So we ordered the Gruyere waffle with onion marmalade. That was also good, but my vote is for the toasts. We really tried to figure out which one we thought was better, but we kept going back-and-forth. The salmon was delicious. It wasn't smoked which is what I thought it would be. It was so tasty! It was filled all the way with cream, I got custard and mango, however the filling was dense and too sweet for my taste. Ube latte with oat was very purple but bland. I only taste a hint of ube. Sriniki was interesting to try not for me as it tastes like how it sounds. I did not enjoy sour cream in my pancakes or the bland cream it was served with although I did like the berry compote. It's located in a large plaza so parking is not an issue. You order at the register and seat yourself. It was very busy when we first arrived. People were scouting out the tables! It's a very tiny restaurant with small tables and one large communal table. There are a few tables outside as well. They seemed understaffed and a little flustered with the large crowds. We had to remind them to give us the pastries we ordered about half an hour later. We ordered the Ube and matcha lattes. The matcha latte is not sweetened so you may want to ask for sweetener if you're not into the bitter taste of matcha. The ube latte was really good. You aren't able to adjust the sweetness but it was the perfect amount of sweet. They have oat milk and soy milk alternatives. - syrniki: light and airy, delicious, melt in your mouth! It is a small dish so don't expect to be full lol. -oatmeal: generous portion and the caramelized pears were a nice touch. -gruyere waffles with sun-dried tomatoes and egg: sooo good! The sun-dried tomatoes were delicious! It was a very balanced and savory dish. -medovik cake: you have to try this!! The slightly, crispy crepe gives a nice crunch to dish and the sprouts balances the dish out! The toast was underwhelming for me. The toast felt more on the stale side. It was hard to cut it so I ended up biting it, but even then it was hard to chew! I will say that the pear makes up for it. I'm not a big fan of goat cheese, but it goes well with the sauce on top. The pear gives a nice sweet crisp as well as cuts through the fattiness of the prosciutto! The dessert was an interesting texture. The first layer is some kind of gelatinous vanilla custard and the second layer is a meringue. When we cut through it, there was some jam hidden inside! It was quite sweet and delicious! It tasted like a mixture of ube and strawberry! The latte was good. It was a nice balance of creaminess and the strawberry tasted like jam. The service was quick and simple! They were quite friendly and kind. I wish they would add a speaker outside their store to call for us if we were to wait outside. Caramel Latte - adorable heart design and balanced sweetness. Cup is filled to the brim, making it nerve-wracking to transport from the counter to my seat, but it's worth it for how cute it is. Overall, a really good latte with just enough caramel added. Oblepikha Tea Pot - Never had Oblepikha tea before but it's nice and citrusy like the orange color would make you think. Definitely a nice refreshing addition to brunch. Medovik - Not quite your traditional Medovik, but its a super cute heart shape!! Heart dough is not too dense and the cream complements it perfectly. I think this could be our new breakfast spot. We arrived right after they opened at 8 a.m. on Sunday morning (right before our shopping date to Costco) and it was quiet, with the sun shining through the windows. The staff was busy getting ready for the day but they welcomed us with friendly smiles and warm greetings. We already knew what we wanted so we ordered at the counter and took our seats. When my ube latte was ready, I was giddy with happiness. It was a piece of art--so beautiful. And the taste was wonderful. I chose oat milk for mine (highly recommend) and the subtle but distinct taste of ube was delicious. Not too sweet and just perfect. John and I shared the Syrniki and the Gruyere waffles with sun-dried tomatoes. Both were outstanding but I definitely preferred the Syrniki. The pancakes have such a soft, dream-like texture that goes so well with the berries coulis and whipped sour cream. To die for! Whoever designed the space did an amazing job. Christmas Eve brunch took us to Lele Cake and boy this is going to be one to be repeated more often. Got a parking spot right across without much of a hassle. The design is what gets you when you enter the cafe and is simply off the charts for a location where it exists. Me and wife had all sorts of questions with regards the menu and they answered them to the best of their capabilities with the brightest smile and patience. We placed our order at the register an were told that the wait was around an hour (eventually was lesser than that IIRC) and this probably was the best hour or less spent in anticipation while we sipped the americano (2 each) with the delicious Pavlova that was just the right amount of sweet balancing out the strong Americano. We ordered a Rosti with salmon and cucumbers, salted salmon toast & Syrniki with berries and cream. Started off with the Salmon toast with a cream cheese layer i think separating the two and it tasted superb. Crunchy on the toast while the salmon would just melt at the first touch in your mouth. Rosti was pancakes that were potato based served along with salmon, cucumbers and sour cream. Felt just right eating the dish and it was one of the best that we have had probably in 2022. We definitely would have tried for more of this but for it being almost the closing time in there due to Christmas Eve :) . Syrniki topped the chart for the deserts and had the right balance of cream and sweet. This definitely was something that you shouldn't miss the next time you happen to be there. Came here in search of a small cafe to grab a small bite, right off the bat the atmosphere felt very wrong. The workers were rude and so were the patrons of this cafe. As a poc it felt like all eyes were on me. I chose to dine outside and this couple sat across from us was looking up and down at my friend and constantly making remarks about her. Just found out about this cute little cafe tucked away in this strip mall! After hiking Belgatos my friend brought me over to try this place and I'm a huge fan! I tried the four piece toast sampler with the ube tonic and it's a great value. The place is peaceful and decorated in warm neutrals. They have an amazing assortment of mini cakes and baked goodies. I don't even know where to begin. All I know is that sampler toast for $20 was tasty. It's fresh and the flavors are lovely. I cannot wait to try all the other items from the beverage menu. It is a small sit down cafe with some food items. My girlfriend and I ordered a couple of food items and 2 drinks. The Cafe was quite small and we went on a busy day/time so we chose to sit outside. There are umbrellas that can be used to cover yourself which is nice. The bumble is made with 2 espresso shots and your choice between Orange juice or pomegranate juice. I got orange juice. It was an interesting take on coffee. It tasted like orange juice with a finishing taste of espresso. I usually don't like sour coffee so this kind of reminded me of it. I don't think I would get it again if I wanted coffee but I WOULD if I wanted something light without milk. The prosciutto toast was not that great. The bread seemed really stale and hard to cut into. For its price, it kind of put me off it. Still acceptable tasting in general. The salmon crepe was probably the best out of everything we ordered. Everything on the dish complimented each other very well. There was also some whipped sour cream (or whatever it was) that was quite nice! The salmon they used was very bright and tasty. I usually don't like smoked salmon due to how salty it tastes but this tasted very fresh. The Poklova was very good. Still too sweet for my liking but it was enough to share with another person. This place is so cute!!! We got the Gruyère waffles with sun dried tomatoes (5/5), a mocha (4.5/5) and the chocolate cupcake (4/5). The sun dried tomatoes was the best thing I've eaten all week! the cupcake has a cream cheese frosting. Pretty thick -- I still liked it but I wasn't expecting such a dense frosting/cake. Definitely would recommend Lele Cake over Starbucks if you're looking for somewhere cute to study and good coffee/food. read more

The food, ambiance, and service was impeccable. There are plants everywhere and unique lights. This is a relatively new establishment that started out as a bakery and then ventured onto European brunch. We took a few items from the bakery to go because they were too pretty to refuse. Items ordered: ~Gruyere Waffles with Sundried Tomatoes and Soft Egg: best dish by far!! Speechless ~Ube Latte: I was debating between the rose& raspberry Latte and Ube Latte, so I definitely have to come here again. Ube Latte with oat milk was a pretty purple color and creamy. ~Rosti with Salmon and Fresh Marinated Cucumbers: I was confused at first if this was the correct dish but then I spotted the hash browns INSIDE the waffles.
