11 PM from Sunday through Thursday and until Midnight on Friday and Saturday. As casual players, we really appreciated that. We weren't looking for the newest competitive game or preparing for a tournament -- we just wanted to find something fun to play together, and the staff made that feel completely accessible. There's also a lot more here for people who are into RPGs, miniatures, tournaments, and tabletop gaming, so it seems like there's genuinely something for everyone. If you're a casual board gamer who has ever walked into a giant game store and thought, "I have no idea where to even start," I'd definitely recommend checking out Mox. The staff and organization make it surprisingly easy to find your way in.

The patio seating was surprisingly comfortable for how hot it's been outside. The food was good. A fun and impressive cocktail menu, however since I don't drink I had the privilege of gaining my calories in some great appetizers. (BACON WRAPPED DATES) The kids breakfast was simple, but my kids complained they didn't like the eggs and potatoes because they tasted like nothing, and they were right. So for other kids it's might be just right for them, too, however if your kids have tastebuds, the sweet treats and meatballs do the trick (very garlicky meatballs for me) It was lovely and fun to visit the market afterwards too.

We decided to share a meal tonight so started with their Loaded House Salad, which they split for us. We loved this salad! Their tarragon ranch dressing was perfect with the mixed greens, the grape tomatoes, pepitas, and bacon crumbles...such a good salad! We shared their popular short ribs (they charged $2 for plate share) which were cooked to tender perfection and served over a creamy white bean puree. Delicious for sure! We finished with some of their Black Forest Cake which was the bomb! Tender, moist chocolate cake rounds with the best tasting whip that has vanilla bean in it and then some great cherry jam to set it all off. What a great meal!

The bacon was tasty but a little bit soggy and not crispy for my taste. But the fat and savor of the bacon really works well with the sweet old fashioned choices. The sweet cookie works well with the less sweet and more tart options. It's pretty smart. Our server, Hanna was very attentive with food, drinks and waters and also very upbeat. Definitely not a dull place to get a drink at all. People seemed to be having a good time and enjoying the cozy feel of the bar. I would recommend this place if you're in downtown Chandler for cocktails and drinks and you don't want to stand all night and prefer to sit and chat.

Do you enjoy a restaurant with exceptional food created from the highest quality ingredients served in a restaurant so clean you notice it when you walk through the doors by people who wish to make your meal experience exceptional? Well Legends Showcase is such a place. And not only is the food and service fantastic, but there is live entertainment from an Elvis impersonator who could have a show in Vegas to a gentleman who croons with the best of them and Sherry, the owner of the establishment who makes the occasional cameo and whose trained vocals are wonderful. There is no cost for the entertainment. It is part of a unique dining experience. Hopefully this peaks your interest and persuades you to give this place a try. I am confident you will be glad you did. This restaurant has a loyal base who loves the food and how they are treated like friends. However, it is a relatively new establishment that would benefit immensely from greater traffic. Try it. Perhaps you will feel like many of us, like you walked into a place where you feel like you are treated like a friend in a unique setting and served food that is not only fantastic, but priced more than fair, even the drinks. A fantastic place to get quality food and a wonderful atmosphere. Legend's is much more than your typical restaurant being owned and operated with a clear priority on the experience from the musical entertainment to the caring service and delicious food made from uncompromising ingredients. Definitely deserves to grow. I have many more things off the menu I need to try but the BLTA was great with lots of crispy bacon, fresh greens, and whole slices of avocado. Tatar tots were perfect. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, everyone was incredibly welcoming and personable. They were especially proactive about allergies, came over to ask all the right questions, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. It felt like every single person working there asked if we were celebrating something and made an effort to make the night feel special. They didn't just serve us dinner, they created an experience. The plating and food were phenomenal. The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous, the service was incredible, and we couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate. We will definitely be back!

There were 8 of us, including 2 children, and the service was slow throughout the entire meal. We found ourselves waiting on our server quite a bit, which was especially frustrating with a larger group. One of the biggest concerns was accommodating my mother's shellfish allergy. We were told the kitchen only has one fryer, so she could not have the chips or anything prepared in the fryer. Our waiter offered fresh tortillas to go with the salsa and guacamole, which my mother appreciated. However, when the tableside guacamole was prepared, the person making it specifically asked about allergies. We told him about the shellfish allergy, and he then asked whether onions would be an issue because he wasn't sure whether the guacamole contained shellfish. That was honestly pretty alarming when we had already clearly communicated a serious allergy. The food was also disappointing, particularly considering the prices. The portions on most dishes were quite small. The only portions that felt appropriate were the pork shoulder tacos, kale salad, and burger and fries from the "Young Adults" menu. There isn't a traditional kids menu, but there is a "Young Adults" menu, which I found a little odd, especially when the burger was $13 and the fries alone were $8. I ordered the mahi mahi tacos for $26, and the portion was extremely small for the price, especially since it didn't include a side. The breaded fish was so pale that it was almost the same color as the tortillas underneath it, and overall, the dish just didn't feel like a $26 entrée. Another person in our group ordered the 10 oz prime flat iron steak for $55, and after cooking, it appeared to be closer to a 5 oz portion. For $55, that was very underwhelming. Then, when we received the bill, we noticed that the fresh tortillas provided to accommodate my mother's shellfish allergy were charged at $5. I don't necessarily object to being charged for something, but considering they were specifically offered as an accommodation because she couldn't safely eat the chips, it would have been nice to know there would be an additional charge. We were also celebrating a birthday. The staff knew this and told us they had a dessert coming for the birthday girl. They brought out the napkin and spoon, and then we waited approximately 15 minutes for the dessert to actually arrive, and we were charged for it as well. Again, the charge itself isn't necessarily the issue. It was the lack of communication and the overall execution. The one major positive was the cocktails. The Mission Sour, Saturday Morning Cartoons, and West Wind were all delicious. Honestly, the cocktails were easily the best part of the experience. Overall, I really wanted to like The Mission because the atmosphere is beautiful and the restaurant has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the experience felt like the aesthetics were prioritized over hospitality, food quality, portion sizes, and execution. For the prices they're charging, I expected much more. I also wanted to mention the music extremely loud, and the floors are wet and slippery. At least 2 people almost slipped and fell while we were there. I most likely wouldn't return for dinner. If I did come back, it would probably just be for a cocktail.
