Disgusting sausage patties.
Karie C.

Just got a carry out. It was the worst breakfast we've ever eaten. We ordered well done hash browns - they were basically raw. The sausage patties tasted so gross. They were rubbery. I'm thinking they were made hours earlier. The toast was barely toasted. Such a waste of $20!!!

Visited this location today for lunch. We ordered two meals. Fish with extra crispy fries and a Philly cheesesteak with extra crispy fries. What were got was a Philly "wrap" that's not even on the menu (which was a soggy mess) and two orders of soggy fries. We waved the server over and explained the issues. Her response was "is that not what you wanted??" She had them remake the Philly after we explained it came on a bun. She returned with that and one order of extra extra crispy fries rather than the two we should have had. To top this off there were ants crawling on our table and fruit flies around. The teenage staff seemed more concerned with social hour than paying attention to their tables. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Food was not good , I asked for fries and received fries that were hard to bite and as I ate more , found tape or plastic in them. Waitress was nice but food was awful.

Leo Ain't Lion.. Coney Island got me smilin! This is a great diner we heard about from our hotel, best thing about our stay there. We were shocked by the laaaaarge menu. About 20 things I wanted to order, and took us about 20 mins to order. Me & wife split a Michigan salad as app. Great call.. awesome toppings including cherries! Huge size. Kid got bunch o carbs of pasta bread & fries. Lol. Wife got veggie pita which she liked. Had beets in it she loved. I got southwest 1/3 lb burger loaded w/ 6 toppings. Pretty great, coulda used a bit less chili actually. Also a coney dog minus musterd & add ketchup. Yummm Added sweet potato fries extra crispy- we were fighting over them. Our server was Ashley, she was funny & real friendly. Sat at counter which was cool. Place was hoppin even 15 mins before closing. Got 15% off w/ hotel key card too. Wish this place was in my town!

Best coney island I've been to. Pancakes are fluffy, omelets are delicious, all the servers are incredibly nice.

I was told this was Fenton's best dining. Spinach and artichoke dip had no salt and the dip was grainy - almost gritty. It tasted better with salt. My ribeye was greatly overcooked, and for a $45+ steak, you want it cooked correctly. I sent it back and the second ribeye was somehow more burnt and also included a lot more fat. It was so bad it seemed almost intentional the second time. Mac and cheese tasted packaged/pre-made with grocery store bacon bits on top. The garlic potatoes were good. We waited for our check for 20 minutes after eating. Staff members were leaned against the bar and talking, scrolling cell phones, playing with their hair - while looking over at us repeatedly. I finally stood up to go to the front and three waitresses all came over at once and took my card. The manager came over to bring the card and apologized for the delay. Wouldn't come back - if this is Fenton's best, go to another town over for dinner!

I checked out The Corner Bar & Grill last night after seeing some good online reviews, and overall…read moreit was a solid experience with a cozy neighborhood feel. The space is smaller but very welcoming and definitely feels like a local hangout spot. When you walk in, the specials board is front and center, including their Burger of the Month, which is what I ordered. Mine featured goat cheese, spinach, strawberry compote, and jalapeños. The flavor combination was unique and really worked well together, and the burger itself was juicy. Personally, I would have loved a bit more char for those crispy edges, but the flavors were definitely there. It came with rosemary fries that were thin, crispy, and generously seasoned. I added a side of hot honey for dipping, which ended up being an unexpectedly amazing combo. The restaurant has a great beer selection, plenty of TVs for sports, fun retro-style décor, and soft lighting that creates a relaxed atmosphere. Even at 9 PM, there were families with kids dining, so it feels very family-friendly rather than a late-night bar scene. Noise levels were low enough that conversation was easy, which I really appreciated. Bathrooms were also exceptionally clean. My main hesitation was pricing. A quesadilla was around $15 and my burger was $20, which pushed dinner for one person with a drink and tip to about $35. While that seems comparable to nearby spots like Boston's, it felt a bit high for casual bar-style dining. Parking is limited, but the location is convenient, just minutes from I-75 and surrounded by other restaurants. Service was amazing. We were sad immediately and she checked back often and said what her favorite thing on the menu was. Overall, good food, creative menu options, and a comfortable atmosphere. With a little refinement and maybe slightly better value, this could easily become a regular stop.

It's a very large property and quite modern with a large bar to the front area. server arrived promptly and took our beverage order. We ordered soda and tea. I then ordered a mini appetizer of fried pickles & peppers. It came with a side of ranch. The pickles were OK but the peppers were very good for a mini appetizer. It was large enough to share. Great value.!! Much to my surprise, my nephew ordered spaghetti and meat sauce. It was accompanied by garlic bread? My nephew said his meal was very good. Our server was very conscientious and kept our drinks coming. I ordered a French Dip sandwich and it came with french fries. I really didn't care for the roast beef that was on the sandwich. It didn't have any flavor. It looked like a decent slice of deli roast beef..... I'm not really sure but I would rate my sandwich as mediocre. The broth that came along to dip the sandwich in was good. The french fries were crisp and salted properly. They were actually the highlight of my meal. We were there at an odd time of day, so there were hardly any other customers, but considering the size of the dining room and the fact they had a very large plastic version of what appeared to be CONNECT FOUR.... Gives me the idea that this is a very family friendly place. We will definitely return.
