Every dish that arrived at our table was prepared perfectly and full of flavor. One of the things we love most about Mr. Big Fish is the consistency--we've tried a variety of menu items over the years and have yet to be disappointed. He walked away then came back and gave an apology w gift cards which I refused to accept. I don't need gift cards, I want an understanding of why that happened. If an explanation cannot be given don't try to bribe me. Horrible experience. It's a shame that I won't be coming back to this establishment. We've been coming at least 3-4 times a month and it's only gotten worse. Safe to say this management team needs to be addressed.
