Lenny's is always a classic. Every time I go I make sure to dine inside. The music is great and the scenery reminds me of my grandparents. The BLT is the best on the menu. The old-fashioned design of the joint doesn't help the fact that the kitchen has dark tile that looks as though there's years of food and dirt infused in the grouting, along with rusty metal. Always love me a Lenny's burger! Don't forget the bacon!! Only thing keeping you from 5 stars is your soggy bun, not sure what sauce it is that makes it so soggy, but def use less it. The Bacon is awesome!!! Love the fries and the environment is very welcoming. It is a old style burger joint that I will continue to visit. The Mexican burger is my favorite but the single burger, chicken strips and chili dogs are also really good! The milkshakes are delicious they have so many flavors but chocolate is the best! The regular French fries with the seasoned salt are usually really good. They come fresh out of the fryer all hot and crispy but today it seems like they served me French fries that have been sitting out for awhile. They were hard and cold. I didn't care to go thru the trouble of complaining although I believe they would have offered me new ones. I have never had a bad experience with their customer service. read more

I have went to this location over a hundred times in high school. However, now as an adult the experience was not the same. I called in to place an order for me and some fellow employees. We have anew Lenny's location opening down the street from my job and everyone was excited to try it. I had asked the young lady on the phone if a pickup order was allowed to picked up through the drive through or if it was required to come inside. I received a rude tone back when she replied that I could pickup through drive through. At the moment I thought It was a mistake and she must have been really busy. an Additional question I had considering it was a slightly larger order is when pickup would be available if needed we could wait a bit longer to guarantee everything be finished. she assured me everything would be finished by 12:45 and when I arrived at 12:50. My order had not even been started and it had been over an hour since the original order was placed. So as I arrive at 12:50 they would not let me pick up the order through the drive through. So I park my car and go inside and pay the bill which was a little over $60.00 the cashier looked at the receipt grabbed the cups and thrusted them in my direction saying go fill them up over there and wasn't even looking at me as she spoke. So I ignore it and grab the cups and start filling them up for me and coworkers.(which the soda was flat). I continued to wait around for 20 additional minutes until our food was finally ready. Thank fully one of the young men put all the bags in a box. However, when I finally received the food I had asked if one of the employees could come help me bring it to the car which was parked literally right out front of the main entrance am about 2 months pregnant and not supposed to be carrying heavy things and the order was much heavier than I expected. I was blatantly ignored and when I asked again. My request was denied and I was forced to take everything in three trips to my car. Once I got back to my place of employment we all quickly realized that every single order was messed up especially mine when I paid for additional toppings that were no where to be found. and some of the fries were still frozen? I literally couldn't believe what had happened. I work in a customer service environment and I haven't seen that bad of customer service in a long time. By that point I proceeded to call the location and request to talk to a manager. However, I was never put through because each one of the employees told me they are unavailable and hung up me before I could give a response. I AM NEVER GOING TO THIS ONE AGAIN. AND HONESTLY ME AND MY 15-20 EMPLOYEES WILL PROBABLY NOT ORDER FROM THE NEW LOCATION EITHER. I literally have never been so disappointed in not only the food but the service as a human being I haven't been that disrespected from every angle in a long time. The cashier who took my to go order was really nice and helpful. The burger was great and they got it to me fast. They were busy in drive thru and still managed to get me out quickly with hot food. I ordered a chocolate chip sundae which I thought was made with chocolate chip ice cream. But no, it had a generous amount of mini dark chocolate chips and nuts instead . I was so disappointed tonight. We went tand my husband ordered his burgers an. ot my usual chicken salad. The kids that worked there gave us our wrong order in the drive thru. I ordered Lenny's for delivery and the food was good, but one of the items was prepared incorrectly. Why allow someone to customize an order if you aren't actually going to do it? I ordered a burger with no cheese and added avocado and what I got was a burger with cheese, bacon and avocado added. While the bacon can easily be removed, the cheese was melted on and could not. Just a little bit more attention to customer requests would go really far. read more

Hours before they closed they shut down the majority of the dining room. HOURS! Made our meal horrible when our family had to cram into a little booth. Seven of us. They had four booths open. My family and I have been long time customer's of Lenny's at Glendale and 25th Ave location, from the little burger shack to the new facility. This evening, by far just pushed the icing over the cake, we've been able to tolerate previously a few mishaps here and there, because of course it's expected in small business and you don't over-react in situations where it may be an honest mistake. The customer service attendants and employees that currently work the line have become very rude. Situations where an order is forgotten can sometimes happen, but when we have to sit and wait and watch the people that have come in after us leave with their orders can become a bit irritating and very embarrassing. When we asked about our order, the cashier turned to the line cook and they made it seem like we were lying about our order not being complete and automatically demanded (with attitude) a refund ... with no anticipation as to when we can get our food. Tensions run high of course, when in these situations ... but after we'd left, decided to place a valid complaint, the same cashier answered the phone, cursed in Spanish with another employee and slammed the phone on me. I had asked for a contact number or email to management. This definitely is not customer service and Lenny's may have lost loyal customers. Remember in business, it is hard to gain a customer and complaint of one to lose hundreds due to unreliable staff. The best part of this evening ... I received a call back from the gentleman that's been with Lenny's for 14 yrs ... his service to Lenny's customers is outstanding! He called to make sure that Lenny's didn't lose a customer tonight and apologized for the bad service. We need more people like his dedication to the business in customer service. Thanks. read more

I dont EVER write reviews about anything, but i just got done eating here and my experience was so bad i thought i had to say something. First off we were treated rudely over the drive thru order radio. We had to repeat our fairly small order three times and it still wasnt correct when we got to the window. Second we waited for close to 30 minutes with only one car in front of us. We finally got our food and went home to eat it. Upon taking my first bite of my mexican burger i immediately started to gag and threw up a little in my mouth. All i could taste was extremely burnt onions and insanely soggy bun. I dont know how somebody could hand this food to somebody to eat and not feel bad. I wouldnt even give what was left to the dog. It went strait to the trash and now im ordering a pizza.
