I dropped off pants to be altered. I said I didn't need them until the end of the week, but the guy insisted they would be finished sometime Monday night, but I could pick them up Tuesday first thing in the morning to be safe. I arrived at 9am when they supposedly open on Tuesday. No one was there. I called the phone number, and they told me they'd be there in about 20 minutes. Then when they finally showed up, my pants weren't finished and I had to sit and wait while they finished them. So now I'm late to work because this shop doesn't meet its own deadlines. read more
