Lynn is an amazing stylist. I had a very challenging color problem. My hair had been dyed blue and then black to cover the blue. I wanted to go back to my natural color. Lynn spent hours coloring, foiling and toning my hair. Then she did an amazing cut. My hair has never looked better. My daughter said it's the best my hair has ever looked and I agree! Love coming in here to get my haircuts every 5-6 months. This place always books up pretty quick so I schedule a few weeks in advance. It's Amazing What a Good Cut & Color can do for your self esteem! And I have to say I ALWAYS leave Leonardos feeling 10x better than when I walked in & today was no different! Ive been getting my hair done by Remy for well over a year & he never fails me. Today after getting no sleep last night - working a double I went in feeling & looking horrible but I left beyond happy with my results. Somehow even after getting Balayage Highlights for last 6 months or so my hair feels MORE healthy since seeing Remy which is important because I have lupus so my hair has been thinning for the last few years so it's very important to me to keep it as healthy as possible. I definitely recommend going to Leonardos. I will put a few pics of different times I have gotten my hair cut & dyed by Remy . I had highlights and a haircut done by Mickey for an upcoming wedding. My hair has never looked better! She's an amazing stylist!

The salon itself is unevenly lit, makes it very difficult to tell how highlights have come out especially as a brunette. The black walls and lack of even lighting throughout makes for a nervous end result. Generally I have to wait until I exit the salon to see the results, which is not ideal if you have to return to get something fixed (which has happened). That being said Jessica is a highlighting genius! This was my first time with her and after I left the salon I was able to truly see how amazing my hair looked. I wish I was able to experience this in the salon! Please consider better lighting!! I as usual had a wonderful experience at Leonardo's hair salon. I got my hair colored and my extensions re-put in and got it styled a little different for the summer and I was very happy with how everything came out as usual. Today I went to Ramy for a new haircut and I'm OBSESSED with the outcome! He gave me exactly what I wanted. I went from hair just past my collarbone to an inverted bob. Cutting that much hair off is always a little butterfly-inducing, even when you've had shorter hair before like I have. But Ramy is so chill that once I sat down, I was good to go. And the result has me so ridiculously happy! All staff I interacted with were pleasant and the general atmosphere in there is very calming, even in these crazy times! The first time I came here was for a trim. Everything was great and the cut came out reasonably well. The second time I came here I decided to chop off 4+ inches and go with a level, shoulder length, cut. When she turned me around to look it was extremely choppy with a HUGE level put into it. When I brought it to her notice she said it would relax into my hair (this makes no sense since I asked for ONE length). I have rewashed it and let it air dry and it's worse than I thought. I am so disappointed in the lack of supervision in this salon for the beginner stylist. Upon showing my cut to friends in the field they were appalled. I now have to cut off a huge chunk of hair to make it a very short bob and travel 2 hours to go back to my hometown stylist. Never again!!!!! After reading all of the positive reviews, and having never actually been to a salon before, I had to check this place out. Laura Jane did an absolutely wonderful job as she explained what she was doing. I was nervous but she talked me down and I'm really glad she did. The atmosphere is warm and clean. Everyone had smiles, everyone was attentive. After going to places like Supercuts and the like for years, this might just be the place I get my hair done from now on. The slight increase in price is worth it for the closer location, lack of children running around/screaming, and professionalism from everyone. One, tiny complaint: I wish I could give a tip from my card. As someone who doesn't carry cash, this was frustrating. I know for the future but you should be able to do this. Other places can. I got my bangs cut by Thea and she was amazing. I am very particular with my hair and I haven't gotten bangs for a very long time. Thea reassured me that she can do the job and she did do a great job. As for the hair salon, it looks clean and stylish. People tell me that presentation matters and it really does. I know there are a lot of places with talented stylists but of course you should take care of the salon, and Leonardo takes excellent care of their place. if the stylist has an issue with time, maybe not take on the client ? my son and I got our cuts, wash and gel in less than 30 minutes. told him to keep as much of my hair as possible and gave a picture of what I would like done and it looks NOTHING close to the picture. barber shop quality for salon pricing should be your slogan. read more

Went in for a simple braided updo, and the stylist made me look awful... My hair looked so incredibly bad. I tried to let the stylist know what was wrong but there was no understanding what I wanted, even after I showed a picture of the updo a handful of times- clearly the stylist does not typically do updos.. OR BRAIDS for that matter. Literally couldn't even do a french braid!! It was a horrible, horrible experience and I can assure you I will never go back there again. Im sure this business has incredibly loyal customers, but proceed for an updo with caution. read more
